In this paper, we report two metal-organic frameworks [Co3(ndc)3(bipyen)(1.5)]H2O (1) and [Co2(ndc)2bipyen)]C6H6.H2O (2) (bipyen=trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene, H2ndc=2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid). These compounds were both synthesized from identical hydrothermal reaction conditions except that benzene was added to the reaction for 2. Crystal structures show that the two compounds have triply interpenetrated three-dimensional frameworks and these frameworks have the same primary structure of a two-dimensional network of interconnected [Co2(O2CR)(4/2)] (R=naphthalene group) paddle-wheels and bridging bipyen ligands. Both compounds have guest water molecules and, in addition, 2 has guest benzene molecules. Structural transformations of the host accompanied guest removal, which can be monitored by powder X-ray diffraction. N2 adsorption data of 2 show that there are two different types of pores corresponding to the benzene and water pores. Upon exposure to vapors of several organic molecules, the heat-treated sample of 2 adsorbs benzene and cyclohexene, but does not adsorb toluene, (o-, m-, and p-)xylenes, cycloheptatriene, or cyclohexane.  相似文献

A novel angiogenesis inhibitor, 5-demethoxyfumagillol (1), was obtained by isolation, purification and saponification of cultured broth of Aspergillus fumigatus. The structure was assigned as (3R,4R,6R)-4-[(2R,3R)-2-methyl-3-(3-methyl-but-2-enyl)-oxiranyl]-1-oxa-spiro[2,5]octan-6-ol (1) by spectroscopic analysis and confirmed by independent synthesis from fumagillol (3). In addition, 6-O-(chloroacetylcarbamoyl)-5-demethoxyfumagillol (7) showed a potential anti-angiogenic activity in CAPE cells in vitro.  相似文献

A fluorene‐containing spiro‐type conjugated polymer, poly(dipropargylfluorene), was synthesized via the cyclopolymerization of dipropargylfluorene by Mo‐ and W‐based transition‐metal catalysts. The polymerization of dipropargylfluorene proceeded well by MoCl5 catalyst itself to give a quantitative yield of polymer. The Mo‐based catalysts are more effective than those of W‐based catalysts. The structure of poly(dipropargylfluorene) was characterized by various instrumental methods (NMR, IR, and UV–visible spectroscopies) to have the conjugated polymer backbone carrying fluorene moieties. Analysis of the 13C NMR spectrum revealed that the polymer structure consists of only six‐membered rings. The resulting poly(dipropargylfluorene)s were brown or black powder and soluble in aromatics and halogenated hydrocarbons such as benzene, chlorobenzene, tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, and methylene chloride. Although functional interplay between intestinal microbiota and distant sites beyond the gut has been identified, the influence of microbiota-derived metabolites on hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) remains unclear. This study investigated the role of microbiota-derived lactate in hematopoiesis using mice deficient in G-protein-coupled receptor (Gpr) 81 (Gpr81/−), an established lactate receptor. We detected significant depletion of total HSCs in the bone marrow (BM) of Gpr81−/− mice compared with heterogenic (Gpr81+/−) mice in a steady state. Notably, the expression levels of stem cell factor (SCF), which is required for the proliferation of HSCs, decreased significantly in leptin receptor-expressing (LepR+) mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) around the sinusoidal vessels of the BM from Gpr81−/− mice compared with Gpr81+/− mice. Hematopoietic recovery and activation of BM niche cells after irradiation or busulfan treatment also required Gpr81 signals. Oral administration of lactic acid-producing bacteria (LAB) activated SCF secretion from LepR+ BM MSCs and subsequently accelerated hematopoiesis and erythropoiesis. Most importantly, LAB feeding accelerated the self-renewal of HSCs in germ-free mice. These results suggest that microbiota-derived lactate stimulates SCF secretion by LepR+ BM MSCs and subsequently activates hematopoiesis and erythropoiesis in a Gpr81-dependent manner.Subject terms: Immunology, Stem-cell research  相似文献
