The reactions of (2S)-2-amino-2-substituted-N-(4-nitrophenyl)acetamides 16a-c, succindialdehyde (13), and benzotriazole afforded enantiopure (3S,5R,7aR)-5-(1H-1,2,3-benzotriazol-1-yl)-3-substituted-1-(4-nitrophenyl)tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazol-2-ones 17a-c, which were converted by sodium borohydride into (3S,7aR)-3-substituted-1-(4-nitrophenyl)tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazol-2-ones 18a-c. Chiral (2S)-2-amino-2-substituted-N-(4-methylphenyl)acetamides 12a-d, easily prepared in two steps from N-Boc-alpha-amino acids 10a-d, similarly reacted with glutaraldehyde (20) and benzotriazole to generate 5-benzotriazolyl-3-substituted-hexahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2(3H)-ones 21a-d, which were converted by sodium borohydride directly into optically active 3-substituted-hexahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2(3H)-ones 22a-d. 相似文献

The interactions between proteins and Ponceau 4R (PR) in aqueous solution have been studied by the techniques of resonance light scattering (RLS) spectroscopy, the absorption spectroscopy, zeta potential assay and circular dichroism (CD) spectrum. The dry PR can assemble on the surface of protein via electrostatic and hydrophobic forces to produce an associated compound of protein-PR, this compound can enhance the RLS of protein. Based on this fact, a simple, rapid, and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of proteins at nanogram level by RLS technique with a common spectrofluorimeter. Under optimum conditions, the linear range is 0.10-39.2 μg mL−1 for the determination of both bovine serum albumin (BSA) and human serum albumin (HSA). The detection limits (S/N = 3) are 6.96 ng mL−1 for BSA and 5.71 ng mL−1 for HSA, respectively. There is almost no interference from amino acids, most of the metal ions, and other coexistent substances. The method has been satisfactorily applied to the direct determination of the total protein in human serum. 相似文献

The interaction of rutin and venoruton (troxerutin), with alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrin (CD), hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) and methyl-beta-cyclodextrin (M-beta-CD) was investigated by reversed-phase thin layer chromatography on polyamide plates. A mobile phase consisted of NH(4)OH; NH(4)Cl buffer solution containing various CD concentrations (pH = 9.7, 20 degrees C) was used as mobile phase. The equilibrium constants (K(f)) and the retention factor (R(f)) were determined and used to study the inclusion process. The in fluence of CDs on the solubility of rutin and venoruton was characterized by R(M) values and the increasing hydrophilicity of drugs. The results show that the inclusion capacity of cyclodextrins follows the order HP-beta-CD > M-beta-CD > beta-CD > gamma-CD, and rutin is more easily included by the studied cyclodextrins than venoruton. In addition, the thermodynamic parameters (Delta H, Delta S) for the formation of complexes were obtained from the van't Hoff equation, displaying the enthalpy-entropy compensation effect. 相似文献

The synthesis, structures, and magnetic properties of four cyano-bridged M(II)Ru(III)2 compounds prepared from the paramagnetic Ru(III) building blocks, trans-[Ru(salen)(CN)2]- 1 [H2salen = N,N'-ethylenebis(salicylideneimine)] and trans-[Ru(acac)2(CN)2]- (Hacac = acetylacetone), are described. Compound 2, {Mn(CH3OH)4[Ru(salen)(CN)2]2}.6CH3OH.2H2O, is a trinuclear complex that exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling between Mn(II) and Ru(III) centers. Compound 3, {Mn(H2O)2[Ru(salen)(CN)2]2.H2O}n, has a 2-D sheetlike structure that exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling between Mn and Ru, leading to ferrimagnetic-like behavior. Compound 4, {Ni(cyclam)[Ru(acac)2(CN)2]2}.2CH3OH.2H2O (cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane), is a trinuclear complex that exhibits ferromagnetic coupling. Compound 5, {Co[Ru(acac)2(CN)2]2}n, has a 3-D diamond-like interpenetrating network that exhibits ferromagnetic ordering below 4.6 K. In this study, microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) and micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) were compared for their abilities to separate and detect thirteen phenolic compounds (syringic acid, p-coumaric acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, gallic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, (+)-catechin, (-)-epigallocatechin, (-)-epicatechin gallate, (-)-epigallocatechin gallate, (-)-epicatechin, and (-)-gallocatechin), and two other ingredients (caffeine and theophylline) in teas and grapes. Separation of phenolic compounds was improved by changing the SDS concentration for MEEKC, but the SDS concentration rarely affected the resolution for MEKC. Organic modifier (acetonitrile or methanol) was found to markedly influence the resolution and selectivity for both MEEKC and MEKC systems. In addition, a higher voltage and a higher column temperature improved the separation efficiency without any noticeable reduction in resolution for MEEKC whereas they caused a poor resolution for the MEKC system. Although separations with baseline resolution were achieved by the optimized MEEKC and MEKC methods, the separation selectivity resulting from the proposed MEEKC method was completely different from that of MEKC. 相似文献

提出一种采用双铜-金刚石的"三明治"封装结构,利用有限元分析方法研究了其与传统的Cu+Cu W硬焊料封装结构激光器的热应力与Smile.对比模拟结果发现新封装结构热应力降低43.8%,Smile值增加95%.在次热沉热膨胀系数与芯片材料匹配的情况下,使用弹性模量更大的次热沉材料,可对芯片层热应力起到更好的缓冲作用.以硬焊料封装结构为例,分析了负极和次热沉厚度对器件Smile的影响.结果表明负极片厚度从50μm增加到300μm,器件工作结温降低2.26℃,Smile减小0.027μm,芯片的热应力增加22.95 MPa.当次热沉与热沉的厚度比小于29%时,Smile随次热沉厚度增加而增加;而当次热沉厚度超过临界点后,Smile随次热沉厚度增加而减小.当次热沉厚度达到临界点(2300μm)时,硬焊料封装的半导体激光器具有最大的Smile值3.876μm.制备了Cu W厚度分别为300μm和400μm的硬焊料封装976 nm激光器,并测量了其发光光谱.通过对比峰值波长漂移量,发现Cu W厚度增加了100μm,波长红移增加了1.25 nm,根据温度和应力对波长的影响率可知应力减小了18.05 MPa.测得两组器件的平均Smile值分别为0.904μm和1.292μm.实验证明增加Cu W厚度可减小芯片所受应力,增大Smile值. 相似文献
