Ab initio quantum calculations have been carried out on the helium ionic trimer. The potential energy surface is accurately fitted, especially in the vicinity of the three equivalent minima. The spectrum of bound states for the zero angular momentum is computed and analyzed in detail. Energies and wave functions reveal several interesting features related to the fact that He3+ represents one of the few homonuclear ionic trimers that are linear in their ground vibrational state. At low energies, the triply degenerate eigenfunctions are localized at the potential minimum. With growing excitation energy, however, the wave functions exhibit stronger spatial delocalization. 相似文献

[reaction: see text] The room-temperature radical addition of sodium hypophosphite to terminal alkynes produces the previously unknown 1-alkyl-1,1-bis-H-phosphinates in moderate yield. The reaction is initiated by R3B and air and proceeds under mild conditions in an open container. The bissodium salts precipitate spontaneously from the reaction mixtures, thus providing a simple purification procedure and the opportunity for multigram synthesis. In the course of our investigations on polymetallic complexes derived from 1,3-bis(thiophosphinoyl)indene (Ind(Ph(2)P=S)(2)), we observed original fluxional behavior and report herein a joint experimental/computational study of this dynamic process. Starting from the indenylidene chloropalladate species [Pd{Ind(Ph(2) P=S)(2)}Cl](-) (1), the new Pd(II)···Rh(I) hetero-bimetallic pincer complex [PdCl{Ind(Ph(2) P=S)(2)}Rh(nbd)] (2; nbd=2,5-norbornadiene) was prepared. X-ray crystallography and DFT calculations substantiate the presence of a d(8)···d(8) interaction. According to multinuclear variable-temperature NMR spectroscopic experiments, the pendant {Rh(nbd)} fragment of 2 readily shifts in solution at room temperature between the two edges of the SCS tridentate ligand. To assess the role of the pincer-based polymetallic structure on this fluxional behavior, the related monometallic Rh complex [Rh{IndH(Ph(2) P=S)(2)}(nbd)] (3) was prepared. No evidence for a metal shift was observed in that case, even at high temperature, thus indicating that inplane pincer coordination to the Pd center plays a crucial role. The previously described Pd(II)···Ir(I) bimetallic complex 4 exhibited fluxional behavior in solution, but with a significantly higher activation barrier than 2. This finding demonstrates the generality of this metal-shift process and the strong influence of the involved metal centers on the associated activation barrier. DFT calculations were performed to shed light onto the mechanism of such metal-shift processes and to identify the factors that influence the associated activation barriers. Significantly different pathways were found for bimetallic complexes 2 and 4 on one hand and the monometallic complex 3 on the other hand. The hydrophilic extract of virgin olive oil contains several phenolic compounds such as simple phenols, lignans, and secoiridoids that have been widely studied in recent years. Interest in the hydrophilic extract has also been extended to the fraction of oxidized phenols that form during storage as a consequence of oxidative stress. The present investigation compares the two most commonly used extraction methods, namely liquid-liquid extraction and SPE, on fresh virgin olive oil and that kept at different temperatures in the presence of oxygen to promote the formation of oxidative products. The selective retention of these natural and oxidized phenolic compounds in relation to the extraction method was assessed. The trimer of difluoromethane, (CH2F2)3, has been characterized by supersonic jet Fourier transform microwave spectroscopy. The rotational spectrum displays all types (mu(a), mu(b), and mu(c)) of transitions, showing that the adduct does not possess any element of molecular symmetry. The investigation of the three 13C species in natural abundance indicates that the three carbon atoms form a triangle where the C-C distances are 3.648(2), 3.825(8), and 3.942(6) A, respectively. A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for the detection of microcystins (MCs) in drinking water has been developed.
Several assay formats have been evaluated. The selected format is based on a competitive inhibition assay, in which microcystin-LR
(MCLR) has been covalently immobilized onto the surface of an SPR chip functionalized with a self-assembled monolayer. The
influence of several factors affecting sensor performance, such as the nature and concentration of the antibody, the composition
of the carrier buffer, and the blocking and regeneration solutions, has been evaluated. The optimized SPR biosensor provides
an IC50 0.67 ± 0.09 μg L−1, a detection limit of 73 ± 8 ng L−1, and a dynamic range from 0.2 to 2.0 μg L−1 for MCLR. Cross-reactivity to other related MCs, such as microcystin-RR (88%) and microcystin-YR (94%), has also been measured.
The SPR biosensor can perform four simultaneous determinations in 60 min, and each SPR chip can be reused for at least 40
assay–regeneration cycles without significant binding capacity loss. The biosensor has been successfully applied to the direct
analysis of MCLR in drinking water samples, below the provisional guideline value of 1 μg L−1 established by the World Health Organization for drinking water. 相似文献

Three new tetracyclic polyisoprenylated xanthones, named oxy-guttiferones M, K2, and I, along with oxy-guttiferone K and guttiferone M, have been isolated from the fruits of Garcinia cambogia. Their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR spectroscopic experiments. The absolute configurations of oxy-guttiferone K, taken as a model of tetracyclic xanthones, and guttiferone M, as a model of polyisoprenylated benzophenones, have been determined by comparison of their experimentally measured circular dichroism (CD) curves with the TDDFT-predicted curves. 相似文献
