A 2-factor in a graph G is a 2-regular spanning subgraph of G, and a 2-factorization of G is a decomposition of all the edges of G into edge-disjoint 2-factors. A ${\{C_{m}^{r}, C_{n}^{s}\}}$ -factorization of K υ asks for a 2-factorization of K υ , where r of the 2-factors consists of m-cycles, and s of the 2-factors consists of n-cycles. This is a case of the Hamilton-Waterloo problem with uniform cycle sizes m and n. If υ is even, then it is a decomposition of K υ ? F where a 1-factor F is removed from K υ . We present necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a ${\{C_{4}^{r}, C_{n}^{1}\}}$ -factorization of K υ ? F.  相似文献

The title compounds, trans‐bis(trans‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamine)bis(6‐methyl‐2,2,4‐trioxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐3‐ido)copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H14N2)2], (I), and trans‐diaquabis(cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamine)zinc(II) 6‐methyl‐2,2,4‐trioxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐3‐ide dihydrate, [Zn(C6H14N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4NO4S)2·2H2O, (II), are two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complexes. In (I), the CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry in a neutral complex, in a tetragonally distorted octahedral coordination environment comprising four amine N atoms from cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamine ligands and two N atoms of two acesulfamate ligands. Intermolecular N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(12) motif rings which lead to two‐dimensional polymeric networks. In contrast, the ZnII ion in (II) resides on a centre of symmetry in a complex dication with a less distorted octahedral coordination environment comprising four amine N atoms from cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamine ligands and two O atoms from aqua ligands. In (II), an extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds includes R21(6) and R44(16) motif rings.  相似文献

A survey of redox aminations of indoline with aliphatic ketones using bismuth nitrate as catalyst is described. A reaction of an equivalent amount of indoline and aliphatic cyclic and acyclic ketones provides a mixture of excessive alkylated indole derivatives over typically redox isomerization and reductive alkylation pathways while using of the five equivalent of indoline provides N‐alkylated indolines as a reductive alkylation product. The desired N‐alkyl indoles from the oxidation of N‐alkyl indolines were obtained in excellent yields.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine the influence of storage conditions and duration on composition and antioxidant activity of supercritical fluid (SCF) extracted essential oil of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.). Supercritical extraction was carried out sequentially by using SCF carbondioxide in the first two steps and with 5% ethanol as entrainer in the third step. The compositions of the extracts were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The total phenolics were analyzed using Folin-Ciocalteau assay. Antioxidant activities of the extracts were tested by β-carotene-linoleic acid bleaching method.  相似文献

An electrochemical dsDNA nanobiosensor was fabricated using amino‐functionalized multi walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (NH2fMWCNTs/GCE) for the sensitive detection of DNA bases and electrochemical monitoring of drug‐DNA interaction. The influence of functional groups on MWCNT was studied by MWCNT functionalized with NH2 (NH2fMWCNTs) and COOH (COOHfMWCNT) groups based on the signal of DNA bases. The modified electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. One layer of calf thymus double stranded deoxyribonucleic acid (ct‐dsDNA) was immobilized onto the NH2fMWCNTs/GCE (dsDNA/NH2fMWCNTs/GCE). The dsDNA/NH2fMWCNTs/GCE were used to investigate the interaction between the dsDNA and the anticancer drug gemcitabine by differential pulse voltammetry in acetate buffer of pH 4.70. For the confirmation of interaction, the lowering in intensity of the current signals of guanine and adenine was considered as an indicator. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies were performed for the comparison of the modified surfaces. In order to define and visualize the interaction mechanism between gemcitabine and dsDNA/NH2fMWCNTs/GCE at the molecular level, in silico methods including docking and molecular dynamics simulations were employed.  相似文献

