On Rearrangements by Cyclialkylations of Arylpentanols to 2,3‐Dihydro‐1 H ‐indene Derivatives. Part 4. The Acid‐Catalyzed Cyclialkylation of 2,4‐Dimethyl‐2‐phenyl[3‐ 13 C]pentan‐3‐ol The cyclialkylation of 2,4‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl[3‐13C]pentan‐3‐ol ( 4 ) gives only 2,3‐dihydro‐1,1,2,3‐tetramethyl‐1H‐[3‐13C]indene ( 6 ) (cf. Scheme 2) and not a trace of the isotopomeric 2,3‐dihydro‐1,1,2,3‐tetramethyl‐1H‐[2‐13C]indene ( 5 ). The mechanism proposed in [3] for the cyclialkylation of 4 (cf. Scheme 2, Path A) has, therefore, to be abandoned. The mechanism of Scheme 2, Path B, is proposed and may be considered as definitively established.  相似文献

Current cell-based bone tissue regeneration strategies cannot cover large bone defects. K-carrageenan is a highly hydrophilic and biocompatible seaweed-derived sulfated polysaccharide, that has been proposed as a promising candidate for tissue engineering applications. Whether κ-carrageenan can be used to enhance bone regeneration is still unclear. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether κ-carrageenan has osteogenic potential by testing its effect on pre-osteoblast proliferation and osteogenic differentiation in vitro. Treatment with κ-carrageenan (0.5 and 2 mg/mL) increased both MC3T3-E1 pre-osteoblast adhesion and spreading at 1 h. K-carrageenan (0.125–2 mg/mL) dose-dependently increased pre-osteoblast proliferation and metabolic activity, with a maximum effect at 2 mg/mL at day three. K-carrageenan (0.5 and 2 mg/mL) increased osteogenic differentiation, as shown by enhanced alkaline phosphatase activity (1.8-fold increase at 2 mg/mL) at day four, and matrix mineralization (6.2-fold increase at 2 mg/mL) at day 21. K-carrageenan enhanced osteogenic gene expression (Opn, Dmp1, and Mepe) at day 14 and 21. In conclusion, κ-carrageenan promoted MC3T3-E1 pre-osteoblast adhesion and spreading, metabolic activity, proliferation, and osteogenic differentiation, suggesting that κ-carrageenan is a potential osteogenic inductive factor for clinical application to enhance bone regeneration.  相似文献

Dihydropyrimidinone derivatives were prepared by tri-component reaction of ethyl aceto acetate, aldehydes and thiourea in the presence of modified montmorillonite nanostructure as a catalyst and used as key intermediates for the synthesis of ethyl-5-(aryl)-2-(2-alkokxy-2-oxoethylidene)-7-methyl-3-oxo-3,5-dihydro-2H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyri midine-6-carboxylate derivatives with use of diethyl and dimethyl acetylene dicarboxylate by two methods: (a) in methanol as a solvent under ultrasonic irradiation at ambient temperature (b) in methanol as a solvent at ambient temperature (conventional magnetic stirring). Ultrasound-assisted synthesis provides excellent yields in short reaction times (15–25 min) at room temperature.  相似文献

A higher-order nonlocal strain-gradient model is presented for the damped vibration analysis of single-layer graphene sheets (SLGSs) in hygrothermal environment. Based on Kirchhoff plate theory in conjunction with a higher-order (bi-Helmholtz) nonlocal strain gradient theory, the equations of motion are obtained using Hamilton's principle. The higher-order nonlocal strain gradient theory has lower- and higher-order nonlocal parameters and a material characteristic parameter. The presented model can reasonably interpret the softening effects of the SLGS, and indicates a reasonably good match with the experimental flexural frequencies. Finally, the roles of viscous and structural damping coefficients, small-scale parameters, hygrothermal environment and elastic foundation on the vibrational responses of SLGSs are studied in detail.  相似文献

Determination of concentration of major elements such as Ca, Si, Al, and Fe in cement is very important for quality control during its production, correct classification according to the existing standards, and thus for appropriate use in the construction industry. For this purpose, neutron activation analysis is very suitable. In this preliminary theoretical work, the irradiation and consecutive measurement of the percentage of the constituent elements in different cement samples were done using MCNPX with γ-ray spectra as the output. Specific peaks of Ca, Si, Al, and Fe obtained from these spectra were used as input for artificial neural network (18 of them for training and 8 for testing) resulting in the determination of each element in the given sample. The mean absolute errors of the results are less than 0.4%, which is very promising for the future experimental work where the uncertainties are usually one order higher.  相似文献

We present the results of ab initio density functional theory calculations on the energetic, and geometric and electronic structure of Li-intercalated (6,6) silicon carbide nanotube (SiCNT) bundles. Our results show that intercalation of lithium leads to the significant changes in the geometrical structure. The most prominent effect of Li intercalation on the electronic band structure is a shift of the Fermi energy which occurs as a result of charge transfer from lithium to the SiCNTs. All the Li-intercalated (6,6) SiCNT bundles are predicted to be metallic representing a substantial change in electronic properties relative to the undoped bundle, which is a wide band gap semiconductor. Both inside of the nanotube and the interstitial space are susceptible for intercalation. The present calculations suggest that the SiCNT bundle is a promising candidate for the anode material in battery applications.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) calculations introduced triplet ground states for [6]n SiC‐cyclacenes and ‐acenes with alternate silabenzene rings including silicon atoms in 2 opposite edges (n = 6, 8, 10, 12). The singlet‐triplet energy gap (ΔE(S‐T)), binding energy per atom (BE/n), and NBO calculation with very small band gap (ΔELUMO‐HOMO) confirmed the triplet ground states. In contrast to polyacenes, the singlet [6]n SiC‐cyclacenes displayed more stability improvement than triplets, through n increasing. This may open the way for synthesis of larger stable [6]n SiC‐cyclacenes. The ΔE(S‐T), BE/n, and the strain energy through homodesmic equations indicated more stability for larger [6]n SiC‐cyclacenes, which was more noticeable in singlet states. Cyclacenes and acenes with high conductivity and full point charge were introduced as suitable candidates for hydrogen storage.  相似文献

We have investigated the dynamics of a four-level N-type atom in cavity QED with consideration to the Kerr effect. The non-Markovianity of the system has been studied using the Breuer-Laine-Piilo (BLP) measure (N B L P ). Moreover the effects of system parameters like temperature and atom-field coupling have also been discussed. The evolution equation of the system has been derived using the time convolution-less(TCL) master equation. Some interesting behaviour of the system and their reasons are discussed.

A helicity entangled tripartite state is considered in which the degree of entanglement is preserved in non-inertial frames. It is shown that Quantum Entanglement remains observer independent. As another measure of quantum correlation, Quantum Discord has been investigated. It is explicitly shown that acceleration has no effect on the degree of quantum correlation for the bipartite and tripartite helicity entangled states. Geometric Quantum Discord as a Hilbert–Schmidt distance is computed for helicity entangled states. It is shown that living in non-inertial frames does not make any influence on this distance, either. In addition, the analysis has been extended beyond single mode approximation to show that acceleration does not have any impact on the quantum features in the limit beyond the single mode. As an interesting result, while the density matrix depends on the right and left Unruh modes, the Negativity as a measure of Quantum Entanglement remains constant. Also, Quantum Discord does not change beyond single mode approximation.  相似文献
