We study optimal data collection in energy harvesting sensor networks. The sensed data-stream constitutes a sequence of stationary ergodic random variables and, assuming that timely data is valued more, the value of the data is discounted over time such that frequent collection is required to avoid a loss in value. Simple methodology for the allylation of various N- and O-pronucleophiles with 1-phenyl-1-propyne as an allylating agent, using PS-TPP-Pd (polymer supported triphenylphosphine palladium) as a highly active heterogeneous recyclable catalyst has been developed. The protocol is applicable for a wide variety of hindered and functionalized aromatic amines, alcohols, and carboxylic acids. In this paper, an algorithm for the fast computation of network reliability bounds is proposed. The evaluation of the network reliability is an intractable problem for very large networks, and hence approximate solutions based on reliability bounds have assumed importance. The proposed bounds computation algorithm is based on an efficient BDD representation of the reliability graph model and a novel search technique to find important minpaths/mincuts to quickly reduce the gap between the reliability upper and lower bounds. Furthermore, our algorithm allows the control of the gap between the two bounds by controlling the overall execution time. Therefore, a trade-off between prediction accuracy and computational resources can be easily made in our approach. The numerical results are presented for large real example reliability graphs to show the efficacy of our approach.  相似文献

The outstanding capability of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis in separating all types of proteins basically depends on the efficiency of sample preparation. Sample preparation is one of the most critical steps in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Unfortunately, due to severe solubility, resolution of protein on gel is usually hampered, and thus, analysis remains a difficult task. However, technically several problems are generally encountered during protein extraction and isoelectric focusing. In the present investigation, we emphasized on evaluation and comparison of six different protein solubilization methods intended for resolving and analyzing silkworm hemolymph proteins by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Our findings revealed that the buffer composition of 8 M urea, 4 % 3-[(3-cholamidopropyl)dimethylammonio]-1-propanesulfonate, 40 mM Tris base, 65 mM dithiothreitol, and 0.2 % ampholyte can effectively solubilize and yields maximum protein spots.  相似文献

Novel spiro-oxindole derivatives were synthesised by one-pot multicomponent reaction using isatins, urea and 1,3-dicarbonyls. β-Cyclodextrin, an oligosaccharide, catalysed the reaction and can be reused for further reaction after recovery. This developed synthetic route is environmentally benign in which water is used as solvent to produce excellent yields of products. The synthesised compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities against two bacteria and two fungi. All the synthesised spiro-oxindoles exhibit significant antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

An efficient triphenylphosphine-catalyzed synthesis of β-acetamido carbonyls via multicomponent reaction of aromatic aldehydes, enolizable ketones or β-keto esters, acid chlorides and acetonitrile at room temperature is described.
