Miscibility and morphology of poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate)/poly(trimethylene terephthalate)/poly(ether imide) (PEN/PTT/PEI) blends were investigated by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), optical microscopy (OM), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). In the ternary blends, OM and DSC results indicated immiscible properties for polyester-rich compositions of PEN/PTT/PEI blends, but all compositions of the ternary blends were phase homogeneous after heat treatment at 300 °C for more than 30 min. An amorphous blend with a single T g was obtained in the final state, when samples were annealed at 300 °C. Experimental results from 1H-NMR identified the production of PEN/PTT copolymers by so-called “transesterification”. The influence of transesterification on the behaviors of glass transition and crystallization was discussed in detail. Study results identified that a random copolymer promoted the miscibility of the ternary blends. The critical block lengths for both PEN and PTT hindered the formation of crystals in the ternary blends. Finally, the transesterification product of PEN/PTT blends, ENTT, was blended with PEI. The results for DSC and OM demonstrated the miscibility of the ENTT/PEI blends.  相似文献

Ordered ZnS semiconductor nanoparticles were in situ synthesized in metal halide perovskite organic/inorganic layered hybrids (CnH2n 1NH3)2ZnCl4 (n=10 and 12) by reaction of their spin-casting films with H2S gas. Transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy and small-angle X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the morphology and the structure of formed nanoparticles. Obtained results indicate an effective way to incorporate functional inorganic nanoparticles into structured organic matrices.  相似文献

Silver and gold organosols are easily prepared by transferring nanoparticles from aqueous phase into isooctane with high efficiency (>90%). Concentrations of sodium oleate and magnesium chloride have crucial effects on the transfer efficiency. Based on the UV-visible absorption spectra, TEM micrographs of nanoparticles, as well as molecular modeling calculation about the adsorption conformation of sodium oleate molecules, a possible phase transfer mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

One common approach for designing protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTPase) inhibitors is to incorporate a nonhydrolyzable phosphotyrosine (pTyr) mimic into a peptide substrate for PTPases. This report describes the synthesis of three such nonhydrolyzable pTyr mimics that contain alpha-ketoacid, alpha-hydroxyacid, and methylenesulfonamide functional groups in place of the phosphate. These pTyr mimics were incorporated into the peptide sequence Ac-Asp-Ala-Asp-Glu-X-Leu-NH(2), where X is the pTyr mimic, and analyzed for activity against the Yersinia PTPase and PTP1B.  相似文献

The cationic complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CH=CH2}BF4 (3a, [Ru] = (eta5-C5H5)(PPh3)2Ru) in solution transforms to {[Ru]=C=CHCH2CPh2CH=CH2}BF4 (4a) via a new metathesis process of the terminal vinyl group with the C=C of the vinylidene group which is confirmed by 13C labeling studies. This transformation is irreversible as revealed by deuteration and decomplexation studies. The cationic complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CMe=CH2}BF4 (3b) undergoes a cyclization process yielding 6b containing a eta2-cyclic allene ligand which is fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Analogous complexes 4a' and 6b' ([Ru] = (eta5-C5H5)(dppe)Ru) containing dppe ligands were similarly obtained from protonation of the corresponding acetylide complexes via formation of vinylidene intermediate. Protonation of the acetylide complex containing a terminal alkynyl group [Ru]-CCCPh2CH2CCH (2c) generates the vinylidene complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CCH}BF4 (3c) which again undergoes an irreversible transformation to give {[Ru]=C=CHCH2CPh2CCH}BF4 (4c) possibly via a pi-coordinated alkynyl complex followed by hydrogen and metal migration. No similar transformation is observed for the analogous dppe complex 3c'. With an extra methylene group, complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CH2CH=CH2}BF4 (3d) and complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2Ph}BF4 (3e) are stable. The presence of a gem-diphenylmethylene moiety at the vinylidene ligand with the appropriate terminal vinyl or alkynyl group along with the correct steric environment implements such a novel reactivity in the ruthenium vinylidene complexes.  相似文献

