Esters of 3-cyano-2-oxo-5, 6-tri (tetra)-methylene-1, 2-dihydroisonicotinic and 2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-5, 6-tri (tetra)methyleneisorticotinic acids have been obtained by the reaction of 2-oxocyclopentyl(hexyl)glyoxylic acid esters with malonic acid derivatives. Boiling the esters containing a tetramethylene ring with 75% sulfuric acid gave hydrolysis of the ester and cyano groups to carboxyl with subsequent decarboxylation at the 3 position and the formation of 2-oxo-5, 6-tetramethylene-1, 2-dihydroisonicotinic acid (2-oxo-1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8-hexahydroquinoline-4-carboxylic acid).Perm Pharmaceutical Institute, Perm, 614000. o = f(T) of fullerene derivative (t-Bu)12C60 has been measured by a adiabatic vacuum calorimeter over the temperature range T = 6–350 K and by a differential scanning calorimeter over the temperature range T = 330–420 K for the first time. The low-temperature (T ≤ 50 K) dependence of the heat capacity was analyzed based on Debye’s the heat capacity theory of solids and its fractal
variant. As a consequence, the conclusion about structure heterodynamicity is given. The experimental results have been used

A variety of Ag nanoparticles/oxide mesoporous films with templated silica, titania, and zirconia was synthesized by sol–gel

zirconium tetrapropoxide) and AgNO3 as precursors of oxide films and Ag nanoparticles, respectively, and Pluronic P123 as a template agent. Oxide films alone
and Ag/oxide composites were characterized using hexane adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and ultraviolet (UV)/vis
spectroscopies, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods. The distribution of
Ag nanoparticles within the films, their sizes, intensity, and position of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorbance band
at λ = 400 nm, as well as the textural and structural characteristics of whole films depend on treatment temperature, types of
substrates and oxide matrices, oxide crystallization, and Ag content. Ag nanoparticles form preferably on the outer surface
of the films under lower sintering temperatures if the amount of loaded silver is low. Oxide crystallization (e.g., TiO2) promotes silver embedding into the outer film layer. At higher silver content (≥10 at.%) and higher calcination temperature
(873 K), silver nanoparticles could be entrapped more uniformly along the film profile because of more intensive evaporation

The “true detection limit” CL,true was measured by a method proposed by Boumans et al. for 10 prominent lines of La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm, the most abundant rare
earth elements (REEs) in geological samples. It is demonstrated how spectral interferences can increase of CL,true. The spectra were excited in an argon arc plasma jet with evaporation powders of five complex natural samples. The data show
that there is a significant increase of CL,true in real samples containing large concentrations of such elements as Ti, Zr, Cr, Nb, Ta and REEs emitting complex spectra.
