In the search for convenient, green, and practical catalytic methods for the current interest in organic synthesis, a simple, green, and highly efficient protocol for N-formylation of various amines was carried out in the presence of immobilized sulfuric acid on silica gel (H2SO4–SiO2). All reactions were performed in refluxing triethyl orthoformate (65 °C). The product formamides were obtained with high-to-excellent yields within 4 min to 2 h. The current approach is advantageous, due to its short reaction time and high yields. The catalyst is recyclable with no significant loss in catalytic efficiency.  相似文献

Meso-tetracinnamylporphyrin (H2tcp) has been synthesized and characterized by UV–Vis, 1H NMR and IR spectroscopies. Protonation of H2tcp with HCl is accompanied by a blue shift (77 cm−1) of the Q(0,0) band, probably indicating a decrease in the efficiency of the π-electron donation from the meso-substituents to the a2u orbital in comparison with the corresponding dication of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (H2tpp). The unusual NH signal multiplicity observed in 1H NMR spectrum of H2tcp shows evidence of a long distance coupling between the vinyl protons and NH ones. This long range coupling can occur between the remote centers using the a2u orbital as a connector. Mntcp(OAc) shows higher catalytic activity (ca. 1.2-fold higher) than Mntpp(OAc) in olefin epoxidation with tetra-n-butylammonium hydrogen monopersulfate (TBAO). The low ratio (∼1.5) of cis- to trans-stilbene oxide, in competitive oxidation of cis- and trans-stilbene with TBAO, strongly suggests the involvement a common high-valent manganese oxo complex as the reactive intermediate responsible for oxygen atom transfer.  相似文献

Poly(styrene‐co‐butyl acrylate)/clay nanocomposites were synthesized in miniemulsion via activators generated by electron transfer (AGET) for atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Optimum amounts of catalyst and reducing agent were chosen by considering a linear increase in ln([M0]/[M]) versus time, narrow molecular distribution, and low polydispersity index (PDI). Critical micelle concentration and cross‐sectional surface area per surfactant head group were determined by surface tension analysis. Calculations show that droplet nucleation is the dominant mechanism of nucleation in a miniemulsion system, and there is no micelle in the system. Gel permeation chromatography was used to characterize molecular weight, PDI, and molecular weight distribution. After determination of appropriate conditions, poly(styrene‐co‐butyl acrylate)/clay nanocomposite latexes were synthesized. Low PDI, narrow molecular weights, and first‐order kinetics of the nanocomposites justify that polymerization is well controlled. Kinetics of polymerization decreases by clay loading. The apparent propagation rate constant (kapp) of polymerization in the case of poly(styrene‐co‐butyl acrylate) is 4.079 × 10?6, which becomes 0.558 × 10?6 in the case of poly(styrene‐co‐butyl acrylate)/clay nanocomposite with 2% nanoclay. A decrease in the polymerization rate is related to the hindrance effect of nanoclay layers on monomer diffusion toward the loci of growing macroradicals.  相似文献

Cloisite 30B as a modified kind of nanoclay was utilized for the formation of 3D network based on novolac resin with high thermal stable properties. Two types of phenolic resins including neat novolac (NR) and modified novolac resin were used to create a compatible matrix with nanoclay. For this purpose, NR modified with (3‐chloropropyl)triethoxysilane (CPTES) to form SiNR. For improvement of thermal behaviors, Cloisite 30B was dispersed in matrix via ultrasonic waves and cured with hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) to form 3D network. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis was used to measure the d‐spacing in intercalated systems and results indicated the optimum amount of clay for appropriate thermal properties. Investigation of the thermal properties of the samples by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) showed that the presence of Cloisite 30B in matrix resulted in much higher thermal stability and char yield with respect to modification of novolac resin originated from formation of 3D Si–O–Si network. Also, cured modified resin and its nanocomposites showed much higher thermal stability than cured NR and its nanocomposites. Such nanocomposite materials with high thermal stability have potential applications in advanced fields such electronic, industrial molds, coatings, adhesives, and aerospace composites.  相似文献

