In this study, a unique magnetic, pH, and thermo‐responsive hydrogel nanocomposite was synthesized via surface reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and N‐isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAM) in the presence of magnetic β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD). The nanocomposite demonstrated a pH‐responsiveness behavior at pHs 3 and 9. Moreover, swelling behaviors of nanocomposite were measured in solutions with various temperatures. Furthermore, the nanocomposites exhibited high swelling capacity by applying an external magnetic field because of the presence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in the polymer structure. Besides, the doxorubicin (DOX) loading and releasing behaviors of the hydrogel nanocomposites were studied because of the stimuli‐responsive properties of the synthesized carriers. The adsorption of DOX obeyed a pseudo‐second‐order model and fitted well to the Langmuir isotherm model with the maximum adsorption capacity uptake of 291 mg g?1. In conclusion, the hydrogel nanocomposites were found to be as potential nanocarriers for use in controlled release applications.  相似文献

Measurement of myoglobin (Mb) in human blood serum is of great interest for quick diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In this study, a novel fluorescent aptasensor was designed for ultrasensitive and selective detection of Mb, based on target-induced high fluorescence intensity, complementary strand of aptamer (CS), PicoGreen (PG) dye, exonuclease III (Exo III) and silica nanoparticles coated with streptavidin (SNPs-Streptavidin). The developed aptasensor obtains characteristics of SNPs as enhancers of fluorescence intensity, Exo III as an enzyme which selectively digests the 3'-end of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), PG as a fluorescent dye which could selectively bind to dsDNA and high selectivity and sensitivity of aptamer (Apt) toward its target. In the absence of Mb, no free CS remains in the environment of SNPs-Streptavidin, resulting in a weak fluorescence emission. In the present of Mb, dsDNA-modified SNPs-Streptavidin complex forms, leading to a very strong fluorescence emission. The developed fluorescent aptasensor exhibited high specificity toward Mb with a limit of detection (LOD) as low as 52 pM. In addition, the designed fluorescent aptasensor was efficiently used to detect Mb in human serum.  相似文献

In this paper, a linear theory for the analysis of beams based on the micropolar continuum mechanics is developed. Power series expansions for the axial displacement and micro-rotation fields are assumed. The governing equations are derived by integrating the momentum and moment of momentum equations in the micropolar continuum theory. Body couples and couple stresses can be supported in this theory. After some simplifications, this theory can be reduced to the well-known Timoshenko and Euler–Bernoulli beam theories. The nature of flexural and longitudinal waves in the infinite length micropolar beam has been investigated. This theory predicts the existence of micro-rotational waves which are not present in any of the known beam theories based on the classical continuum mechanics. Also, the deformation of a cantilever beam with transverse concentrated tip loading has been studied. The pattern of deflection of the beam is similar to the classical beam theories, but couple stress and micro-rotation show an oscillatory behavior along the beam for various loadings.  相似文献

An adsorbent catalyst was proposed to reduce the leaching of active species of the catalyst and enhance the kinetics of the oxidative desulfurization (ODS) reaction of dibenzothiophene (DBT) from model diesel fuel. By loading phosphotungstic acid (HPW) species onto a zirconium-modified hexagonal mesoporous silica (Zr-HMS), a novel catalyst was synthesized and utilized for the ODS process. An ultrafast ODS kinetics was specifically identified using 20%HPW/Zr-HMS as catalyst. Within 30 min, more than 95% of the 350 ppm DBT content of the model fuel was oxidized by H2O2. The synthesized catalyst retained its sulfur removal ability even after five subsequent ODS reactions and the leaching of HPW species was found to be suppressed successfully. Overall, this new reusable catalyst provided an alternative for highly efficient ultra-deep desulfurization process.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of various polymerization conditions on the shape of the particles produced by dual-seeded dispersion polymerization of a second monomer with polystyrene (PS) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) seed particles in the presence of saturated hydrocarbon droplets in a polar media was discussed. It was observed that with changing the affinity between the hydrocarbon and PS seed particles, second monomer type, polarity, and alcohol type of the medium nonspherical particles with a variety of shapes can be produced. Furthermore, we suggested that the presence of PMMA seed particles in the medium affects the distribution of the second polymer domains on the surface of the PS seed particles in addition to the absorbed amount of the hydrocarbon by PS particles and second polymer domains and the distribution of the hydrocarbon between them. Moreover, the experimental results showed that almond shell-like PS particles can be prepared under certain conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new generalized modular version of the Meir–Keeler fixed point theorem endowed with an orthogonal relation. Our results improve the results of (Eshaghi Gordji et al., On orthogonal sets and Banach fixed point theorem, Fixed Point Theory, 2017). Finally, this result is applied to the existence and uniqueness of solutions to perturbed integral equations in modular function spaces.  相似文献
