The reaction of N-chloroacetyl derivatives 6-10 with morpholine yielded N-morpholin-1-yl acetyl derivatives 11-15 , which were subjected to Thorpe-Zieler cyclization with sodium tert -butoxide to produce the corresponding condensed pyridin-2(1H)-one derivatives 16-20 . Treatment of compounds 1 , 6-10 with either malononitrile or p -chlorobenzylidinemalononitrile in presence of triethylamine, afforded the corresponding pyrimidines 21-25 , 27 and pyridine derivative 26 respectively. Moreover compound 1 a was treated with ethyl isothiocyanoacetate to give the corresponding piprazine derivative 28 .  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of nucleophilic phosphacumulene ylides with visnaginone and khellinone afforded the corresponding phosphanylidene and furochromene derivatives. Moreover, pyranochromenes were obtained from the reaction of chromene carbaldehydes with phosphacumulenes. On the other hand, the phosphanylidene-cyclobutylidenes and their dimers were produced from the reaction of furochromene carbaldehydes with the same phosphonium reagents.  相似文献

The purpose of this work is to study the self-assembling of some synthesized thiol surfactants namely (mercaptopropane-, mercaptohexane-, mercaptooctane-, and mercaptodecane sodium sulfonate) on the fabricated gold nanoparticles. The self-assembling of these surfactants on gold nanoparticles characterized using different techniques such as FTIR spectroscopy, UV spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Spectroscopic evidence suggests that the synthesized thiol surfactants have been attached to the gold nanoparticles. The effect of self-assembling of these surfactants on the size of the gold nanoparticles was studied using TEM images. The growth of the gold nanoparticles was investigated with respect to the increase of alkyl chain in the synthesized thiol surfactants. The results show that the stabilization of gold nanoparticles was affected by the increase in alkyl chain length of these surfactants. The effect of gold nanoparticles on the interfacial tension and the emulsion stability of these surfactants with crude oil was studied.  相似文献

Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic drug used to treat schizophrenia. This study aims to formulate risperidone as effervescent tablets to improve patient compliance. Different nanoemulsion combinations were loaded with risperidone to improve its poor water solubility then adsorbed on Aeroperl. The formula showing highest drug dissolution was formulated as effervescent tablets. Factorial design was applied for different tablet formulation variables and the prepared formulae were tested for different criteria in comparison with their corresponding formulae containing drug without nanoemulsion formulation. Statistical analysis was used to determine the most desirable tablet formula considering its Carr index, effervescence time, and drug release.  相似文献

Starting from the reaction of ethyl cyanoacetate with thiourea and the appropriate aldehydes, a series of new pyrimidine derivatives were prepared. Ten selected pyrimidine derivatives were subjected to a screening system for the investigation of their antitumor potency against liver (HEPG2) cell line. The antitumor activity results indicated that most of the selected pyrimidine derivatives showed moderate growth inhibition activity against the tested cell line, but with varying intensities in comparison to the known anticancer drugs: 5-fluorouracil and doxorubicin. Some of the synthesized compounds were also tested for their antimicrobial activity against bacteria as well as fungal isolates.  相似文献

More than 90% of diabetic patients suffer from sexual dysfunction, including diminished sperm count, sperm motility, and sperm viability, and low testosterone levels. The effects of Momordica charantia (MC) were studied by estimating the blood levels of insulin, glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), testosterone (TST), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) in diabetic rats treated with 250 and 500 mg/kg b.w. of the total extract. Testicular antioxidants, epididymal sperm characteristics, testicular histopathology, and lesion scoring were also investigated. Testicular mRNA expression of apoptosis-related markers such as antiapoptotic B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) and proapoptotic Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) were evaluated by real-time PCR. Furthermore, caspase-3 protein expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. MC administration resulted in a significant reduction in blood glucose and HbA1c and marked elevation of serum levels of insulin, TST, and gonadotropins in diabetic rats. It induced a significant recovery of testicular antioxidant enzymes, improved histopathological changes of the testes, and decreased spermatogenic and Sertoli cell apoptosis. MC effectively inhibited testicular apoptosis, as evidenced by upregulation of Bcl-2 and downregulation of Bax and caspase-3. Moreover, reduction in apoptotic potential in MC-treated groups was confirmed by reduction in the Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA expression ratio.  相似文献

1,2,3-Indantrione ( 1 ), diphenylpropanetrione( 6 ), and alloxan ( 8 ) can be converted by reactions with ketenylidene-( 2a ) and thioketenylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 2b ) into phosphoranylidenecyclobutanes ( 5 , 7 , and 9 ). Polygala species are frequently used worldwide in the treatment of various diseases, such as inflammatory and autoimmune disorders as well as metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases, due to the large number of secondary metabolites they contain. The present study was performed on Polygala inexpectata, which is a narrow endemic species for the flora of Turkey, and resulted in the isolation of nine known compounds, 6,3′-disinapoyl-sucrose (1), 6-O-sinapoyl,3′-O-trimethoxy-cinnamoyl-sucrose (tenuifoliside C) (2), 3′-O-(O-methyl-feruloyl)-sucrose (3), 3′-O-(sinapoyl)-sucrose (4), 3′-O-trimethoxy-cinnamoyl-sucrose (glomeratose) (5), 3′-O-feruloyl-sucrose (sibiricose A5) (6), sinapyl alcohol 4-O-glucoside (syringin or eleutheroside B) (7), liriodendrin (8), and 7,4′-di-O-methylquercetin-3-O-β-rutinoside (ombuin 3-O-rutinoside or ombuoside) (9). The structures of the compounds were determined by the spectroscopic methods including 1D-NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT-135), 2D-NMR (COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC), and HRMS. The isolated compounds were shown in an in silico setting to be accommodated well within the inhibitor-binding pockets of myeloperoxidase and inducible nitric oxide synthase and anchored mainly through hydrogen-bonding interactions and π-effects. It is therefore plausible to suggest that the previously established anti-inflammatory properties of some Polygala-derived phytochemicals may be due, in part, to the modulation of pro-inflammatory enzyme activities.  相似文献