The spin-orbit splitting of CuCl(2) in its ground X(2)Pi(g) state remains an unknown or, at best, poorly defined quantity. The electronic spectrum of CuCl(2) has been studied by Fourier transform resolved, laser-induced fluorescence between 602 and 587 nm, in an attempt to identify transitions to the upper spin component of the ground state. In order to provide a well-defined excitation process, the sample was cooled to rotational temperatures of about 10 K in a free-jet expansion. Observations from just two rotationally perturbed levels in the upper electronic state, one for (63)Cu(35)Cl(2) and the other for (65)Cu(35)Cl(37)Cl, have revealed an additional feature about 482 cm(-1) above the (2)Pi(3/2) state. The effective rotational constants associated with these levels (0.066 20 cm(-1) for (63)Cu(35)Cl(2)) are significantly larger than those for the ground (2)Pi(3/2) state (0.058 13 cm(-1)). Analysis of this feature as the (2)Pi(1/2) component leads to a value of -482.9 cm(-1) for the spin-orbit coupling constant A and of -0.0846 cm(-1) for the lambda-doubling parameter (p+2q) for (63)Cu(35)Cl(2). Several other previously unobserved levels are also identified within 2000 cm(-1) of the ground state. Many of these also have anomalously large rotational constants.  相似文献

Samples of Bi2V0.9Co0.1-xZnxO5.35, 0.02 ≤ x ≤ 0.08 with layered Aurivillius structure were synthesized successfully by sol-gel citrate method. Structural and electrical characterization of compositions has been investigated by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis–differential scanning calorimetric (TGA–DSC) analysis and AC impedance spectroscopy. The tetragonal γ phase has been observed for all investigated samples. The AC impedance response of samples has been measured in the frequency range of 20 Hz to 1 MHz. The impedance for pellets decreases as thermal energy increases. The contribution of grain to the conduction process is more than that of grain boundary. The ionic conductivity and dielectric permittivity are found to be composition-dependent and increase with increasing Zn concentration. The maximum electrical conductivity observed for the composition x = 0.08 is σ = 4.51 × 10?4 S cm?1 at 300 °C.  相似文献

A new compound, sodium tin trifluoride (NaSnF3, which we denote BING-12 for SUNY at Binghamton, Structure No. 12), was synthesized solvothermally from a pyridine-water solvent system. The new compound crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c (No. 15), with a=11.7429(12) Å, b=17.0104(18) Å, c=6.8528(7) Å, β=100.6969(2)°, V=1345.1(2) Å3 and Z=16. The layered structure consists of outer pyramidal SnF3 units, where the fluorides surround a central layer of six- and seven-coordinate sodium atoms. The layers are stabilized by charged Na+ galleries that reside in the center of the layers. Tin trifluorophosphate (Sn3F3PO4, Compound 2) was isolated from a related synthetic system, and crystallized in the rhombohedral space group R3 (No. 146), with a=11.8647(11) Å, c=4.6291(6) Å, V=564.34(10) Å3 and Z=3. The framework is made up of helical -Sn-F- chains, which are connected by phosphate groups. The materials were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), variable temperature PXRD (VT-PXRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献

Micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) was used for the chiral separation of uncharged analytes (C- and N-protected amino acids). Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was the micelle forming agent, and different cyclodextrin (CD) derivatives were added as chiral selectors. Suitable conditions for the enantioseparation were found by variation of the separation conditions. The influence of addition of organic solvents like acetonitrile or methanol, and other chiral additives (camphor-10-sulfonic acid, malic acid) was examined. The addition of an organic modifier resulted in different effects on micelle formation, and thereby on the separation. The used chiral additives did not improve the selectivity. Furthermore, dependence of the electroosmotic flow (EOF), and the capacity factors on the concentration of CDs was investigated. Increasing the CD concentration, both the EOF to a smaller extent as well as the capacity factors decrease. Nevertheless, the enantioseparation is improved with a CD-concentration up to 30 mM. Higher CD-concentrations reduce the separation of the analytes.  相似文献
