Determination of Trace Molybdenum in Biological Matrices by Neutron Activation Analysis

Based on consecutive extractions using bismuth diethyldithiocarbamate and thallium diethyldithiocarbamate as reagents, molybdenum was selectively and highly enriched from biological matrices, and then subjected to neutron activation analysis. Most of interfering elements, e.g., Na, K, Br, P, Fe, U, etc. were simultaneouly removed and the preconcentrated samples always showed only the r rays from molybdenum after neutron bombardment. Thus, molybdenum in the biological matrices could be accurately determined.     

Differential effects of Fas cross-linking on phospholipase D activation and related lipid metabolism in Fas-resistant A20 cells

A20 murine lymphoma cells undergoing Fas-mediated apoptosis showed increase in the activity of phospholipase D (PLD), which is involved in proliferative or mitogenic cellular responses. Using A20 cell lines that were resistant to Fas-induced apoptosis, we investigated the differential effects of Fas cross-linking on PLD activity and sphingolipid metabolism. The basal PLD activities in all of the selected three Fas-resistant clones (#5, #8, and #11) were about 2~4 folds higher than that of wild type A20 cells. Among the PLD isoforms, PLD2 expression was increased in all of the selected Fas-resistant clones. The Fas downstream signaling events triggered by Fas cross-linking, including the activations of PLD, phosphatidylcholine-specific phospholipase C (PC-PLC), sphingomyelinase (SMase), the increase in diacylglycerol (DAG) and protein phosphorylation levels, and the translocation of protein kinase C to membrane were not changed in both of Fas-resistant clone #5 and #8. In contrast, Fas cross-linking stimulated the activity of PLD, PC-PLC, and SMase, translocation of PKC, and protein phosphorylation in Fas-resistant clone #11, similar to that of wild type cells. We also found that clone #11 had a different Fas sequence encoding Fas B which has been known to inhibit Fas-induced apoptosis. These findings suggest that increased PLD2 expression resulting in increased basal PLD activity and the blockade of Fas downstream signaling cascades may be involved to limit apoptosis induced by Fas cross-linking.     

Study of the Fluorescence System of Europium–Enoxacin and its Applications

 This paper is the study of the fluorescence enhancement of Eu³⁺-1-ethyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-1,8-naphthyridin-3-carbonic acid (enoxacin, EFLX) system by surfactants. It was found that sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) exhibits great enhancement on the fluorescence of the Eu-EFLX system. The molar ratio is 1:2:1 for Eu:EFLX: SDBS. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity is a linear function of europium in the range of 1.0 × 10⁻⁸ ∼ 5.0 × 10⁻⁶ mol/L, the detection limit is 1.0 × 10⁻⁹ mol/L. The application of the Eu-EFLX-SDBS system for the determination of trace europium in rare earth samples gave satisfactory results. Received October 19, 2000. Revision August 10, 2001.

用＾３１Ｐ ＮＭＲ谱跟踪反应的方法，研究了对甲苯磺酰胺与取代苯甲醛及三氯化磷（或烷氧基二氯化磷）在乙酰氯为溶剂的条件下的类Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应的机理，找到了合成标题化合物的简单方法。初步生物活性测试表明其中某些化合物具有较好的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。     

COMPATIBILITY AND PHASE BEHAVIOR OF PS/SBR BLEND Ⅰ. EFFECT OF MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF PS

The results of this study reveals not only the sensitivity of the compatibility of PS with SBR to the molecular weight (MW) of PS and temperature, but also some other interesting characteristics, i. e., unusual morphology change during the process of mixing with increase in temperature of specimen preparation observed under optical microscope and double-peak UCST curves for three blends with PS of low MW from DSC data. Acording to the amount of inward shift of the component T_g's and the broadening of the transition regions, it may be said that this polymer pair is compatible only when the MW of PS is low, and even then there still exists micro-heterogeneity.     

一种新型锂离子电池用聚合物电解质复合膜的制备和性能表征

阐述了一种新型锂离子电池用PVDF-HFP(聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯聚合物树脂)基聚合物电解质复合膜的制备过程. 对复合膜中使用的无机TiO2纳米颗粒进行固体超强酸化处理, 并进行颗粒表面酸强度H0测试、XRD晶体结构分析以及复合膜的电解液吸附率测试和电化学阻抗谱测试. 采用PE无纺布支撑体作为增强材料, 以浸涂方法制备复合膜,并进一步组装为锂离子电池, 性能测试表明该电池具有良好的电化学性能.     

Xyloccensin L, a novel limonoid from Xylocarpus granatum

The isolation and structure elucidation of xyloccensin L from the stem bark of Xylocarpus granatum is described. Xyloccensin L is a highly oxidized heptacyclic A, B, D-seco limonoid with an α-8, 30-epoxy ring and a rare 1, 29 oxygen bridge.     

SYNTHESIS AND EVALUATION OF A NEW PHOTOSTABILIZER—2, 2, 6, 6-TETRAMETHYL-4-PIPERIDINYL SALICYLATE FOR POLYMERS

A new photostabilizer--2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinylsalicylate (TMPS) has been syn-thesized by ester-exchange reaction between 2,2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol and methylsalicylate.The photostabilizing effect of TMPS and Tinuvin 770, PDS on the photodegradation of cis-1,4-polybutadiene has been investigated for comparison. The results observed show that the mosteffective stabilizer of the three is TMPS. The reason of the good photostabilizing effect of TMPSwas discussed by fluorescence spectra.     

3-邻氯苯基-3-(5,5二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)丙酸乙酯的合成和晶体结构

标题化合物C19H23O4Cl（4）是由邻氯苯甲醛（1）与5，5-二甲基-1，3-环己二酮（2）、2，2-二甲基-1，3-二氧六环-4，6-二酮（3）在乙醇中反应而得。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射分析确定，其晶体属于单斜晶系，空间群晶体结构用直接法解出，使用全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正，最后的偏离因子R＝0．034，Rw＝0．042。在晶体结构中存在一个共轭的烯醇结构。单晶X-射线分析表明；平面1（C（1）～C（6）、Cl）和平面2（C（8）～C（10）、C（12）、C（13））之间的两面角为97．11°，原子C（7）呈变形的四面体构型。     

7,8-二氢-6,6-二甲基-7,8-环氧-6氢-吡喃[2,3-f]苯并-2,1,3-噁二唑的合成

本文给出了一条较好的制备7,8-二氢-6,6-二甲基-7,8环氧-6氢-吡喃[2,3-f]苯并-2,1,3-噁二唑的合成路线,即由对乙酰氨基苯酚经酯化、Fries重排、环合、还原、脱水、硝化、脱酰基、氧化、脱氧和催化环氧化等反应制得标题化合物,其结构经元素分析和光谱数据确证。
