The structure and properties of polycaproamide obtained in the presence of benzhydrazide have been studied. They are shown to depend on the duration of application of pressure in the mold. Dielectric and acoustic properties of the (1 ? x)SrTiO3?xPbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 solid solutions (0 ? x ? 1) have been studied at temperatures ranging from 4.2 to 350 K. It has been found that the improper ferroelastic transition exists up to a concentration x = 0.4 and that the phase transition temperature grows with x increasing from 0 to 0.4. As the concentration of the second component is further increased, the transition becomes suppressed by the relaxor phase forming at x c ≈ 0.22. The results obtained are discussed in terms of the current concepts of relaxor ferroelectrics. 相似文献

Axially localized NaF dopants are coated onto Al cylindrical wire arrays in order to act as spectroscopic tracers in the stagnated z-pinch plasma. Non-local-thermodynamic-equilibrium kinetic models fit to Na K-shell lines provide an independent measurement of the density and temperature that is consistent with spectroscopic analysis of K-shell emissions from Al and an alloyed Mg dopant. Axial transport of the Na dopant is observed, enabling quantitative study of instabilities in dense z-pinch plasmas. 相似文献

Ceramic samples of the solid solutions PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-SrTiO3 are synthesized. The dielectric properties are studied and a phase diagram is constructed. The results obtained are discussed
in terms of ideas concerning relaxor ferroelectrics for solid solutions on the PMN side and from the standpoint of potential
ferroelectrics on the SrTiO3 side. The introduction of SrTiO3 into PMN gradually degrades relaxor properties, and the introduction of PMN into SrTiO3 does not result in initiation of the ferroelectric phase transition, possibly because of the appearance of random fields
in the lattice. The possibility of practical applications of the synthesized system is also discussed.

The dielectric and acoustic properties of (1 − x)SrTiO3-xBiFeO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.04) solid solutions have been studied in the temperature range 10–300 K. The polar state exhibiting permittivity dispersion
and dielectric hysteresis loops has been revealed at temperatures of 40–100 K. At 20–40 K, we have observed one more dielectric
relaxation, which is not associated with the polar state and vanishes at a concentration of the second solid-solution component
x = 0.04. The antiferrodistorsive transition has been found to vary with increasing concentration x. At temperatures below the antiferrodistorsive transition point, the polar (relaxor) state has been shown to persist in all

The results of acoustic investigations of solid solutions SrTiO3?BiFeO3 in the temperature range from 100 to 650 K have been presented. The measurements of the velocity and attenuation of the longitudinal ultrasonic mode at a frequency of 10 MHz were carried out by the pulse-echo method. The observed anomalies in velocity and attenuation correlate with the maxima of the dielectric constant in the temperature range of the relaxor state. In addition, the attenuation peaks in the temperature range 400–600 K, which define Burns and T* temperatures, which are characteristic of relaxors, have been identified. The obtained results have allowed the clarifying of the phase diagram of the solid solution system SrTiO3?BiFeO3. 相似文献

Dielectric relaxation (activation energy U≈0.03 eV, relaxation time τ0≈5×10?11 s) has been observed in SrTiO3: Mn solid solutions at low temperatures.
