The chitosan (CHS) chondroitin sulfate (CS) complex microcapsules were prepared by emulsion-chemical crosslink method, with the chitosan and chondroitin sulfate as the wall materials and the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) as the core materials. The microcapsules were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (IR) spectrometry, scanning electron microscope (SEM), size distribution and thermal analysis. The in vitro drug release behavior of the microcapsules was studied by spectrophotometry. The SEM and size distribution showed that the microcapsules were in the spherical form mostly in the size range of 20-80 microm. The IR spectrum indicated that there were electrostatic interactions between chitosan and chondroitin sulfate, with the sulfate group and free carboxyl group reacted with the amino groups of chitosan. The DSC result showed that the wall materials could protect the core materials of the microcapsules. The results of the release kinetics experiments of the microcapsules showed that the drug released slightly faster in acid media than in alkali ones.  相似文献

This research was initiated to determine the effects of different constituents and properties of zeolite synthesized from fly ash (ZFA) on Cr(III) sorption. The uptake of Cr(III) by ZFA was influenced greatly by pH, increasing with the increase in pH. The pH was controlled mainly by calcium-related components (especially CaCO3 and free CaO) and zeolite components in ZFAs. Sorption maximum of Cr(III) (Qm), determined by a repeated batch equilibration method, ranged from 22.29 to 99.91 mg/g for the 14 ZFAs. The Q(m) value correlated significantly with Ca-related components. The correlation coefficients were 0.9467, 0.5469, 0.7521, and 0.9195 for total Ca, CaCO3, CaSO4, and f.CaO, respectively. The Qm value was also closely related to cation-exchange capacity (r=0.6872) and specific surface area (r=0.7249). Correlation coefficients of Qm with dissociated Fe2O3 and Al2O3 were much higher than those of total Fe and total Al contents, respectively. It was suggested that, in ZFAs, zeolite and iron oxide acted as ion exchanger and adsorbent for Cr(III), respectively, while Ca components elevated the pH of the reaction system and consequently promoted ion exchange and adsorption and caused the surface precipitation of chromium hydroxide.  相似文献

目的 :了解癔症性精神病再住院患者的临床特征 ,并对复发的相关因素进行初步探讨 .方法 :对6 2例癔症性精神病患者首次与再住院的临床特征、诱因、疗效、服药情况与再住院间隔时间进行比较分析 .结果 :首次住院与再住院在治疗干预早晚方面有差异 (P >0 .0 1) ;在起病形式、疗效、住院治疗时间、显进疗效所需住院时间等方面无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;复发诱因与服药依从性差等有关 ;疗效好 ,坚持规则服药可延长再住院间隔时间 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :提高心理应激能力 ,首次住院获最佳疗效 ,坚持规则服药等有可能减少癔症性精神病患者的复发  相似文献

研究了Sr2Fe1-xAlxMoO6(0≤x≤0.30) 系列多晶样品的磁学和输运性质.室温X射线衍射谱图的精修结果显示Al3+掺杂没有改变样品的晶格结构,但提高了Sr2FeMoO6晶格的阳离子有序度.5K时样品的磁化曲线说明平均单位分子饱和磁矩随着Al含量的增加而下降,但平均单位Fe离子磁矩却逐渐提高.磁化曲线的拟合结果显示样品内反铁磁相互作用对饱和磁矩的贡献随着Al含量的增加而下降,说明一定量的Fe离子被Al替代后,抑制了样品内Fe—O—Fe反相边界的形成,从而提高了Sr2FeMoO6晶格的阳离子有序度和平均单位Fe离子磁矩.对饱和磁矩的分析表明非磁性Al3+离子掺杂会形成无磁相互作用的Mo—O—Al—O—Mo区,可以将原来较大的Mo—O—Fe亚铁磁区分割成许多小的区域,并且使这些亚铁磁区间的磁耦合作用变弱,从而提高了低场磁电阻效应.阳离子有序度的提高使来源于自旋相关电子在反相边界处散射的高场磁电阻明显降低,导致了样品的磁电阻在x=0.15时达到了最大值. 关键词: 2FeMoO6')" href="#">Sr2FeMoO6 掺杂 磁结构 磁输运性质  相似文献

A numerical method is developed for modelling the interactions between incompressible viscous fluid and moving boundaries. The principle of this method is introducing the immersed‐boundary concept in the framework of the lattice Boltzmann method, and improving the accuracy and efficiency of the simulation by refining the mesh near moving boundaries. Besides elastic boundary with a constitutive law, the method can also efficiently simulate solid moving‐boundary interacting with fluid by employing the direct forcing technique. The method is validated by the simulations of flow past a circular cylinder, two cylinders moving with respect to each other and flow around a hovering wing. The versatility of the method is demonstrated by the numerical studies including elastic filament flapping in the wake of a cylinder and fish‐like bodies swimming in quiescent fluid. An efficient method for the synthesis of tryptophan analogues has been developed via one-pot reaction of commercial available indoles, ethyl nitroacetate, and paraformaldehyde in the presence of molecular sieves. The reaction provided tryptophan nitro-precursors in moderate to good yields, which were further converted to α-hydroxymethylated tryptophan derivatives catalyzed by DABCO in high yields.  相似文献

In this article, we propose an endogenous network model for banking systems. Starting from the balance sheets of a banking system and its update algorithms, the interbank credit lending was established based on the partner selection mechanism. Through simulation analysis, we find that the endogenous network model displays a structure with multiple liquidity centers, that the in‐degree distribution exhibits a Pareto tail, and that the bank asset distribution is a lognormal distribution with a Pareto tail. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
