The title compound, 1,3‐dinitramino‐2‐nitroxy‐propane ( 1 ) was prepared in high yield (85 %) and characterized by multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 14N) and vibrational (IR, Raman) spectroscopy. The molecular structure in the solid state was elucidated by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a crystal density of ρ = 1.798 g cm?3. Compound 1 melts at 166 °C and decomposes at 168 °C. The impact (7 J), friction (96 N) and electrostatic discharge sensitivities (0.6 J) were determined experimentally. The detonation parameters of 1 were calculated using a combined quantum chemical (CBS‐4M) calculation and a chemical equilibrium calculation based on the steady‐state model of detonation: Q = ?5998 kJ kg?1, P = 339 kbar, D = 8895 m s?1. The experimentally determined detonation velocity (fiber optic method) agrees well with the calculated values. In comparison with picric acid (PA) and nitropenta (PETN), compound 1 shows superior detonation characteristics when detonated in a confined space.  相似文献

In 2008, heparin contaminated with oversulfated chondroitin sulfate (OSCS) penetrated the worldwide market and was associated with severe adverse effects. Feasible and reliable methods to test heparin for adulteration are needed. The objective was to develop a simple approach based on a microplate assay for quantification of heparin and sulfated glycans using the fluorescent heparin sensor polymer-H (polymer-H assay). However, both heparin and OSCS concentration-dependently increase the fluorescence intensity (FI) of polymer-H, so that OSCS in heparin cannot be detected. The idea was a two-step procedure including, first, separation of heparin by degradation with heparinase I, and then measurement of the remaining OSCS. To achieve complete heparin (unfractionated heparin (UFH), enoxaparin) degradation, several conditions (e.g. incubation time and heparinase I concentration) were optimized by using the aXa assay for monitoring. Defined UFH/OSCS mixtures incubated in this way showed a concentration-dependent FI increase in the polymer-H assay (λ (em) 330 nm, λ (ex) 510 nm). The sensitivity was unexpectedly high with an LOD/LOQ of 0.5%/0.6% OSCS content in heparin. Further experiments testing UFH/OSCS mixtures in the aXa assay confirmed our hypothesis: OSCS inhibits heparinase I resulting in incomplete heparin degradation and thus an additional FI increase of polymer-H by intact heparin. This two-step microplate fluorescence assay is a sensitive, rapid, and simple method for quantification of OSCS in heparin. In contrast with 1H NMR and CE, neither expensive equipment nor much experience are required. It could be applied not only in the quality control of heparin, but also in clinical practice, to check the applied heparin preparation when a patient suffers any adverse effect.  相似文献

O-, S-, and N-Nucleophiles are added to the exocyclic double bond of the title compounds 1 . The addition of O- or S-nucleophiles yields stable products (Scheme 1), while addition of N-nucleophiles results in thermally labile compounds (Scheme 2). The reaction is studied by spectroscopic methods. From hydrazine adducts, a spiro[azetidine-3,3′-pyrazolidine] 7 is obtained, and the addition products of methyl- and benzylhydrazine rearrange to pyrazol-4-carboxylates 6 . Furthermore, the exocyclic double bond is used for the formation of spiro-β-lactams either by cyclopropane formation or by Diels-Alder reactions (Scheme 4). The steric course of all reactions is studied, and it is shown that all reactions with the double bond occur from the side opposite to the bulkier substitutent at C(4) of the β-lactam ring.  相似文献

A new generation of organophosphate (OP) scavengers was obtained by synthesis of β-cyclodextrin-oxime derivatives 8-12. Selective monosubstitution of β-cyclodextrin was the main difficulty in order to access these compounds, because reaction onto the oligosaccharide was closely related to the nature of the incoming group. For this purpose, non-conventional activation conditions were also evaluated. Intermediates 5 and 7 were then obtained with the better yields under ultrasounds irradiation. Finally, the desired compounds 8-10 were obtained from 5-7 in high purity by desilylation using potassium fluoride. Quaternarisation of compounds 8 and 9 was carried out. OP hydrolytic activity of compounds 8-12 was evaluated against cyclosarin (GF) and VX. None of the tested compounds was active against VX, but these five cyclodextrin derivatives detoxified GF, and the most active scavengers 10 and 11 allowed an almost complete hydrolysis of GF within 10 min. Even more fascinating is the fact that compounds 9 and 10 were able to hydrolyze enantioselectively GF.  相似文献

