质子激发X射线谱的解析——分析软件和数据库(一)

本文报道开发了一套用于微机的PIXE分析软件包和数据库。作为分析数据处理的第一步,文中主要介绍了解析PIXE谱和定性分析元素的计算机程序,该程序包括PIXE谱中本底的非线性近似,自动寻峰,谱拟合以及元素的双库检索等,并讨论了与程序运行有关的问题。本程序经国际实验室之间的比较,证明准确可靠。     

高密度脉冲电流对非晶Fe-Ni-Si-B合金结构弛豫与晶化的促进效应

对非晶Ｆｅ_７３Ｎｉ_５Ｓｉ_８Ｂ_１４合金分别进行了高密度脉冲电流及真空退火处理．用穆斯堡尔谱学与透射电子显微镜技术研究了处理后非晶的微观结构与晶化行为．实验结果表明，与退火处理相比，高密度脉冲电流产生的“电子风”促进了非晶合金的结构弛豫与晶化．随电流密度显著增加，这一促进效应进一步增强     

Photoinduced Birefringence and Broadband All-Optical Photonic Switch in a Bacteriorhodopsin/Polymer Composite Film

Photoinduced birefringence with large optical nonlinearity in a bacteriorhodopsin/polymer composite film is observed. A high refractive index change of 8.5×10^-5 photoinduced by 476nm pumping beam is reached at the low intensity of 6.5mW/cm². Based on it, a broadband all-optical photonicswitch is realized with an optical controlling switch system. Because of controlling beam's selectivity in switching, the transporting beams of different wavelengths with different intensities and shapes can be modulated by adjusting the wavelength and intensity of the controlling beam.     

Electroless Nickel Plating and Electroplating on FBG Temperature Sensor

Metal-coated fiber Bragg grating（FBG）temperature sensors were prepared via electroless nickel（EN）plating and tin electroplating methods on the surface of normal bare FBG.The surface morphologies of the metal-coated layers were observed under a metallographic microscope.The effects of pretreatment sequence,pH value of EN plating solution and current density of electroplating on the performance of the metal-coated layers were analyzed.Meanwhile, the Bragg wavelength shift induced by temperature was monitored by an optical spectrum analyzer.Sensitivity of the metal-coated FBG（MFBG）sensor was almost two times that of normal bare FBG sensor.The measuring temperature of the MFBG sensor could be up to 280℃,which was much better than that of conventional FBG sensor.     

巯基棉分离富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钙盐中的痕量铅和镉

巯基棉分离富集 ,火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定钙盐中的痕量铅、镉 ,大量钙不干扰铅、镉的测定。方法简单易行 ,结果令人满意的。     

石英光纤的金属镍锡涂敷工艺研究

为了实现石英光纤传感器的无胶金属化封装,需要在光纤表面涂敷金属层。先利用化学镀方法在石英光纤表面镀镍层,再利用电镀工艺电镀锡层,从而获得表面光亮、均匀、附着牢固、可焊性好的金属涂敷层。实验中研究了敏化、活化工艺对镀层的影响并提出一种效果较好的敏化活化方法。给出了石英光纤表面化学镀镍的最佳工艺条件。     

Stochastic linear generalized synchronization of chaotic systems via robust control

In this Letter, based on robust control, we provide a general theoretical result on stochastic linear generalized synchronization (GS) of chaotic systems. Given a driving system with noise perturbations and a linear synchronization function, a response system is developed easily according to the scheme derived here. By introducing the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), the condition for synchronization is proved to be effective. Finally, the Lorenz system is taken for illustration and verification.     

六氢哒嗪衍生物的合成与生物活性研究

以六氢哒嗪为先导化合物, 合成了13个新型六氢哒嗪衍生物, 通过IR, 1H NMR和MS进行了结构表征, 对其中3个代表性的化合物培养了单晶, 获得了X射线衍射结构. 初步的生测结果表明部分化合物具有除草活性.     

Preparation and in Vitro Anti-Laryngeal Cancer Evaluation of Protopanaxadiol-Loaded Hollow Gold Nanoparticles

Protopanaxadiol (PPD) has inhibitory effects on a variety of tumor cells, but the poor water solubility and low availability limit its clinical application. By using polyethylene glycol (PEG)-modified hollow gold nanoparticles (HAuNs-PEG) as the transport carriers, we prepared here the PPD-loaded HAuNs-PEG (HAuNs-PEG-PPD). And then we conducted a number of experiments to investigate the in vitro anti-laryngeal cancer effect (Hep-2 cell as a model) of HAuNs-PEG-PPD, such as using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect the sustained release effect, MTT assay to detect the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Hep-2 cells, and flow cytometry to determine the apoptosis of Hep-2 cells. The results showed that HAuNs-PEG-PPD had an obvious sustained release effect. Compared with those in the control group, HAuNs-PEG group and PPD group, the survival rate of Hep-2 cells decreased and the apoptosis rate increased significantly (p < 0.01) in the HAuNs-PEG-PPD group. The HAuNs-PEG- PPD could significantly enhance the anti-laryngeal cancer effect of PPD and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells. Thus, the HAuNs is a promising drug delivery system of PPD in clinical treatment of laryngeal cancer.
