A convenient one‐pot multicomponent method for the preparation of 3‐amino‐6,7‐dihydrobenzo[c]thiophen‐4(5H)‐one derivative has been developed. Reaction of 1,3‐cyclohexanedione and phenyl isothiocynate gave α‐oxo‐N,S‐ketene acetal that were reacted in situ with 2‐chloromethylquniazoline‐4‐one derivatives, in the presence of sodium hydride to afford the target compound in reasonable overall yields.  相似文献

This work describes studying the permanent grafting of carboxylic acid end-functionalized poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether (PEG) chains of different molecular weights from the melt onto a surface employing poly(glycidyl methacrylate) ultrathin film as an anchoring layer. The grafting led to the synthesis of the complete PEG brushes possessing exceptionally high grafting density. The maximum thickness of the attached PEG films was strongly dependent on the length of the polymer chains being grafted. The maximum grafting efficiency was close to the critical entanglement molecular weight region for PEG. All grafted PEG layers were in the "brush regime", since the distance between grafting sites for the layers was lower than the end-to-end distance for the anchored macromolecules. Scanning probe microscopy revealed that the grafting process led to complete PEG layers with surface smoothness on a nanometric scale. Practically all samples were partly or fully covered with crystalline domains that disappeared when samples were scanned under water. Due to the PEG hydrophilic nature, the surface with the grafted layer exhibited a low (up to 21 degrees ) water contact angle.  相似文献

5-Hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-thiocarboxamides 3 and 3-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-thiocarboxamides 4, regioselectively obtained by the condensation of trifluoromethyl-β-diketones with thiosemicarbazide under neutral and acidic conditions, on further reaction with phenacyl bromides 5 afforded 4-aryl-(5-trifluoromethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazoles 6 and 4-aryl-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazoles 7, respectively. Five 4,5-dihydropyrazoles (3ae) and two pyrazolylthiazoles (6a and 6c) were tested against one Gram-positive and one Gram-negative bacteria to assess their in vitro antibacterial activity. Compounds 3a, 3b and 3e showed moderate antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacterium, Bacillus pumilus.  相似文献

A new type of DNA targeting with the formation of a Janus-Wedge (J-W) triple helix is described. The "wedge" residue (W) attached to a PNA backbone is designed to insert itself into double-stranded DNA and base pair with both Watson-Crick faces. To study the stability of such an assembly, we have examined the formation of the J-W triplex with dC8 - T8 target sequence. The use of this target sequence permits the study of this new helix form without competing Watson-Crick interactions between the two target residues. Studies indicate that the W strand binds to both target strands, with defined polarity and a stability (-15.2 kcal/mol) that is roughly the sum of the two independent duplex interactions.  相似文献

We establish the result that the standard Boulware–Deser spacetime can radiate. This allows us to model the dynamics of a spherically symmetric radiating dynamical star in five-dimensional Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet gravity with three spacetime regions. The local internal region is a two-component system consisting of standard pressure-free, null radiation and an additional string fluid with energy density and nonzero pressure obeying all physically realistic energy conditions. The middle region is purely radiative which matches to a third region which is the vacuum Boulware–Deser exterior. Our approach allows for all three spacetime regions to be modeled by the same class of metric functions. A large family of solutions to the field equations are presented for various realistic equations of state. A comparison of our solutions with earlier well known results is undertaken and we show that Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet analogues of these solutions, including those of Husain, are contained in our family. We also generalise our results to higher dimensions.  相似文献

The present work reports the application of micron-particulate crystalline hexagonal aluminium nitride/aluminium as a novel, mild acidic and reusable solid heterogeneous catalyst in organic synthesis. The catalyst was synthesized by thermal plasma technique and characterized using X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy. It catalyzes efficiently many organic transformations such as the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds 2,4,5-triaryl-substituted imidazoles and 2-aryl benzimidazoles.  相似文献

The use of high‐performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) spectroscopy for the kinetic analysis of acyl glucuronide (AG) isomerisation and hydrolysis of the 1‐β‐O‐acyl glucuronides (1‐β‐O‐AG) of phenylacetic acid, (R)‐ and (S)‐α‐methylphenylacetic acid and α,α‐dimethylphenylacetic acid is described and compared. Each AG was incubated in both aqueous buffer, at pH 7.4, and control human plasma at 37°C. Aliquots of these incubations, taken throughout the reaction time‐course, were analysed by HPLC/MS and 1H NMR spectroscopy. In buffer, transacylation reactions predominated, with relatively little hydrolysis to the free aglycone observed. In human plasma incubations the calculated rates of reaction were much faster than for buffer and, in contrast to the observations in buffer, hydrolysis to the free aglycone was a significant contributor to the overall reaction. A diagnostic analytical methodology based on differential mass spectrometric fragmentation of 1‐β‐O‐AGs compared to the 2‐, 3‐ and 4‐positional isomers, which enables selective determination of the former, was confirmed and applied. These findings show that HPLC/MS offers a viable alternative to the more commonly used NMR spectroscopic approach for the determination of the transacylation and hydrolysis reactions of these AGs, with the major advantage of having the capability to do so in a complex biological matrix such as plasma.
