新型紫外衍生试剂用于D-氨基酸的毛细管电泳分离

采用一种新型紫外衍生试剂对乙酰氨基苯磺酰氟(PAABS-F)作为柱前衍生试剂,成功地对19种标准D-氨基酸和甘氨酸进行了衍生和毛细管电泳分离。详细研究了各种分离条件对毛细管电泳分离的影响。实验结果表明:采用20 mmol/L硼砂(pH 9.3),126 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠,8 mmol/Lβ-环糊精和20mmol/L NaC l时分离结果最佳,16 m in内实现了20种氨基酸的基线分离。     

剪切流动对共混物相行为影响的研究进展

介绍了国外８０年代以来开展的剪切流动对聚合物共混物相容性影响的研究概况，并着重介绍了采用最新的二维小角激光散射流变仪和光学显微流变仪对共混物体系在剪切应力作用下相行为的研究结果，反映了该前沿领域的最新进展。     

Improvements on radiochemical method for the determination of Am and Cm in typical waste streams from nuclear power plants

The determination of Am and Cm in typical waste streams from nuclear power plants using anion exchange chromatography has some drawbacks like the contamination by Pu and Po. This improved procedure solves these problems, and it has been applied with success to the analysis of Am and Cm in nuclear waste samples: ion exchange resins, ion exchange resins solidified with cement and evaporator concentrates.     

Na_6V_（10）O_（28）·12H_2O的合成与结构

合成并测定了十钒酸盐Ｎａ_６Ｖ_（１０）Ｏ_（２８）·１２Ｈ_２Ｏ的单晶结构。晶体属单斜晶系，Ｐ２_１／ｎ群空间，ａ＝１２．０１９（２），ｂ＝１７．１５４（２），ｃ＝１８．１７８（６），β＝１０６．２９（２）°，Ｖ＝３５７９（１），Ｍ_ｒ＝１２８７．５，Ｆ（０００）＝２５６０，μ＝２５，４４ｃｍ￣（－１），Ｚ＝４，Ｄ_ｃ＝２．３８ｇ·ｃｍ（－３）。结构由重原子法解出，全矩阵最小二乘法修正至Ｒ＝０．０６４，Ｒ_ｗ＝０．０８３。Ｖ_（１０）簇阴离子可以看成由１０个ＶＯ_６变形八面体形成，其中氧原子有４种类型：端氧、二桥氧、三桥氧和六桥氧。结果表明，阳离子相同但结晶水的数目不同时，十钒酸盐的晶系和空间群不同。     

无水醋酸镍与水杨醛肟固相配位反应的热化学研究

用新型的具有恒定温度环境的反应热量计，以６ｍｏｌ·ｄｍ－３ＨＣｌ溶液为量热溶剂，分别测定了ＨＳＡＯ，Ｎｉ（Ａｃ）２和Ｎｉ（ＳＡＯ）２，ＨＡｃ先后溶于该溶剂的溶解焓．设计了一个新的热化学循环，计算得到该配位反应的反应焓ΔｒＨ＝－８６．０７５ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１，并估算出了ΔｆＨ［Ｎｉ（ＳＡＯ）２，２９８Ｋ］＝－４０１．３３６ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１．     

铕－邻菲罗啉－甲基苯甲酸二、三元配合物的NMR研究

本文报道了希土铕（Ｅｕ３＋）与甲基苯甲酸（包括邻位０－ＭＢＡ．间位ｍ—ＭＢＡ，对位ｐ－ＭＢＡ）及邻菲罗咐（Ｐｈｅｎ）形成的二元和三元固体配合物的制备，对它们进行了元素分析，确定该配合物的组成为：二元：Ｅｕ（ＣＨ３Ｃ６Ｈ５ＣＯＯ）３，三元：Ｅｕ（ｐｈｅｎ）（ＣＨ３Ｃ６Ｈ５ＣＯＯ）３．对上述配合物的结构作了核磁共振氢谱（１ＨＮＭＲ）和碳谱（１３ＣＮＭＲ）的研究，并用红外光谱（ＩＲ）作了进一步确定．     

用交流阻抗法研究某些离子选择电极的响应特性

用交流阻抗法研究了两种液膜胆R汁酸电极和两种聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜钙离子选择电极. 从体电阻R_b和电荷传递电阻R_(ct)得到膜内离子迁移活化能E_a, 及电极的表观标准交换电流密度i°_0等信息. 结果表明: E_a比R_b更能反映离子在膜内迁移的情况, 离子在PVC膜中的迁移比在液膜中困难得多; i°_0能在一定程度上反映电极性能的优劣等。     

Etorphine‐Related Ferrocenyl‐Substituted Morphinan Alkaloids

The two diastereoisomeric ferrocenyl‐substituted orvinols 2 and 3 were prepared. The modified alkaloids are still able to interact with opioid receptors (see Table). The ferrocene moiety allows highly selective and sensitive electrochemical detection. The X‐ray crystal structure of the major isomer 2 was determined. The combination of a metallocene and a morphinan alkaloid holds promise for useful antitumor activity.     

Debye screening for two-dimensional Coulomb systems at high temperatures

The grand canonical ensemble of a two-dimensional Coulomb system with±1 charges is proved to have screening phenomena in its high-temperature region. The Coulomb potential in a finite region is assumed to be (–)^–1, where is the Laplacian with zero boundary conditions on. The hard-core condition is not assumed. The model is set up by separating (–)^–1 into a shortrange part and a long-range part depending on a parameter. The self-energies are subtracted only for the short-range part and therefore a choice of is a choice of subtraction of self-energies. The method of proof is in general the same as that of Brydges-Federbush Debye screening, except that here a modification for the short-range part of the potentials is needed.
