New aminomethyl derivatives were synthesized via Mannich reaction of 4,13-diaza-18-crown-6 with racemic 2-isobornyl-4-methylphenol and 2-isobornylphenol. The diastereoisomers (meso-form and racemate) derived from the racemic terpenophenols were detected by the 13C NMR spectroscopy. The signals were assigned by comparison with the 13C NMR spectrum of the enantiomer of one of the derivatives. The optically active disubstituted diaza-crown-ether molecule was studied by the XRD analysis that showed the presence of the intramolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-quinone 1′-phthalazinylhydrazone (HL) was synthesized. Quantum-chemical calculations of the energy of possible tautomeric forms of the hydrazone were performed. The complexes of Zn(II), Hg(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) of ML2 composition were obtained and studied. The structure of the NiL2 complex was established by XRD. It was shown by DFT-D3 calculations that the cis-structure of the complex is stabilized due to the interligand dispersion interaction.  相似文献

A number of studies have been made of the problem of the effect of a temperature gradient on mass transfer in a forced viscous fluid flow. The question of allowing for thermal diffusion effects has been examined in connection with flow around bodies [1–4], duct flow [5], and jet flows [6,7]. Recently, in addition to the problem of thermal diffusion separation, the attention of investigators has been claimed by the problem of taking into account the effect of thermal diffusion on mass transfer in a convective flow in the presence of chemical reactions on the flow surfaces [4].  相似文献

A series of 4-aminomethyl derivatives of 2,6-diisobornylphenol containing tertiary and secondary amino groups were synthesized. Their toxicity and the membrane-protective and antioxidant activity were assessed using red blood cells of laboratory mice as the test object. These compounds were shown to exhibit high membrane-protective and antioxidant activity, which substantially depends on the structure of the substituent and the concentration of the substance.  相似文献
