Single-crystal Au nanosheets and fcc gold nanocrystals of uniform size were synthesized by a novel and simple route. The results of field-emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated the formation of the single-crystal structure of gold nanosheets and fcc nanocrystals. Energy-dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDAX) showed absorbance of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) molecules onto the surface of gold nanostructures. Moreover, zeta potential measurements showed that CTAB-coated nanostructures were positively charged and the zeta potential remained almost the same upon centrifugation and redispersion of the resulting nanostructures in methanol, confirming the high stability of the surfactant-protected nanocomposites. Evolution of the nanostructures during the reaction was monitored by TEM observations. The results indicated that the formation of the gold nanostructures followed a two-step mechanism with a bilayer CTAB structure on the surface of the gold nanostructures.  相似文献

The electronic structures of BaWO4 crystals containing F-type color centers are studied within the framework of the fully relativistic self-consistent Dirac-Slater theory, using a numerically discrete variational (DV-Xα) method. It is concluded that F and F+ color centers have donor energy level in the forbidden band. The optical transition energies are 2.449 and 3.101 eV, which correspond to the 507 and 400 nm absorption bands, respectively. It is predicted that 400-550 nm absorption bands originate from the F and F+ color centers in BaWO4 crystals.  相似文献

We study experimentally the interaction of a dark spot with a nonlinear photonic lattice with fully incoherent white light emitted from an incandescent bulb in the self-defocussing photovoltaic media when the dark spot is aimed at different positions of lattices with different lattice spacing. In this case a host of novel phenomena is demonstrated, including dark spot induced lattice dislocation-deformation, the annihilation of the dark spot and so on. Results demonstrate that the interaction between incoherent dark spot and photonic lattice is always attraction and the large-spacing photonic lattice is analogous to the continuous medium.  相似文献

We theoretically study the thermoelectric transport properties in a quantum dot system with two ferromagnetic leads, the spin-flip scattering and the external magnetic field. The results show that the spin polarization of the leads strongly influences thermoelectric coefficients of the device. For the parallel configuration the peak of figure of merit increases with the increase of polarization strength and non-collinear configuration trends to destroy the improvement of figure of merit induced by lead polarization. While the modulation of the spin-flip scattering on the figure of merit is effective only in the absence of external magnetic field or small magnetic field. In terms of improving the thermoelectric efficiency, the external magnetic field plays a more important role than spin-flip scattering. The thermoelectric efficiency can be significantly enhanced by the magnetic field for a given spin-flip scattering strength.  相似文献

A transmission line model for subwavelength metallic grating with single cut is presented. The model is based on analogy between the subwavelength metallic structure and the microwave transmission line theory. The analytical expression for the transmission is derived by the transfer matrix method. To confirm our model, the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method simulations are carried out. The influences of the position of the cuts on the higher modes of slit are presented. It is found that the transmission line model gives analytical prediction about the evolution of the transmission spectra.  相似文献

The compound In0.95CNi3 has been synthesized and the basic properties have been investigated. It has the typical antiperovskite structure (space group Pm3m, lattice parameter 3.7836 Å). The electronic specific coefficient γ and Debye temperature ΘD are found to be 14.1 mJ/mol K2 and 372 K, respectively. It behaves as a ferromagnetic metal below the Curie temperature (577 K). The emergence of ferromagnetism is suggested to originate from the deviation of the Ni/In atomic ratio from the ideal stoichiometry. The possible mechanisms have been discussed in detail in terms of this deviation.  相似文献

The influence of atomic densities on the propagation property for ultrashort pulses in a two-level atom (TLA) medium is investigated. With higher atomic densities, the self-induced transparency (SIT) cannot be recovered even for 2π ultrashort pulses. New features such as pulse splitting, red-shift and blue-shift of the corresponding spectra arise, and the component of central frequency gradually disappears.  相似文献

A regenerated activated carbon used as catalyst support in the synthesis of vinyl acetate has been tested as a low-cost adsorbent for the removal of dyes. After a thorough textural characterization of the regenerated activated carbon, its adsorption isotherms and kinetics were determined using methylene blue as model compound at different initial concentrations. Both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models were developed and then compared. It was found that the equilibrium data were best represented by the Langmuir isotherm model. The kinetic data were fitted to pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order and intraparticle diffusion models, and it was found that the best fitting corresponded to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The results showed that this novel adsorbent had a high adsorption capacity, making it suitable for use in the treatment of methylene blue enriched wastewater.  相似文献

In this paper, we fabricate a pure-shear mode film bulk acoustic resonator based on c-axis oriented ZnO film. The resonator is consisted of an in-plane electrode, a highly c-axis oriented ZnO film and a SiO2/W Bragg reflector. The shear mode wave is excited by the lateral electric field. The resonator works in a pure-shear mode with the resonance frequency near 1.5 GHz and the Q-factor of 479 in air. There is no obvious longitudinal mode resonance in the frequency response, which can be explained that the electric field component normal to the surface is very weak and the Bragg reflector has the effective frequency selectivity for the shear mode. Importantly for sensors, the immersion into de-ionized water and glycerol liquid still allows for a Q-factor up to 335 and 220, respectively. This resonator shows the potential as mass loading sensors for biochemical application.  相似文献