The anodic behavior and determination of pefloxacin on boron-doped diamond and glassy carbon electrodes were investigated using cyclic, linear sweep, differential pulse and square wave voltammetric techniques. In cyclic voltammetry, pefloxacin shows one main irreversible oxidation peak and additional one irreversible ill-defined wave depending on pH values for both electrodes. The results indicate that the process of pefloxacin is irreversible and diffusion controlled on boron-doped diamond electrode and irreversible but adsorption controlled on glassy carbon electrode. The peak current is found to be linear over the range of concentration 2 × 10−6 to 2 × 10−4 M in 0.5 M H2SO4 at about +1.20 V (versus Ag/AgCl) for differential pulse and square wave voltammetric technique using boron-doped diamond electrode. The repeatability, reproducibility, precision and accuracy of the methods in all media were investigated. Selectivity, precision and accuracy of the developed methods were also checked by recovery studies. The procedures were successfully applied to the determination of the drug in pharmaceutical dosage forms and humans serum samples with good recovery results. No electroactive interferences from the excipients and endogenous substances were found in the pharmaceutical dosage forms and biological samples, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

In the present study, the reactions of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (DCNQ) with amino-1,2-propanediol and some thiols were investigated. Novel N-, N,S-, and S,O- substituted derivatives were obtained and the structures of all compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13 Baker, R. A.; Tatum, J. H.; Nemec, S. Antimicrobial Activity of Naphthoquinones from Fusaria. Mycopathologia 1990, 111, 915. A sodium dodecylsulfate‐doped polypyrrole (SDS‐PPy) film was elaborated on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by an electrodeposition method in phosphate buffer solution (pH 2.0) containing pyrrole (Py) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). SDS‐PPy/GCE was used for the construction of sensor, which showed excellent electrochemical response for the detection of ondansetron (OND) compared to conventional PPy. The application of the square wave (SW), with the adsorptive accumulation, indicates a maximum response at 1.33 V in H2SO4 (0.5 M). The influence of experimental parameters on determination of OND is discussed. The adsorptive stripping technique showed to be more sensitive, giving responses twice as big as those of non‐accumulated OND. The substantial improvement of response permits the development of an electroanalytical technique with a linear concentration in the range (1.0–80 μM), low detection (0.09 μM), and quantification limits (0.3 μM), and acceptable relative standard deviations of repeatability (0.59 %), and reproducibility (1.51 %). Consequently, this electrode is promising candidate for an accurate electroanalytical determination of OND in pharmaceutical samples with high sensitivity and selectivity, good accuracy and precision. The electrooxidation of OND at SDS‐PPy/GCE at various temperatures were studied by cyclic voltammetry to evaluate both the kinetic (ks and Ea) and thermodynamic (ΔG*, ΔH* and ΔS*) parameters.  相似文献

In this study emission-based ratiometric response of ion pair form of 1-hydroxy-3,6,8-pyrenetrisulfonate (HPTS) to gaseous CO(2) has been evaluated in ionic liquid (IL) containing ethyl cellulose (EC) matrix. The ionic liquid: 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (EMIMBF(4)); provided longer storage time and highly stable microenvironment for the HPTS molecule due to the buffering effect. The utilization of ionic liquid in ethyl cellulose matrix resulted with superior spectral characteristics. The excitation spectra of HPTS exhibited an atypical isoemmissive point in modified EC matrix at 418 nm which allows ratiometric processing of the signal intensities. EMIMBF(4)-doped sensor films exhibited enhanced linear working range between 0 and 100% pCO(2). The signal changes were fully reversible and the shelf life of the EMIMBF(4)-doped films was extended from 15 to 95 days.  相似文献

The coumarilate (coum?) complexes of CoII(1), NiII(2) CuII(3) and ZnII(4) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, solid-state UV–Vis, FTIR spectra, thermoanalytical TG–DTG/DTA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. It was found that all of the complex structures have 2 mol (coum?) ligand bonded as monoanionic monodentate in the structures of 1 and 2 while they were coordinated to metal cations as monoanionic bidentate in the complexes 3 and 4. There was not any hydrate water in the metal complexes. The complexes of 1 and 2 have four moles of aqua ligand, and the other complexes have two moles. Thermal decomposition of each complex starts with dehydration, and then the decomposition of organic parts goes. The thermal dehydration of the complexes takes place in one (for the compounds of 2, 3, 4) or two (for the compound 1) steps. The decomposition mechanism and the thermal stability of the complexes under investigation were determined on the basis of their structures. Metal oxides were obtained as the final decomposition product.  相似文献
