In this study, a new Cr(III)-imprinted polymer (Cr(III)-IIP) is prepared from CrCl3·6H2O, methacrylic acid functional monomer, ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate cross-linking agent, 2,2?-azobisisobutyronitrile radical initiator and 2,2-(azanediylbis (ethane-2,1-diyl))bis(isoindoline-1,3-dione) ligand. To obtain the maximum adsorption capacity, the optimum condition was studied through pH, type and concentration of eluent, IIP weight, sample volume as well as the adsorption and desorption times. The Cr(III) ion content was determined via flame atomic absorption spectrometer. In optimum conditions, the adsorption capacity of the IIP for Cr(III) was obtained to be 74.65 mg g?1, using 50 mg of IIP and the initial pH solution of 3.0. Both the adsorption and desorption times for quantitative analyses of Cr(III) ions were 15 and 5 min; respectively. After elution of the adsorbed ions by 3 mL of 4 mol L?1 HNO3 aqueous solution, the established IIP-based SPE procedure provides a reasonable pre-concentration factor of 100. The IIP-based pre-concentration method provides a low detection limit of 1.7 µg L?1 with good repeatability (RSD?=?3.22%). Reusability studies confirmed that synthesis IIP is reusable and recoverable up to six cycles. According to the selectivity experiments, it was concluded that the prepared sorbent possesses more affinity toward Cr(III) ions than other ions such as Al3+, Pb2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Zn2+, and Ni2+ ions. To evaluate the potential applicability of the proposed separation method, the pre-concentration and determination of trace amounts of Cr(III) were performed successfully in food samples with complex matrices, a bestial sample (i.e. cow liver) and an herbal product (i.e., broccoli) as real samples.  相似文献

The rapid growth of global biopharmaceutical market in the recent years has been a good indication of its significance in biotechnology industry. During a long period of time in recombinant protein production from 1980s, optimizations in both upstream and downstream processes were launched. In this regard, one of the most promising strategies is expression vector engineering technology based on incorporation of DNA opening elements found in the chromatin border regions of vectors as well as targeting gene integration. Along with these approaches, cell line engineering has revealed convenient outcomes in isolating high-producing clones. According to the fact that more than 50% of the approved therapeutic proteins is being manufactured in mammalian cell lines, in this review, we focus on several approaches and developments in vector and cell line engineering technologies in mammalian cell culture.  相似文献

The current research was undertaken to investigate the structural, electrical, and optical properties of C20 fullerene decorated with different numbers of lithium (Li) atoms on its surface. The stability of the structure increased as the number of lithium atoms increased. Increasing the number of lithium atoms around C20 from one to four slightly increased the Eg (energy gap between the highest occupied molecular orbital and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital). Increasing the number to five or six narrowed the Eg. The electrical properties such as ionization potential (I), electron affinity (A), chemical potential (μ), global hardness (η), global softness (γ), global electrophilicity (ω), and electronegativity (χ) were also calculated. The polarizability (α) and first hyperpolarizability (β0), which correspond to the linear optical and nonlinear optical properties, respectively, were also calculated. An intense increase in β0 was recorded as the effect of five Li atoms adsorbed onto the C20 surface. The results of this study can be used to design and fabricate nanomaterials with adjustable electro-optical properties.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method was developed for the reaction of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate with benzothiazole, isoquinoline, quinoline, 3‐bromopyridine, pyridine, benzoxazole, benzimidazole, and 5,6‐dimethyl benzimidazole for the high‐yield synthesis of the related heterocyclic products ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 ) in very short reaction time under neat procedure. The reaction of isoquinoline, 3‐bromopyridine, and pyridine afforded to diastereomeric mixtures of products 2 , 4 , and 5 , respectively. However, only one isomer of products 1 , 3 , 6 , 7 , and 8 were identified from the reaction of benzothiazole, quinoline, benzoxazole, benzimidazole, and 5,6‐dimethyl benzimidazole, respectively. Benzotriazole afforded to product 9 under these conditions. For comparison, the reactions were examined in different reaction mediums and/or under microwave irradiation. J. In the present work, an automated on-line electrochemically controlled in-tube solid-phase microextraction (EC-in-tube SPME) coupled with HPLC-UV was developed for the selective extraction and preconcentration of indomethacin as a model analyte in biological samples. Applying an electrical potential can improve the extraction efficiency and provide more convenient manipulation of different properties of the extraction system including selectivity, clean-up, rate, and efficiency. For more enhancement of the selectivity and applicability of this method, a novel molecularly imprinted polymer coated tube was prepared and applied for extraction of indomethacin. For this purpose, nanostructured copolymer coating consisting of polypyrrole doped with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate was prepared on the inner surface of a stainless-steel tube by electrochemical synthesis. The characteristics and application of the tubes were investigated. Electron microscopy provided a cross linked porous surface and the average thickness of the MIP coating was 45 μm. Compared with the non-imprinted polymer coated tubes, the special selectivity for indomethacin was discovered with the molecularly imprinted coated tube. Moreover, stable and reproducible responses were obtained without being considerably influenced by interferences commonly existing in biological samples. Under the optimal conditions, the limits of detection were in the range of 0.07–2.0 μg L−1 in different matrices. This method showed good linearity for indomethacin in the range of 0.1–200 μg L−1, with coefficients of determination better than 0.996. The inter- and intra-assay precisions (RSD%, n = 3) were respectively in the range of 3.5–8.4% and 2.3–7.6% at three concentration levels of 7, 70 and 150 μg L−1. The results showed that the proposed method can be successfully applied for selective analysis of indomethacin in biological samples.  相似文献
