Purpose
The purpose of the study was to validate the diagnostic performance of high-resolution isovolumetric magnetic resonance arthrography (MRA) for intrinsic ligament and triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) tears of the wrist as compared to conventional MR imaging (MRI).Materials and methods
Forty-eight patients with traumatic TFCC tears at arthroscopy were enrolled. All patients had underwent proton-density- and T2-weighted MRI before arthrography and three-dimensional T1 high-resolution isovolumetric examination (3D-THRIVE) MRA on a 3-T MR. We assessed the presence of scapholunate interosseous ligament (SLIL)/lunotriquetral interosseous ligament (LTIL) or TFCC tears using the arthroscopy as a gold standard.Results
Arthroscopy revealed 37 TFCC central tears, 15 TFCC peripheral tears, 20 SLIL tears and 13 LTIL tears. Sensitivities of MRI and MRA were 70.3% and 94.6% for detection of TFCC central tears, 60.0% and 93.3% for detection of TFCC peripheral tears, 65.0% and 85.0% for SLIL tears, and 61.5% and 84.6% for LTIL tears. The specificity of the MRI was 100% for the detection of ligaments and TFCC tears. The specificities of the MRA for detection of TFCC central tears, TFCC peripheral tears, SLIL tears and LTIL tears were 100%, 97%, 96.4% and 100%, respectively.Conclusion
Isovolumetric 3D-THRIVE wrist MRA provided better results for depiction of intrinsic ligament and TFCC tears than wrist MRI. 相似文献992.

We propose a scheme for the non-destructive detection of an unknown Werner state by detecting the steady-state output intensity of the probe field. Moreover, with a similar mechanism, a Werner state can be generated as a stationary state by pumping the cavity field. We investigate the effect of the optimized aging processing on magnetism and mechanical property of the sintered Dydoped Nd–Fe–B permanent magnet. The experimental results show that the magnetism, especially intrinsic coercivity, of the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet is more excellent than that of the sintered one, but the former's strength and hardness are lower than that of the latter. It was observed that the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet have more uniform grain size, thinner(Nd, Dy)-rich boundary phase. By means of the EBSD technology, the number of larger angle grain boundaries in the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet is more than that of the sintered one. The reasons for the increased intrinsic coercivity and decreased mechanical properties of the optimized aged Dy-doped Nd–Fe–B magnet are also discussed. 相似文献

Hall’s idea, in this paper, a fundamental regular semigroup T C,C° with an inverse transversal T C,C° ° is constructed such that the following holds. For any regular semigroup S with an inverse transversal S° and 〈E(S)〉 = C, C° = C ∩ S°, there is a homomorphism φ from S to T C,C° such that the kernel of φ is the maximum idempotent-separating congruence on S, and φ satisfies: (1) φ| C is a homomorphism from C onto 〈E(T C,C°)〉 ; (2) φ| S° is a homomorphism from S° to T C,C° °. The fringe pattern phase analysis method is proposed for the leveling of mask and wafer in proximity lithography. The tilt between mask and wafer in the space is reflected in the tilted fringe pattern. The method combining the 2-D Fourier transform and 2-D Hanning window is proposed for processing the tilted fringe pattern. The offset and angle of tilt are extracted through phase analysis. Computer simulation and experiment are both performed to verify this method.
