We introduce a class of adaptive non-smooth convex variational problems for image denoising in terms of a common data fitting term and a support functional as regularizer. Adaptivity is modeled by a set-valued mapping with closed, compact and convex values, that defines and steers the regularizer depending on the variational solution. This extension gives rise to a class of quasi-variational inequalities. We provide sufficient conditions for the existence of fixed points as solutions, and an algorithm based on solving a sequence of variational problems. Denoising experiments with spatial and spatio-temporal image data and an adaptive total variation regularizer illustrate our approach. 相似文献

In this paper, the solution of one-dimensional (1D) wave problems, by means of the Iterative Differential Quadrature method is discussed in terms of stability and accuracy. The 1D-wave equation with different boundary and initial conditions is considered. The time advancing scheme is here presented in a form, particularly suitable to support the discussion about stability both by the matrix method and by the energy method. Soluble poly(2,5-dialkoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene) has been prepared via Stille coupling reaction between 2,5-dialkoxy-1,4-diiodobenzene and E-1,2-bis(tributylstannyl)-ethene in the presence of palladium complexes. Characterization of this material by means of 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), ultraviolet/visible (UV/VIS) and infrared (IR) spectra is described. Molecular weights, determined by means of gelpermeation chromatography (GPC) analysis and referred to standard polystyrene, were in the range number-average molecular weights M n = 2061–2544 and weight-average molecular weights M w = 3347–3878. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of the polymer showed semicrystalline structure. Tg = 57°C, transition to a stable smectic mesophase at 115°C and clearing point at 210°C were revealed by differential scanning calorimetry analysis, optical microscopy observation and XRD of the annealed polymer. 相似文献

In this work the effect of melt mixing condition and of a trans-esterification catalyst on miscibility of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/polycarbonate of bisphenol A (PC) blends is studied. In particular, at high temperature chemical reactions between PMMA and PC phases can take place; these strongly change the compatibility in the blend and materials having single Tg can be obtained. FT-IR analyses, coupled with solvent extraction, suggest that a grafting reaction of PC on PMMA is involved. SEC and DSC data are consistent with spectroscopic results, and some decrement of the molar weight distribution (MWD) of PC phase is observed. On the other hand, the presence of a fraction of modified material having higher MWD of starting PMMA is also noticed. The single Tg characteristic of some materials has been confirmed by experimental data of structural relaxation performed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). These materials showed optical clarity and the morphological analysis performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirm the homogeneity of these materials. 相似文献

The two enantiomers of a compound often have profoundly different biological properties and thus their liability to racemisation in aqueous solutions is an important piece of information. The authors reviewed the available data concerning the process of racemisation in vivo, in the presence of biological molecules (e.g., racemase enzymes, serum albumin, cofactors and derivatives) and under purely chemical but aqueous conditions (acid, base and other aqueous systems). Mechanistic studies are described critically in light of reported kinetic data. The types of experimental measurement that can be used to effectively determine rate constants of racemisation in various conditions are discussed and the data they provide is summarised. The proposed origins of enzymatic racemisation are presented and suggest ways to promote the process that are different from processes taking place in bulk water. Experimental and computational studies that provide understanding and quantitative predictions of racemisation risk are also presented. 相似文献
