Using DTA and XRD methods, a diagram of phase equilibria in ZnV2O6-ZnFe2O4 system has been constructed. System ZnV2O6-ZnFe2O4 is in subsolidus area a real binary system and its components form a compound Zn2FeV3O11. Zn2FeV3O11 melts incongruently at 835±5°C with deposition of two solid phases: b-Zn2V2O7 and ZnFe2O4. We have developed a precise and accurate method for the determination of ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin in meat tissues. Our method utilizes capillary electrophoresis with a transient pseudo-isotachophoresis mechanism and liquid–liquid extraction during sample preparation. For our experiment, a meat tissue sample was homogenized in pH 7.00 phosphate buffer at a ratio of 1:10 (tissue mass: buffer volume; g/mL). The extraction of each sample was carried out twice for 15 min with 600 µL of a mixture of dichloromethane and acetonitrile at a 2:1 volume ratio. We then conducted the electrophoretic separation at a voltage of 16 kV and a temperature of 25 °C using a background electrolyte of 0.1 mol/L phosphate–borate (pH 8.40). We used the UV detection at 288 nm. The experimentally determined LOQs for ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin were 0.27 ppm (0.8 nmol/g tissue) and 0.11 ppm (0.3 nmol/g tissue), respectively. The calibration curves exhibited linearity over the tested concentration range of 2 to 10 nmol/g tissue for both analytes. The relative standard deviation of the determination did not exceed 15%, and the recovery was in the range of 85–115%. We used the method to analyze various meat tissues for their ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin contents.  相似文献

Two series of novel mono-ionizable calix[4]arene-benzocrown-6 ligands in 1,3-alternate conformations are synthesized. In one series, the proton-ionizable group (PIG) is attached to the para position of one aromatic ring in the calixarene framework, thereby positioning it over the polyether ring cavity. In the other series, the PIG is a substituent on the benzo group in the polyether ring. This orients the PIG away from the crown ether cavity. In addition to carboxylic acid functions, the PIGs include N-(X)sulfonyl carboxamide groups. With X group variation from methyl to phenyl to 4-nitrophenyl to trifluoromethyl, the acidity of the PIG is ‘tuned’. Solvent extraction of Ag+ from aqueous solutions into chloroform is used to probe the influence of structural variation within the mono-ionizable calixcrown ligand on metal ion extraction efficiency, including the identity and acidity of the PIG and its orientation with respect to the polyether ring.  相似文献

Iron whiskers grown by hydrogen reduction of ferrous chloride were studied by several X-ray and optical techniques, particularly by X-ray diffraction topography. 36 whiskers with [100], [110] and [111] axis directions, from 20 μm to 260 μm in thickness were investigated. They were of different degree of perfection with dislocations nonuniformly distributed. Three [111] whiskers showed a lattice twist around the axis. Burgers vectors of several frequent types of dislocations were found.  相似文献

Psoriasis is a common, chronic systemic inflammatory disease affecting 125 million people worldwide. It is associated with several important conditions, including psoriatic arthritis, cardiometabolic syndrome, and depression, leading to a significant reduction in patients’ quality of life. Current treatments only reduce symptoms, not cure. This review discusses the mechanisms involved in the initiation and development of the disease, the role of oxidative stress in this autoimmune disease, as well as potential therapeutic options with substances of natural origin. The main aim of the study is intended to offer a review of the literature to present plants and phytochemicals that can represent potential remedies in the fight against psoriasis. We identified many in vitro, in vivo, and clinical trials studies that evaluated the relationship between chosen natural substances and immune system response in the course of psoriasis. We sought to find articles about the efficacy of potential natural-derived drugs in controlling symptoms and their ability to maintain long-term disease inactivity without side effects, and the result of our work is a review, which highlights the effectiveness of plant-derived drugs in controlling the inflammatory burden on psoriatic patients by decreasing the oxidative stress conditions.  相似文献

A diagram for the phase equilibria established in the two-component Fe2V4O13-WO3 system (one of the intersections of the Fe2O3-V2O5-WO3 three-component system) has been constructed based on the measurements made by DTA and X-ray phase analysis.
