In both the title structures, O‐ethyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl)thiocarbamate, C17H25NO10S, and O‐methyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl)thiocarbamate, C16H23NO10S, the hexopyranosyl ring adopts the 4C1 conformation. All the ring substituents are in equatorial positions. The acetoxymethyl group is in a gauche–gauche conformation. The S atom is in a synperiplanar conformation, while the C—N—C—O linkage is antiperiplanar. N—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains and these are connected by C—H?O interactions. 相似文献

The tetradentate N2S2 Schiff base ligand 3,3′‐[2,2′‐(ethylenedioxy)dibenzylidene]bis(S‐methyl dithiocarbazate) (H2L), prepared by the condensation of S‐methyl dithiocarbazate with 1,4‐bis(2‐formylphenyl)‐1,4‐dioxabutane in a 1:2 molar ratio, reacts with nickel acetate to form the title neutral metal complex, [Ni(C20H20N4O2S4)]. The X‐ray structure of the complex shows a distorted square‐planar geometry around the Ni atom. The monomeric units are weakly associated into dimers via a long Ni?S interaction [3.569 (1) Å]. These dimeric units are then linked by C—H?S intermolecular contacts to form a polymeric chain along the a axis. 相似文献

The title compounds, (2S)‐N‐[5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazin‐2‐ylidene]‐2‐[(phenylsulfonyl)amino]propanamide, C18H17ClN4O3S2, (I), (2R)‐N‐[5‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazin‐2‐yl]‐2‐[(phenylsulfonyl)amino]propanamide, C18H17FN4O3S2, (II), and (2S)‐N‐[5‐(5‐chloro‐2‐thienyl)‐6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazin‐2‐yl]‐2‐[(phenylsulfonyl)amino]propanamide, C16H15ClN4O3S3, (III), are potent inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases. In all three compounds, the thiadiazine ring adopts a screw‐boat conformation. The molecules of compound (I) show a short intramolecular NAla—H?Nexo hydrogen bond [N?N 2.661 (3) Å] and are linked into a chain along the c axis by Nendo—H?Sendo and Nendo—H?OAla hydrogen bonds [N?S 3.236 (3) and N?O 3.375 (3) Å] between neighbouring molecules. In compound (II), the molecules are connected antiparallel into a chain along the a axis by Nexo—H?OAla and NAla—H?Nendo hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.907 (6) and N?N 2.911 (6) Å]. The molecules of compound (III) are dimerized antiparallel through Nexo—H?Nendo hydrogen bonds [N?N 2.956 (7) and 2.983 (7) Å]. The different hydrogen‐bonding patterns can be explained by an amido–imino tautomerism (prototropic shift) shown by different bond lengths within the 6H‐1,3,4‐thiadiazine moiety. 相似文献

Two O,O‐di‐p‐tolyldithiophosphate (dtp) ions act as bidentate ligands. The central metal atom is coordinated by four S atoms from two dtp groups and two N atoms from the phen ligand. The two complex ions, i.e. [Ni(meso‐cth)]2+ and [Ni(opba)]2?, are hydrogen bonded to each other, resulting in two‐dimensional neutral supramolecular sheets. Contributions to the Chemistry of Phosphorus. 244. The First Oxatetraphospholane, (PBut)4O Under suitable conditions, the reaction ot tri‐tertbutylcyclotriphosphane, (PBut)3, with di‐tert‐butylperoxide gives rise to a mixture of 2,3,4,5‐tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2,3,4,5‐oxatetraphospholane, (PBut)4O ( 1 ), and 1,2‐di‐tert‐butyl‐1,2‐di‐tert‐butoxidiphosphane, [But(ButO)P]2 ( 2 ). Both compounds have been isolated in the pure state. The oxatetraphospholane 1 is a constitutional isomer of 1,2,3,4‐Tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1‐oxocyclotetraphosphane, which has been reported recently [1]. The corresponding reaction of tetra‐tert‐butylcyclotetraphosphane furnishes only small amounts of 1 because of the kinetic stability of (PBut)4. The diphosphane 2 is presumably a secondary product of primarily formed oxocyclotetraphosphanes (PBut)4O1–4. The NMR parameters of 1 and 2 are reported and discussed. 相似文献
