Random copolymerization of macromonomers as a versatile strategy to synthesize mixed-graft block copolymers

The random copolymerization of norbornene-functionalized macromonomers was explored as a method of synthesizing mixed-graft block copolymers (mGBCPs). The copolymerization kinetics of a model system of polystyrene (PS) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) macromonomers was first analyzed, revealing a gradient composition of side chains along the mGBCP backbone. The phase separation behavior of mGBCPs with PS and PLA side chains of various backbone lengths and side chain molar ratios was investigated, and increasing the backbone length was found to stabilize the phase-separated nanostructures. The graft architecture was also demonstrated to improve the processability of the mGBCP, compared to a linear counterpart. Investigations of mGBCPs comprised of polydimethylsiloxane and poly(ethylene oxide) side chains exemplified the diverse self-assembled morphologies, including a Frank-Kasper A15 phase, that can be obtained with mGBCPs synthesized by random copolymerization of macromonomers. Lastly, a ternary mGBCP was synthesized by the copolymerization of three macromonomers.

Application of differential pulse stripping voltammetry and chemometrics for the determination of three antibiotic drugs in food samples

A reliable method for simultaneous determination of three antibiotic drugs(levofloxacin,gatifloxacin and lomefloxacin) by differential pulse stripping voltammetry(DPSV) in Britton-Robinson buffer(pH 7.96) was presented.The method is based on adsorptive accumulation of the antibacterial drugs on a hanging mercury dropping electrode(HMDE),followed by the reduction of the adsorptive species by the technique of DPSV.Optimal conditions,the deposition time of 80 s,the deposition potential of—1250 mV,and the scan rate of 25 mV/s,were obtained.The linear concentration ranges of 0.010-0.080μg/mL were obtained for all these three antibiotic drugs,while the detection limits were 2.38,3.20 and 1.60ng/mL for levofloxacin,gatifloxacin and lomefloxacin,respectively.In this work,chemometrics methods,such as classical least squares(CLS),partial least squares(PLS), principle component regression(PCR) and radial basis function-artificial neural networks(RBF-ANN),were used to quantitatively resolve the overlapping signals.It was found that PCR gave the best results with total relative prediction error(RPE_T) of 7.71%.The proposed method was applied to determine these three drugs in several commercial food samples with spiked method and yielded satisfactory recoveries.     

中药土鳖虫溶栓成分的分离纯化研究

对土鳖虫水浸醇沉提取物2号样品进行了离子交换柱层析，得组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ。实验结果表明，组分Ⅲ的溶栓活性明显高于组分Ⅰ和组分Ⅱ，其蛋白质占量为88．9％，分子量约为38，018，效价为313UK／mg，比活力为352UK／mg蛋白。将组分Ⅲ再进行凝胶过滤柱层析，得组分Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ。组分Ⅵ的生物活性高于组分Ⅳ和组分Ⅴ，蛋白质含量为89．3％，电泳呈现两条带，分子量约为34，623和39，811，效价为77UK／mg，比活力为86UK／mg蛋白。将组分Ⅵ进行反相高效液相色谱柱层析，收集保留时间为17min的洗脱峰，得到土鳖虫纯蛋白质，呈白色絮状，极易溶于水。再一次用反相高效液相色谱检查其纯度，保留时间为17．073min．无杂质峰。纤溶活性实验结果表明，组分Ⅵ既有直接降解纤维蛋白的作用，同时也有纤溶酶原激活剂样作用。     

5-二乙胺基-2-(吡啶-2’-亚氨甲基)苯酚的合成及其对Zn2+的识别

本文利用2-氨基吡啶与4-二乙胺基水杨醛反应合成了5-二乙胺基-2-(吡啶-2’-亚氨甲基)苯酚(探针L),对其结构进行了表征。在DMSO/Tris(6:4, v/v, pH =7.4)溶液中,探针L高选择性荧光“关-开”识别Zn₂₊,在365 nm紫外灯照射下,由无荧光变成蓝色荧光。实验表明,探针L与Zn₂₊的结合比为1:1,结合常数为2.6×10₃ L. mol_-1,检测限为 9.39×10_-7mol/L,pH适用范围为7-11,并可检测水样中的Zn₂₊。

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Cadmium Complexes with Thiophenedicarboxylate and Bipyridine‐like Ligands

Two new coordination polymers [Cd(tdc)(bpy)(H₂O)]_n ( 1 ) and [Cd(tdc)(phen)]_n ( 2 ) (H₂tdc = thiophene‐2,5‐dicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2′‐bipyridine and phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) have been synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Their crystal structures have been established by X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Fdd2 with a = 14.757(7), b = 45.38(2), c = 10.518(5) Å, V = 7044(6) ų, Z = 16; 2 in the monoclinic space group P2₁/c with a = 7.262(1), b = 21.970(2), c = 10.051(1) Å, β = 105.01(1)°, V = 1548.8(2) ų, Z = 4. Both of them are double‐stranded chains and further assembled into three‐dimensional networks by π‐π stacking interactions. 1 and 2 are stable in air, and show blue photoluminescence at 415 nm and 410 nm, respectively.     

Xanthones from the bark of Garcinia Xanthochymus

Two novel xanthones, 1,6-dihydroxy-4,5-dimethoxyxanthone (1) and 1,5,6-trihydroxy-7,8-di(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-60,60- dimethylpyrano(20,30:3,4)xanthone (2) were isolated from the bark of Garcinia xanthochymus by normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D-NMR techniques.

in this note, we answer positively a question by Belegradek and Kapovitch about the relation between rational homotopy theory and a problem in Riemannian geometry which asks that total spaces of which vector bundles over compact non-negative curved manifolds admit （complete） metrics with non-negative curvature.
