A novel beta-diketone with an electro-transporting oxadiazole group, 1-(4'-(5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)biphenyl-4-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorobutane-1,3-dione (MPBDTFA), was prepared with high yield. With this synthesized ligand as the first ligand and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) as the secondary ligand, a new europium(III) ternary complex, Eu(MPBDTFA)(3)Phen, was synthesized. The new beta-diketone and its europium(III) ternary complex were characteristized by elemental analysis, thermo-gravimetric analysis, IR and UV-visible spectroscopies. Photoluminescence measurements indicated that the energy absorbed by the organic ligands was efficiently transfered to the central Eu(3+) ions, and the complex showed intensely and characteristically red emissions due to the (5)D(0)-->(7)F(j) transitions of the central Eu(3+) ions. With an electro-transporting group in molecule and highly thermal stability, the synthesized Eu(III) ternary complex is expected as a red-emitting candidate material for fabrication of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). 相似文献

A convenient and higher yielding synthetic route to N-alkyl-bis(thiophene)- and N-alkyl-bis(ethylenedioxythiophene) carbazole derivatives is reported and their aggregation, and electrochemical properties are characterized. The key step in the synthesis of this group of compounds has been the Stille-type coupling reaction between the N-alkyldibromocarbazole and tin derivatives of thiophene or ethylenedioxythiophene, as the best way for preparation of conjugated N-alkylcarbazole derivatives. Reactions of binary and ternary alkali metal carbonate mixtures with aluminium oxide were studied by means of a derivatograph under different conditions. Reaction products were identified by X-ray diffraction.In the presence of binary and ternary carbonate, mixtures containing Li2CO3 the product was always-lithium metaaluminate, transforming to the-form at higher temperatures, while using only Li2CO3 the orthodialuminate could be obtained too.
Zusammenfassung Die Reaktionen binärer und ternärer Alkalikarbonatmischungen mit Aluminiumoxid wurden mittels eines Derivatographen unter verschiedenen Bedingungen untersucht. Die Reaktionsprodukte wurden durch Röntgendiffraktion identifiziert.In Gegenwart Li2CO3-haltiger binärer und ternärer Karbonatmischungen war das Produkt stets -Lithium-meta-aluminat, das bei höheren Temperaturen in die-Form überging, während bei Einsatz von Li2CO3 auch Orthodialuminat erhalten werden konnte.
Résumé On a étudié à l'aide d'un Derivatograph, sous diverses conditions, la réaction de mélanges binaires et ternaires des carbonates alcalins avec l'oxyde d'aluminium. L'identification des produits formés a été effectuée par diffraction des rayons X.Si les mélanges binaires et ternaires de carbonates contiennent du carbonate de lithium, il se forme toujours 1'-métaaluminate de lithium, qui, à température plus élevée, se transforme en la forme. Si la carbonate de lithium est utilisé seul, on peut obtenir aussi l'ortho-dialuminate.

A fully-developed turbulent pipe flow is allowed to pass through a rotating pipe section, whose axis of rotation coincides
with the pipe axis. At the exit end of the rotating section, the flow passes into a stationary pipe. As a result of the relaxation
of surface rotation, the turbulent flow near the pipe wall is affected by extra turbulence production created by the large
circumferential shear strain set up by the rapid decrease of the rotational velocity to zero at the wall. However, the flow
in the most part of the pipe is absent of this extra turbulence production because the circumferential strain is zero as a
result of the solid-body rotation imparted to the flow by the rotating pipe section. The combined effect of these two phenomena
on the flow is investigated in detail using hot-wire anemometry techniques. Both mean and turbulence fields are measured,
together with the wall shear and the turbulent burst behavior at the wall. A number of experiments at different rotational
speeds are carried out. Therefore, the effects of rotation on the behavior of wall shear, turbulent burst at the wall, turbulence

Oxidative coupling reaction of 1‐hexyl–3,4‐dimethylpyrrole affords a conjugated conducting poly(1‐hexyl‐3,4‐dimethyl‐2,5‐pyrrolylene) (PHDP), which is completely soluble in common organic solvents. The luminescence of PHDP is comparable to that of poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) (PVK), which has been widely used in electroluminescence devices. The quantum efficiency of PHDP is 2.5 times higher than that of PVK. A rationalization is presented relating the conductivity of PHDP to its polymer structure. 相似文献
