The first asymmetric catalytic approach to multilayer 3D chirality has been achieved by using Suzuki-Miyaura cross-couplings. New chiral catalysts were designed and screened under various catalytic systems that proved chiral amide-phosphines to be more efficient ligands than other candidates. The multilayer 3D framework was unambiguously determined by X-ray structural analysis showing a parallel pattern of three layers consisting of top, middle and bottom aromatic rings. The X-ray structure of a catalyst complex, dichloride complex of Pd-phosphine amide, was obtained revealing an interesting asymmetric environment nearby the Pd metal center. Three rings of multilayer 3D products can be readily changed by varying aromatic ring-anchored starting materials. The resulting multilayer products displayed strong luminescence under UV irradiation and strong aggregation-induced emission (AIE). In the future, this work would benefit not only the field of asymmetric synthesis but also materials science, in particular polarized organic electronics, optoelectronics and photovoltaics. 相似文献

Roles of steroid hormones, and compounds that can influence their levels in cells, are of increasing interest in e.g. cancer research, partly because resistance to hormone therapies often complicates treatment. To elucidate the processes involved, the hormones and related compounds need to be accurately measured. Reversed-phase liquid chromatography with dynamic multiple reaction monitoring mass spectrometric detection in electrospray mode is capable of providing such measurements. Therefore, LC-MS/MS was developed for sensitive, selective analysis of 11 steroid hormones, cholesterol and two prostaglandins. The effects of the tissue matrix, and solid-phase extraction (SPE) sample clean-up, on the LC-MS/MS signals of the hormones were also investigated. The results show that the developed LC-MS/MS method, following SPE clean-up to reduce matrix interference, can detect selected steroids in extracts of mouse tissues. The method provides linear measurements of the steroids at concentrations up to few ng/μL, and limits of detection in the range 0.03-0.2 pg/μL (for some compounds lower than those of previously reported methods). 相似文献

Enolates generated by treatment of silyl ketene acetals and enol ethers with fluoride ion sources add to nitroarenes to produce σH adducts that oxidize either with KMnO4 to give substituted nitroarenes or with dimethyldioxirane to give substituted phenols. In the latter case the oxidation results in replacement of the nitro group with a hydroxy group. The aim of this work was an investigation of structural and electrical properties of ZnO/Zn2-xFexTiO4 (x?=?0.7, 1, 1.4) powders. The compounds obtained by sol-gel method are characterized by several techniques: X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), electrical and dielectrical measurements. The XRD, SEM and XPS analysis confirmed the formation of ZnFeTiO4 inverse spinel structure. The electrical and dielectrical properties of ZnO/Zn2-xFexTiO4 (x?=?0.7, 1, 1.4) were measured by impedance spectroscopy, revealing a decrease in the electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant with Fe content. 相似文献

CE with UV-Vis and MS detections was investigated as a technique for detection of main components of selected natural dyes of plant and insect origin. The BGE giving the best separation of the investigated flavonoids and anthraquinoids, suitable for MS detection consisted of 40 mM ammonium acetate solution of pH 9.5 with 40% ACN. LODs obtained with MS detection were even one order of magnitude lower than the ones obtained with UV-Vis detection. Application of MS detection enabled determination of eleven dye compounds from three different chemical groups in 15 min. and proved to be more satisfactory than diode-array detection in the electrophoretic analysis of main classes of natural dyes both in terms of selectivity and sensitivity of analysis. 相似文献

Ultrathin titanium layers when deposited on the surface of gold can be successfully applied for infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRRAS) investigations. It was shown that the reflectivity, the phase shift, and the mean square electric field of the p- and s-polarized IR radiation in up to 20 nm thick titanium layers covered with a 3-4 nm thick layer of native oxide are comparable to those of the air/gold interface. The surface selection rule is fulfilled. Thus, qualitative and quantitative analysis of 1,2-dimyristoyl- sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DMPC) bilayers transferred in liquid expanded (LE) and liquid condensed (LC) states can be performed. Differences are found in the hydration state and molecular arrangement of the two investigated bilayers. In the DMPC bilayer in the LE state, the C-N bond in the positively charged choline moiety is inclined by approximately 70 degrees toward the surface of the negatively charged titanium substrate. In the phosphate moiety, the in-plane vector of the O-P-O group makes a small angle of approximately 15 degrees to the surface normal. This open structure of the lipid molecule corresponds to the B crystal structure of the DMPC molecule and provides space for strong hydration of the polar headgroup. In the DMPC bilayer in the LC state, the intermolecular distances are reduced; the C-N bond of the choline group makes a smaller angle to the surface normal, and the in-plane vector of the O-P-O group in the phosphate moiety displays a larger tilt. The degree of hydration is reduced. The arrangement of the polar headgroup region corresponds to the A crystal structure of the DMPC molecule. 相似文献