Gold(I) and silver(I) complexes of 1-methyl-5-thio-tetrazole (1) have been prepared and the coordination chemistry of this ligand toward metal-phosphine frameworks has been explored. As indicated by IR and Raman data, ligand 1 is deprotonated and the resulted anion acts as a bidentate (S,N)-tetrazole-5-thiolato unit in the new gold(I) complexes, [Au(SCN(4)Me)(PPh(3))] (2), [{Au(SCN(4)Me)}(2)(μ-dppm)] (3), and [{Au(SCN(4)Me)}(2)(μ-dppe)] (4), while it is coordinated only through the sulfur atom as its neutral tetrazole-5-thione form in the silver(I) derivative, [Ag(HSCN(4)Me)(PPh(3))](2)(OTf)(2) (5). Further characterization of the new compounds was performed using multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, (31)P, (19)F) NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and DSC measurements. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies revealed basically linear P-M-S arrangements in complexes 3-5. The bidentate (S,N) coordination pattern results in a T-shaped (S,N)PAu core in 3 and 4, whereas, in 5, a similar coordination geometry is achieved in the dimer association based on S-bridging ligand 1. Herein, weak (C)H···Au and (C)H···Ag agostic interactions were observed. An intramolecular Au···Au contact occurs in 3, while in 4 intermolecular aurophilic bonds lead to formation of a chain polymer. An intermolecular Ag···Ag contact is also present in the dimer unit of 5. Low-temperature (31)P NMR data for 5 evidenced the presence of monomer and dimer units in solution. Theoretical calculations on model of the complexes 2 and 4 are consistent with the geometries found by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

We describe a microchip capillary electrophoresis method for the analysis of nitrate and sulfate in ambient aerosols. Investigating the chemical composition of ambient aerosol particles is essential for understanding their sources and effects. Significant progress has been made towards developing mass spectrometry-based instrumentation for rapid qualitative analysis of aerosols. Alternative methods for rapid quantification of selected high abundance compounds are needed to augment the capacity for widespread routine analysis. Such methods could provide much higher temporal and spatial resolution than can be achieved currently. Inorganic anions comprise a large percentage of particulate mass, with nitrate and sulfate among the most abundant species. While ion chromatography has proven very useful for analyzing extracts of time-integrated ambient aerosol samples collected on filters and for semi-continuous, on-line particle composition measurements, there is a growing need for development of new compact, inexpensive approaches to routine on-line aerosol ion analysis for deployment in spatially dense, atmospheric measurement networks. Microchip capillary electrophoresis provides the necessary speed and portability to address this need. In this report, on-column contact conductivity detection is used with hydrodynamic injection to create a simple microchip instrument for analysis of nitrate and sulfate. On-column contact conductivity detection was achieved using a Pd decoupler placed upstream from the working electrodes. Microchips containing two Au or Pd working electrodes showed a good linear range (5-500 microM) and low limits-of-detection for sulfate and nitrate, with Au providing the lowest detection limits (1 microM) for both ions. The completed microchip system was used to analyze ambient aerosol filter samples. Nitrate and sulfate concentrations measured by the microchip matched the concentrations measured by ion chromatography.  相似文献

After 7 years of successful operation, the database of the proficiency testing (PT) scheme for water analysis organized by the Institute for Agrobiotechnology (IFA), Tulln contains nearly 4,000 data sets from over 300 interlaboratory comparison samples. About 70 analytical parameters (major ions, metals, trace ions, herbicides, volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, organochlorine pesticides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) were covered by the PT scheme. The data were evaluated using robust statistics in order to determine a set of coefficients of variation (CV) for each analytical parameter. Concentration and time dependence of the CV were checked. The CV were combined to obtain standard deviations for proficiency assessment (Z-score criteria). Furthermore, a viewer program was designed to facilitate monitoring of the analytical performance of participating laboratories.  相似文献

Triangular and quadratic Cu pyramids were epitaxially grown on Si(111) and Si(100) substrates, respectively, by pulsed laser deposition at elevated substrate temperatures above 200°C as well as by post-annealing of closed Cu layers prepared at room temperature. In both cases, three-dimensional pyramids with edge lengths of up to 9 μm were obtained, as observed by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Although the macroscopic shape is a pyramid, microscopically the islands consist of columnar grains (with lateral sizes of only about 50 nm at 260°C). The size and shape of the pyramids can be controlled by the substrate used, the amount of material deposited, and the temperature during deposition or annealing. Additionally, first hints were found that the pyramids can be aligned by structuring the substrate. The formation of such large pyramids is explained by a fast diffusion of Cu atoms on Si over distances of some μm and a high jump probability to higher pyramid layers.  相似文献
