We have developed a simple and powerful method, which is called ‘angled sample holder method’, to characterize a topographic structured sample such as microsized via hole of ball grid array using time‐of‐flight SIMS. The diameter of via holes was 100 µm and the depth was 70 µm. To remove the shaded area by incidence primary ion beam and to extract secondary ions from the bottom of a via hole, several types of angled sample holders with compensation steering plate were applied on the basis of simulation results using SIMION code. And the analyses using angled sample holder method enabled us to characterize the bottom and side wall of a via hole in clear. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Accuracy, simplicity, and cost‐effectiveness are the most important criteria for a genotyping method for SNPs compatible with clinical use. One method developed for SNP genotyping, ligase‐based discrimination, is considered the simplest for clinical diagnosis. However, multiplex assays using this method are limited by the detection method. Although CE has been introduced as an alternative to error prone microarray‐based detection, the design process and multiplex assay procedure are complicated because of the DNA size‐dependent separation principle. In this study, we developed a simple and accurate multiplex genotyping method using reaction condition‐optimized ligation and high‐resolution CE‐based SSCP. With this high‐resolution CE‐SSCP system, we are able to use similar‐sized probes, thereby eliminating the complex probe design step and simplifying the optimization process. We found that this method could accurately discriminate single‐base mismatches in SNPs of the tp53 gene, used as targets for multiplex detection.  相似文献

Four D–π–A bipolar molecules with n-butyl-1,8-naphthalimide (BNI) fragments as acceptors, acetylenes as π-spacers, and different aromatic groups as donors have been designed to explore their optical, electronic, and charge transport properties as charge transport and luminescent materials for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The frontier molecular orbitals (FMOs) and local density of states analysis have turned out that the vertical electronic transitions of absorption and emission are characterized as intramolecular charge transfer (ICT). The calculated results show that their optical and electronic properties are affected by the different donors of the bipolar molecules. Our results suggest that D–π–A 1,8-naphthalimide derivatives with donors triphenylamine (1), 1-nitrobenzene (2), anisole (3), and 4-phenylbenzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole (4) fragments are expected to be promising luminescent materials. Furthermore, 24 are expected to be promising candidates for both electron and hole transport materials as well as potential ambipolar charge transport material, whereas BNI and 1 can serve as hole transfer materials only. We have also predicted the mobility of 4 with better performance in three different space groups. On the basis of investigated results, we proposed a rational way for the design of charge transport and/or luminescent materials simultaneously.  相似文献

Total synthesis of methyl l-daunosaminide hydrochloride was achieved from readily available l-tyrosine. Key steps in this strategy were palladium(0) catalyzed stereoselective intramolecular oxazine formation and catalytic hydrogenation of oxazine intermediate. Transformation of plant-origin 7,14-dihydroxy-ent-kaurenes to ent-abietanes having a cis-fused α-methylene γ-lactones was accomplished efficiently under the Mitsunobu reaction conditions. The yields of the desired products were apparently influenced by the steric hindrance at C-1. The cytotoxic activity on P388 murine leukemia cells of the ent-abietanes having cis-fused α-methylene γ-lactones produced were assayed.  相似文献

Propellanes and azapropellanes are attractive compounds for their unique structure and valuable applications but there are few synthetic studies for highly N-substituted azapropellanes. Several novel derivatives of 2,4,6,8,10-pentaaza[3.3.3]propellane, such as 3, 4, and 5 were successfully synthesized from readily available diethyl tartrate. Most of the synthetic steps were efficient. Their propellane structures were established by spectroscopic data and confirmed with single crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

A total synthesis of Daphnodorin A, a member of the Daphnodorins, was accomplished. Key features of the synthetic strategy include construction of 2-substituted-3-functionalized benzofuran via intramolecular Heck reaction and a mild Barton–McCombie deoxygenation process mediated by triethylborane. The total synthesis provided Daphnodorin A in 19.7% or 5.6% overall yield over 7 or 15 steps.  相似文献

Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine) is a chemical substance associated with everyday human life. In order to recognize caffeine in water, six water-soluble acyclic phane compounds composed of three aromatic rings were examined as artificial receptors. 1H NMR titration experiments revealed that 6,6′-[1,3-phenylenebis(carbonylimino)]bis-1,3-naphthalenedisulfonate had the highest binding ability for caffeine, with a binding constant (Kb) of 127±5 M−1 at 300 K. While this phane compound also formed a complex with theophylline (1,3-dimethylxanthine) at around half the value of the binding constant for caffeine (Kb=64±4 M−1), it showed weak or little complexation for adenosine, guanosine, inosine, and their 5′-phosphates (sodium salts of adenylic acid, guanylic acid, and inosinic acid).  相似文献

Reaction of 2 with bis(tributyltin) in the presence of 3 mol % Pd2(dba)3, 6 mol % XPhos, and 30 equiv of LiBr in wet and air bubbled THF at reflux for 8 h afforded the desired products 3 in 73–74% yields. The cross-coupling reaction of 3a with aryl iodides in the presence of 10 mol % Pd(PPh3)4 and 10 mol % CuI afforded the coupled products 4ap in 47–90% yields. The coupling reaction of 3b with various alkynyl bromides having aryl-, alkyl, or trialkylsilyl group also afforded the corresponding 1,3-enynes 5ag in 61–77% yields.  相似文献
