The electron temperature of the plasma formed during pulsed laser deposition of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O target was measured using Langmuir probe. The main parameters of the experiment were as follows: The distance of the probe from the target was in the range of (4-6) mm, the basic working pressure was 2×10–3 Pa and the planar pulse energy density of laser beam was approximately 8 J/cm2. The obtained values of electron temperature were in the range of (1.0-2.5) eV. Presented results are discussed from the point of view of different theories of plasma splitting.  相似文献

Mössbauer emission spectra of a frozen aqueous solution of 57CoCl2 show contributions from the Sz = +52 and the Sz = +32 Zeeman levels of Fe3+ ions at T = 4.2 K in H ? 30 kG. The K-capture results in a non-equilibrium state of relaxation time comparable to the lifetime of the nuclear excited state (~ 10?7 s).  相似文献

Rejection of adsorbing solutes by ultrafiltration membranes is not adequately described by the steric rejection theory [3]. Solute adsorption (fouling) changes the shape of the rejection curve. Typically, the measured curves are steeper than the theoretical curve. The shape of the curve can be predicted qualitatively from simple theoretical considerations. For adsorbing solutes, single-solute and multiple-solute ultrafiltration experiments give different results. Relative thickness of adsorbed solute layer in a membrane pore was found to depend on (1) solute size, (2) solute hydrophobicity, (3) pH and ionic strength for a protein solute, (4) solute concentration, and (5) time of adsorption. Large differences observed between water fluxes and fluxes of very dilute polymer solutions through the same membrane are also interpreted in terms of solute adsorption.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the mechanics of statistically non-uniform two-phase elastic discrete structures. In particular, following the methodology proposed in Luciano and Willis (2005) [Journal of the Mechanics and Physics of Solids 53, 1505-1522], energetic bounds and estimates of the Hashin-Shtrikman-Willis type are developed for discrete systems with a heterogeneity distribution quantified by second-order spatial statistics. As illustrated by three numerical case studies, the resulting expressions for the ensemble average of the potential energy are fully explicit, computationally feasible and free of adjustable parameters. Moreover, the comparison with reference Monte-Carlo simulations confirms a notable improvement in accuracy with respect to approaches based solely on the first-order statistics.  相似文献

The effect of deposition temperature on the structural and optical properties of amorphous hydrogenated silicon (a-Si:H) thin films deposited by plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) from silane diluted with hydrogen was under study. The series of thin films deposited at the deposition temperatures of 50–200°C were inspected by XRD, Raman spectroscopy and UV Vis spectrophotometry. All samples were found to be amorphous with no presence of the crystalline phase. Ordered silicon hydride regions were proved by XRD. Raman measurement analysis substantiated the results received from XRD showing that with increasing deposition temperature silicon-silicon bond-angle fluctuation decreases. The optical characterization based on transmittance spectra in the visible region presented that the refractive index exhibits upward trend with increasing deposition temperature, which can be caused by the densification of the amorphous network. We found out that the scale factor of the Tauc plot increases with the deposition temperature. This behaviour can be attributed to the increasing ordering of silicon hydride regions. The Tauc band gap energy, the iso-absorption value their difference were not particularly influenced by the deposition temperature. Improvements of the microstructure of the Si amorphous network have been deduced from the analysis.  相似文献

This paper deals with the solvability of the equation A(u) ? S(u) = f, where A is a continuous self-adjoint operator defined on a real Hilbert space H with values in H, the null-space of A is nontrivial, and N is a nonlinear completely continuous perturbation. Sufficient, and necessary-sufficient conditions are given for the equation to be solvable.
