(Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butylbenzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carboxaldehyde with thiophene‐3‐acetonitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thiophene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the molecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I). 相似文献

The C-C chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2) was proved as a multidrug target in many diseases like diabetes, inflammation and AIDS, but rational drug design on this target is still lagging behind as the information on the exact binding site and the crystal structure is not yet available. Therefore, for a successful structure-based drug design, an accurate receptor model in ligand-bound state is necessary. In this study, binding-site residues of CCR2 was determined using in silico alanine scanning mutagenesis and the interactions between TAK-779 and the developed homology model of CCR2. Molecular dynamic simulation and Molecular Mechanics-Generalized Born Solvent Area method was applied to calculate binding free energy difference between the template and mutated protein. Upon mutating 29 amino acids of template protein and comparison of binding free energy with wild type, six residues were identified as putative hot spots of CCR2. 相似文献

We adapt the spectral viscosity (SV) formulation implemented as a modal filter to a discontinuous Galerkin (DG) method solving hyperbolic conservation laws on triangular grids. The connection between SV and spectral filtering, which is undertaken for the first time in the context of DG methods on unstructured grids, allows to specify conditions on the filter strength regarding time step choice and mesh refinement. A crucial advantage of this novel damping strategy is its low computational cost. We furthermore obtain new error bounds for filtered Dubiner expansions of smooth functions. While high order accuracy with respect to the polynomial degree N is proven for the filtering procedure in this case, an adaptive application is proposed to retain the high spatial approximation order. Although spectral filtering stabilizes the scheme, it leaves weaker oscillations. Therefore, as a postprocessing step, we apply the image processing technique of digital total variation (DTV) filtering in the new context of DG solutions and prove conservativity in the limit for this filtering procedure. Numerical experiments for scalar conservation laws confirm the designed order of accuracy of the DG scheme with adaptive modal filtering for polynomial degrees up to 8 and the viability of spectral and DTV filtering in case of shocks. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 99Tc is one of the long lived fission product with high fission yield. From radioactive waste management point of view it is very much essential to evaluate the concentration of technetium in the radioactive liquid waste in order to finalise the treatment process to extract/isolate it from the stream which is discharged to the environment. For the estimation of 99Tc in the radioactive liquid waste stream, extraction of the stable complex of technetium-tetraphenyl arsonium chloride (TPAC) into chloroform followed by beta counting was studied. Various parameters like pH, time of equilibration, concentration of TPAC in chloroform, use of other solvent for extraction as well as interference of various other radionuclides present in the waste were also studied. The radioactive liquid waste being handled in plant contains high concentrations of salts in the form of sodium nitrate. Hence effect of salt concentration on the percentage extraction was also evaluated. The extraction behavior does not dependent on change in the pH of the solution. Almost 99.5% extraction was observed in the pH range of 1?C13.0. High concentration of salt is affecting the extraction. However, this can be taken care by diluting the radioactive waste. It takes almost 90?min time for maximum extraction. Presence of radionuclides like 137Cs, 90Sr are not interfering the extraction of 99Tc. However, 106Ru is getting slightly extracted along with 99Tc. The error due to 106Ru can be eliminated by taking gamma spectrum and deducting the activity from the total beta activity to get 99Tc activity. Nitrobenzene can be used for extraction of Tc?CTPAC complex in place of chloroform. 相似文献

In this work, the effect of crack tip constraint on near-tip stress and deformation fields in a ductile FCC single crystal is studied under mode I, plane strain conditions. To this end, modified boundary layer simulations within crystal plasticity framework are performed, neglecting elastic anisotropy. The first and second terms of the isotropic elastic crack tip field, which are governed by the stress intensity factor K and T-stress, are prescribed as remote boundary conditions and solutions pertaining to different levels of T-stress are generated. It is found that the near-tip deformation field, especially, the development of kink or slip shear bands, is sensitive to the constraint level. The stress distribution and the size and shape of the plastic zone near the crack tip are also strongly influenced by the level of T-stress, with progressive loss of crack tip constraint occurring as T-stress becomes more negative. A family of near-tip fields is obtained which are characterized by two terms (such as K and T or J and a constraint parameter Q) as in isotropic plastic solids. 相似文献

Effect of a micelle (SDS) on the photorearrangement of aryl esters have been investigated. Thus, phenyl, p- and m-cresyl, and 2-naphthyl benzoates yielded the corresponding o-hydroxybenzophenones as a major product in high yield.
