碳糊电极阳极溶出法测定中药甘草中桑色素

用碳糊电极阳极溶出法测定桑色素的含量。在0.15mol·L-1NH4Cl 氨水缓冲溶液的介质中富集120s,桑色素在+0.10V(vs.SCE)左右出现阳极溶出峰。其峰电流的大小与桑色素的浓度呈线性关系。线性范围为4.00×10-6～1.40×10-5mol·L-1,相关系数为0.9996,检出限可达1.00×10-6mol·L-1,回收率为99.87%～102.01%。此法不用汞电极,灵敏度高,操作方便、快捷,成功地用于甘草提取物中桑色素的测定。     

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.     

低温制备≥99.5%多晶氧化铝陶瓷

本文通过引入稀土氧化物Y2O3、Tm2O3为烧结助剂低温制备了氧化铝含量大于99.5;的多晶氧化铝陶瓷.实验表明:稀土氧化物的加入能够明显降低99.5;多晶氧化铝陶瓷的烧结温度,提高致密度.Y2O3、Tm2O3混合烧结助剂与单一稀土氧化物的烧结助剂相比能够明显抑制晶粒的生长,促进晶粒的均匀发育.当Y2O3+Tm2O3的含量为0.3;质量分数时,99.5;多晶氧化铝陶瓷的相对密度可达99.2;理论密度,抗弯强度为533MPa,显微硬度为17.2GPa.陶瓷断裂主要以穿晶断裂为主.     

光子四维量子态隐形传输

多维量子纠缠态比二维纠缠态可加载更多的信息,多维量子系统是量子信息处理中一个很重要的资源.本文采用已实现的光子四维纠缠态,给出了光子四维量子态的张量表达式,并描述了四维量子态隐形传输的一般表示方法;通过讨论光子四维量子态系统的量子通道参数矩阵和测量矩阵的特性,得到实现完全传输和非零概率传输的充要条件.最后,本文给出在多种量子通道下的四维态的量子隐形传态方案,这一过程在张量分析表示下十分清晰明了.     

Giant magnetoresistance:history,development and beyond

With the discovery of giant magnetoresistance(GMR),research effort has been made to exploiting the influence of spins on the mobility of electrons in ferromagnetic materials and/or artificial structures,which has lead to the idea of spintronics.A brief introduction is given to GMR effects from scientific background to experimental observations and theoretical models.In addition,the mechanisms of various magnetoresistance beyond the GMR are reviewed,for instance,tunnelling magnetoresistance,colossal magnetoresistance,and magnetoresistance in ferromagnetic semiconductors,nanowires,organic spintronics and non-magnetic systems.     

PROPERTIES OF TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF THRESHOLD IN PURE AND IMPUHITY-DOPED BLUE BRONZES

Temperature dependence of the threshold of pure and impurity-doped blue bronzes has been studied. It is found that for pare blue bronzes the threshold field near 100K has an anomalous peak, but for impurity-doped samples no anomaly is observed in the range of liquid nitrogen temperature, and the value of the threshold field gradu-ally increases with the decrease of temperature. The results show that in the high-quality pure blue bronzes, there may exist an incommensurate to quasi-commensurate transition near 100K. But for the impurity-doped or "dirty" pure samples, such an incommensurate to quasi-commensurate transition near 100K can be extensively re-strained by impurities or defects, which leads to a pure incommensurate CDW in a wide temperature range.     

扩展的Boussinesq系统Lax对的Bcklund变换和递推求解公式的导出

本文研究2+1维的扩展经典Boussinesq系统。首先,研究了系统的Lax对,找出了一个形式十分新颖的带有一个任意函数的Bcklund变换。然后,又导出了Lax对的特征函数的生成公式。最后,利用Bcklund变换和Lax对特征函数生成公式相结合得出了Lax对的递推求解公式。利用此递推公式,求出了一些Lax对的解。     

掺Ba的Bi-Sr-Cu-O单晶Raman散射研究

利用Ｒａｍａｎ散射研究了Bi₂Sr_2-xBa_xCuO_y（ｘ＝０，０．２，０．４）单晶样品的声子振动性质。实验结果表明，在Bi₂Sr_2-xBa_xCuO_y体系的Ｒａｍａｎ谱中主要出现以下几个频率的特征振动模，即１９６，３００，４６０，６２５和６６０ｃｍ^－１；而频率为１９６，３００，６２５，６６０ｃｍ^－１<     

Landau规范下均匀磁场中带电粒子圆心相干态计算

在Ｌａｎｄａｕ规范下计算出均匀磁场中带电粒子的圆心相干态。利用这些圆心相干态可方便地描述带电粒子的圆周运动。这些圆周运动与经典力学的结果比较表明，圆心相干态描述系综中的平均运动． 关键词：
