As a fundamental study on the development of dismantlable adhesives containing chemically reactive materials, the thermal behavior and dismantlability of an epoxy adhesive containing one of the twenty-seven inorganic salts (chlorides, perchlorates, and nitrates) were observed. In the thermal behavior measured by the differential scanning calorimetry, epoxy adhesives with inorganic salts containing iron, copper, zinc, and aluminum cations released heats of reaction at lower temperatures than the adhesive alone or the adhesives with other inorganic salts. Since such inorganic salts were considered to be effective candidates as fillers in dismantlable adhesives, the adhesion strengths of their mixtures with the adhesive were observed after heat aging at 270 °C for 30 min. The results showed that both chloride and perchlorate salts specifically decreased the adhesion strength after heating. On the other hand, the effect of nitrate salts on the decrease in adhesion strength was low in comparison with the chloride and perchlorate salts. 相似文献

A simple protocol that uses [OsIII(OH)(H2O)(L ‐N4Me2)](PF6)2 ( 1 ; L ‐N4Me2=N,N′‐dimethyl‐2,11‐diaza[3.3](2,6)pyridinophane) as a catalyst and H2O2 as a terminal oxidant for efficient cis‐1,2‐dihydroxylation of alkenes is presented. Unfunctionalized (or aliphatic) alkenes and alkenes/styrenes containing electron‐withdrawing groups are selectively oxidized to the corresponding vicinal diols in good to excellent yields (46–99 %). In the catalytic reactions, the stoichiometry of alkene:H2O2 is 1:1, and thus the oxidant efficiency is very high. For the dihydroxylation of cyclohexene, the catalytic amount of 1 can be reduced to 0.01 mol % to achieve a very high turnover number of 5500. The active oxidant is identified as the OsV(O)(OH) species ( 2 ), which is formed via the hydroperoxide adduct, an OsIII(OOH) species. Little is known of the biosynthesis of sesquarterpenes and the synthesis of unnatural terpenoids by sesquarterpene biosynthetic enzymes has not yet been reported. In this study, the enzymatic cyclization of head-to-tail acyclic triterpene β-hexaprene—a natural product isolated from Bacillus clausii—using tetraprenyl-β-curcumene cyclase (TC) from Bacillus subtilis resulted in the formation of two unnatural pentacyclic triterpenes. It was revealed that B. subtilis TC, which forms tetracyclic terpenoid scaffold from tetraprenyl-β-curcumene in vivo, could be used to construct the 6/6/6/6/6-fused pentacyclic scaffold in vitro, suggesting that the active site cavity of TC has sufficient space to accommodate this unnatural pentacyclic scaffold. A fluoride-responsive (FR) amino acid that induces amide bond cleavage upon the addition of a fluoride was developed, and it was applied to an FR traceable linker. By the use of an alkyne-containing peptide as a model of an alkynylated target protein of a bioactive compound, introduction of the FR traceable linker onto the peptide was achieved. Subsequent fluoride-induced cleavage of the linker followed by labeling of the released peptide derivative was also conducted to examine the potential applicability of the FR traceable linker to the enrichment and labeling of alkynylated target molecules. 相似文献

The crystallization of γ‐cyclodextrin‐based metal‐organic framework (CD‐MOF) with inclusion of ferulic acid (FA) was carried out through vapor diffusion of methanol to the aqueous solution of γ‐cyclodextrin (γ‐CD), KOH and FA. Although the crystallization of pure CD was limited in highly basic solution of KOH (pH>13.0), the CD‐MOF with inclusion of FA (FA/CD‐MOF) was able to be formed at pH 6.8 after the neutralization of KOH by FA. The inclusion behavior of FA in CD‐MOF was studied by using differential scanning calorimetry. The data indicate the formation of the stable association between FA and γ‐CD in FA/CD‐MOF. 相似文献
