In this paper, the influence of fineness on the cementitious properties of steel slag and the properties of cement containing steel slag with different finenesses were investigated. The results show that increasing the fineness can significantly enhance the early as well as the late cementitious properties of steel slag. However, the early hydrations of cement and steel slag tend to hinder each other especially in the case of large steel slag replacement and high fineness of steel slag. Therefore, increasing fineness of steel slag cannot improve the early cementitious properties of the cement containing steel slag. At 28 days, the hydrations of steel slag and cement tend to promote each other. Increasing the fineness of steel slag enhances the late cementitious properties of the cement containing steel slag significantly. 相似文献

A unique supramolecular two‐component gelation system was constructed from amphiphilic shape‐persistent cyclo[6]aramides and diethylammonium chloride (or triethylammonium chloride). This system has the ability to discriminate native arginine from 19 other amino acids in a specific fashion. Cyclo[6]aramides show preferential binding for the guanidinium residue over ammonium groups. This specificity was confirmed by both experimental results and theoretical simulations. These results demonstrated a new modular displacement strategy, exploring the use of species‐binding hydrogen‐bonded macrocyclic foldamers for the construction of two‐component gelation systems for selective recognition of native amino acids by competitive host–guest interactions. This strategy may be amenable to developing a variety of functional two‐component gelators for specific recognition of various targeted organic molecular species. 相似文献

建立了饲料中克仑特罗、莱克多巴胺、喷布特罗、妥布特罗等18种β-兴奋剂的QuEChERS结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法。饲料样品加水分散后经4%(v/v)氨水乙腈提取,加入25 mg十八烷基硅烷(C18)和50mg N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)吸附剂分散固相萃取净化后,以高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行定性和定量分析。采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(50 mm×4.6 mm,1.8μm)分析柱,以甲醇-0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,串联质谱在多反应监测(MRM)正离子模式下进行检测,基质外标法定量。结果表明,18种待测物在质量浓度为5~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9912~0.9995;在0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/kg 3个浓度加标水平下,饲料中18种β-兴奋剂的平均回收率为78.4%~107.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%~12.3%,定量限(以信噪比≥10计)均为0.05 mg/kg。该方法准确、灵敏,前处理简单,可作为饲料中克仑特罗等18种β-兴奋剂筛选和确认的检测方法。 相似文献

A three-coordinate Ag(I) complex, [Ag(Mepzpy)(PAr3)]BF4·H2O(1, Mepzpy = 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole, PAr3 = tri(o-tolyl)phosphine), was synthesized from the reaction of Ag(CH3CN)4BF4, PAr3 and Mepzpy in CH3 CN at room temperature. The compound was characterized by UV-vis, NMR and X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic space group P1 with a = 10.2251(5), b = 10.6014(5), c = 15.7012(5) , α = 92.963(3), β = 92.641(3), γ = 114.647(4)o, V = 1540.6(1) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 676.24, Dc = 1.458 g/cm3, F(000) = 688, μ = 6.187 mm-1, GOOF = 1.038, the final R = 0.0530 and w R = 0.1493 for 6371 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 1 is ionic. It is composed of a BF4- anion and a [Ag(Mepzpy)(PAr3)]+ cation. The Ag(I) ion adopts a distorted trigonal pyramidal coordination geometry defined by two nitrogen atoms and a phosphorous atom. The complex emits blue luminescence with maximum peaks at 470 nm in solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

A novel ZnO/Ca(OH)2/KF solid base catalyst was prepared by the grinding method and applied to biodiesel synthesis by the transesterification of soybean oil. The effect of various parameters such as KF molar amount, calcination temperature, the amount of catalyst, molar ratio of methanol to oil, reaction temperature, and time on the activity of the catalyst were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by several techniques of thermogravimetry/derivative thermogravimetry, X–ray diffraction, Hammett indicator method, and scanning electron microscopy. The analysis results indicated that the KF interacted with Ca(OH)2 and formed KCaF3 phase before calcination of the catalyst. The formed KCaF3 crystal phase was the main catalytic active component for the catalyst activity. In addition, the basicity of ZnO/Ca(OH)2/KF was greatly influenced by the different calcination temperates, and the catalyst activity was correlated closely with the basicity. A desired biodiesel yield of 97.6 % was obtained at catalyst amount of 3 %, methanol/oil of 12:1, and reaction time of 1.5 h at 65 °C. 相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定畜禽粪便中四环素类抗生素的分析方法。样品经甲醇-乙酸-水(体积比6∶3∶1)溶液提取,OASIS HLB小柱净化后,采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(150×3.9mm,5μm)进行分离,以0.3%甲酸水溶液-0.3%甲酸乙腈溶液梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子模式多反应监测(MRM)模式定量分析。在优化的色谱条件下,四环素、土霉素和金霉素在0.05~1.0mg/L范围内具有良好的线性,其检出限分别为0.025、0.084、0.098mg/kg;样品回收率为80%~103%。实验结果表明,该方法较液相色谱法具有更高的准确性和灵敏度,可满足畜禽粪便中四环素类抗生素残留的检测要求。 相似文献

Fluorescent copper nanoclusters (CuNCs) have been widely used in chemical sensors, biological imaging, and light-emitting devices. However, individual fluorescent CuNCs have limitations in their capabilities arising from poor photostability and weak emission intensities. As one kind of aggregation-induced emission luminogen (AIEgen), the formation of aggregates with high compactness and good order can efficiently improve the emission intensity, stability, and tunability of CuNCs. Here, DNA nanoribbons, containing multiple specific binding sites, serve as a template for in situ synthesis and assembly of ultrasmall CuNCs (0.6 nm). These CuNC self-assemblies exhibit enhanced luminescence and excellent fluorescence stability because of tight and ordered arrangement through DNA nanoribbons templating. Furthermore, the stable and bright CuNC assemblies are demonstrated in the high-sensitivity detection and intracellular fluorescence imaging of biothiols. 相似文献

The widespread application of CRISPR-Cas9 has transformed genome engineering. Nevertheless, the precision to control the targeting activity of Cas9 requires further improvement. We report a toehold-switch-based approach to engineer the conformation of single guide RNA (sgRNA) for programmable activation of Cas9. This activation circuit is responsive to multiple inputs and can regulate the conformation of the sgRNA through toehold-switch-mediated strand displacement. We demonstrate the orthogonal suppression and activation of Cas9 with orthogonal DNA inputs. Combination of toehold switches leads to a variety of intracellular Cas9 activation programs with simultaneous and orthogonal responses, through which multiple genome loci are displayed in different colors in a controllable manner. This approach provides a new route for programing CRISPR in living cells for genome imaging and engineering. 相似文献
