A new feruloyl amide derivative from the fruits of Tribulus terrestris

A new feruloyl amide derivative, named tribulusamide C, was isolated from the fruits of Tribulus terrestris. Its structure was determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including IR, 1-D-, 2-D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The structure of tribulusamide C was characterised by a unit of pyrrolidine-2,5-dione, which distinguished it from other lignanamides previously isolated from the fruits of T. terrestris.     

Synthesis,Bioactivity Evaluation,3D-QSAR,and Molecular Docking of Novel Pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as Potential Fungicides Targeting Succinate Dehydrogenase

To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.

Capacity for non-Kolmogorov turbulent optical links with beam wander and pointing errors

The performance of optical wireless communication links depends strongly on the atmospheric conditions and the parameters of the link such as the propagation distance, the operation wavelength, jitter variance, attenuation coefficient and effective beam spot radius at the receiver. The analytical expression for the evaluation of the average capacity of optical wireless communication systems is derived, using the gamma-gamma distribution in the non-Kolmogorov atmosphere turbulence. The impact of atmospheric attenuation, beam wander and pointing errors on the average of the optical wireless communication link is investigated. It is shown that the capacity has a fluctuation curve, when power law α increases, and the power law α of minimum point in fluctuation curve is bigger as the non-Kolmogorov turbulence strength is stronger.     

飞秒激光加工蓝宝石超衍射纳米结构

蓝宝石具有超强硬度及耐腐蚀、耐高温、在紫外-红外波段具有良好的透光性等优点,在军工业以及医疗器械方面具有广泛的应用前景.然而这些优点又对蓝宝石的机械加工或化学腐蚀加工带来困难.飞秒激光脉冲具有热损伤小、加工分辨率高、材料选择广等特点,被广泛应用于固体材料改性和高精度三维微纳器件加工.本文提出了利用飞秒激光多光子吸收特性在蓝宝石表面实现超越光学衍射极限的精细加工.利用聚焦后的波长为343 nm的飞秒激光,配合高精密三维压电位移台,实现激光焦点和蓝宝石晶体的相对三维移动,在蓝宝石晶体衬底上进行精确扫描,得到了线宽约61 nm的纳米线,纳米线间的最小间距达到142 nm左右.利用等离子体模型解释了加工得到的纳米条纹的产生原因,研究了激光功率、扫描速度对加工分辨率的影响.最终本工作实现了超越光学衍射极限的加工精度,为实现利用飞秒激光对高硬度材料的微纳结构制备提供了参考.     

A new three-dimensional chaotic system and its modified generalized projective synchronization

Based on the Chen chaotic system,this paper constructs a new three-dimensional chaotic system with higher order nonlinear term and studies the basic dynamic behaviours of the system. The modified generalized projective synchronization has been observed in the coupled new three-dimensional chaotic system with unknown parameters. Furthermore,based on Lyapunov stability theory,it obtains the control laws and adaptive laws of parameters to make modified generalized projective synchronization of the coupled new three-dimensional chaotic systems. Numerical simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.     

区域熔炼法制备高 Jc Nd123超导体

】Nd1+ x Ba2 - x Cu3Oy超导体以其良好的 Jc- B特性倍受人们注目。文中用区域熔炼技术在空气下制备出取向良好的 Nd1+ x Ba2 - x Cu3Oy 块材 ,采用纯氩下高温退火的办法抑制固溶体的形成 ,得到了零电阻温度 94K、临界电流密度达 540 0 A/cm2 的超导体。讨论了进一步提高 Jc的可能途径是减少液相的流失并使 Nd4 Ba2 Cu2 O10 相均匀分布。     

分辨率对大气中痕量污染气体的DOAS测量性能影响研究

在差分吸收光谱(DOAS)测量过程中,光谱分辨率的选择直接决定了污染气体浓度的测量准确度.主要研究了光谱分辨率对污染气体被榆测到的特征吸收结构形状的影响,以及差分吸收截面随分辨率的变化趋势,从而确定了光谱分辨率对污染气体最低可检测浓度的影响,通过研究分辨率与光强的关系,确定了分辨率与信噪比(S/N)的函数关系式,得出了DOAS测量NO2,O3,和SO2的最佳信噪比范围,对多种污染物标准气体进行了同时监测,计算出标准气体在不同光谱分辨率下的测量误差,确定了对NO2,O3和SO2监测的最适用的分辨率范围.在此分辨率范围既能够实现对痕量气体的准确定性定量测量,又能达到测量所需要的高灵敏度,强选择性和适用的时间分辨率.通过在北京丰台区的实际监测得到了与点式仪器测量结果很好的一致性.     

300kVA高温超导变压器电流引线漏热损耗的测量

电流引线是高温超导变压器的主要外部漏热来源,它的漏热量直接影响了超导变压器的经济性能,因此,引线的设计与漏热测量一直备受关注。文中构建了一个实验方案,运用量热法测量低压引线的漏热,并将试验结果与仿真预期值进行了对比和分析,从而验证了仿真设计的正确性。