E. M. F. of the Cell, Cd-Hg (2-phase)/CdAc2(m), Hg2Ac2(s)/Hg was measured at 20°, 25°, 30° and 40°C. The standard e. m. f. of the cell, Cd/CdAc3(m), Hg2Ac2(c)/Hg was evaluated as E°=1.1500?11.09×10?4T+1.06×10?8T2 The thermodynamic data of the reaction, Cd(c) + Hg2Ac2(c)=2Hg(l)+Cd++(aq)+2Ac?(aq) at 25°C were estimated as ΔF°=?42,139, ΔH°=?48,698 cal mole?1 and ΔS°=?22.0 cal deg?1 mole?1 at 25°C. The thermodynamic data for the formation of Hg2Ac2(s) were evaluated as ΔFf°=?202.3, ΔHf°=?154.5 Kcal mole?1 and S°=72.9 cal deg?1 mole?1. From measurements of the heats of solution of CdAc2·2H2O in aqueous solution, the relative partial molal enthalpies of cadmium acetate in aqueous solution were estimated.  相似文献

The crop science of Sichuan Agricultural University is an authorized first-class discipline. As the strategic supporting department for innovative talent cultivation in agriculture and forestry major, we are facing a long-term challenge in reforming the teaching mode for basic course-organic chemistry and cultivating talented students with solid basic knowledge and strong sense of innovation. Herein a thorough survey was performing to establish the executable teaching programs for this course during the "Double-First Class Universities Plan" period. A multidimensional teaching resource library for organic chemistry course was also constructed. The new classroom teaching mode "Interest cultivation-Creative thought development-Autonomous and Cooperative learning", along with a stepwise practice teaching mode "Foundation skills-Integrated application-Innovative trial" was proposed and practiced among thirty-five majors including agriculture, forestry and veterinary, to improve the quality for innovative talent cultivation and support our first-class discipline construction. This research could probably serve as a reference for congeneric agricultural university.  相似文献

Bivalent germanium was polarographically studied in sodium hydroxide solution at various concentrations. A well-defined reduction wave with half-wave potential varying from ?0.90 to ?0.98 volt vs. S.C.E. was observed for 1×10?4 M Ge(II) in concentration range of 0.2 to 2.0 F with respect to NaOH, and from ?0.70 to ?0.88 volt vs. S.C.E. in the pH range 9.0–12.1 at 25°. The value of id/C is 5.43 μα/mM and that of id/C mfor t1/8 is 5.21. Dependence of E1/2 upon pH is expressed by —E1/2 =0.18+0.058 pH. Experimental result suggests that the reaction proceeds in two-steps involving an irreversible two-electron reduction: Ge(OH)2+OH?→HGeO2?+H2O and HGeO2?+H2O+2e→Ge0+3OH?.  相似文献

A highly sensitive HPLC method was developed for the determination of xenoestrogenic compound, bisphenol A (BPA) in human breast milk samples. After a two-step liquid-liquid extraction, BPA was derivatized with fluorescent labeling reagent, 4-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)benzoyl chloride (DIB-Cl). The excess fluorescent reagent could be removed effectively using a column-switching system. The separation of DIB-BPA from endogenous materials in milk was carried out on two C(18) columns and fluorescence intensity was monitored at 475 nm with the excitation of 350 nm. A good linearity (r = 0.994) was observed of BPA in the concentration range of 0.2-5.0 ng mL(-1) in breast milk, and the detection limit was 0.11 ng mL(-1) at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. Intra- and inter-day precision (RSD, %) were less than 8.7 and 10.4, respectively. Twenty-three breast milk samples of healthy lactating women were analyzed for the BPA concentration; the mean value was 0.61 +/- 0.20 ng mL(-1), with no correlation to the lipid content of milk samples.  相似文献
