Summary Ag/-Al2O3 catalysts promoted by Ba, Cs and Cl were prepared and evaluated for butadiene epoxidation. The results indicated that Cs could enhance butadiene conversion, Cl was favorable for improving the selectivity to vinyloxirane (VO), and Ba probably plays an important role for catalyst stability during the long time on stream operation.  相似文献

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the deposition ofβ-amyloid peptide(Aβ)in the brain tissues,and an imbalance in the oxidant-antioxidant system.Compounds with antioxidant activity and the ability to inhibit Aβaggregation therefore potentially treat AD.In this study,we designed an iron-porphyrin containing bifunctional peptide(BP,Deuterohemin-AlaHisThrValGluLysLeuProPhePheAsp)based on natural microperoxidase-11(MP-11)and typicalβ-sheet breaker LPFFD(iAβ5p).This BP substantially reduced the aggregation of Aβand caused oligomer disassembly,by binding Aβwith affinity constant of 9.07μmol/L.Furthermore,it showed a neuroprotective effect on Aβ25—35 induced toxicity in SH-SY5Y cells,and significantly alleviated Aβ-induced paralysis and extended lifespan in Aβ1-42 transgenic C.elegans(CL4176).It also showed a potent peroxidase activity of 20.8 U/mg,and scavenged free radicals both in and in vivo.In addition,BP up-regulated the levels of hsp16.2,hsp16.41,and hsp12.6 mRNAs to 183.26%,160.16%,and 162.64%respectively,and down-regulated that of hsp70 to 36.76%in C.elegans.Taken together,the synthetic BP inhibited Aβaggregation and showed antioxidant activity,indicating the therapeutic potential of novel peptide drugs against AD.  相似文献

利用有限元法和动力平衡原理,建立了具有层间接触的沥青路面和13个自由度的大型客车人体三维模型。以不平顺作为激励,随机模拟车流分布,在不同制动情况下,从时域和频域两方面分析人-车-路耦合振动下车辆和人体的动力响应。时域分析采用客观评价标准和主观烦恼率相结合的方法,频域分析考虑人体共振、人的心理和生理因素。结果表明:随着制动力增大,人体的竖向加速度幅值不变,俯仰、侧倾加速度幅值都增大,但是俯仰加速度增幅远大于侧倾加速度的情况,人的舒适性变差,烦恼率增高;在紧急制动时,主频段对人体共振、心理和生理产生的影响很小,但是次主频段与人体某些器官固有频段重合,对人体共振、心理和生理产生的影响是不容忽视的。  相似文献

An innovative cancer therapy strategy regarding the interface engineering of kaolinite has been designed. The exposed silanol group facilitates more guest species with high dispersion on the supports. Mn_3O_4 magnetic nanoparticles are uniformly distributed on external surfaces of the Kaolin_(C12N)with the Al–O–Mn bond for the detection of the tumor microenvironment by T1-MRI; Doxorubicin(DOX) are loaded in the interlayer space with the electrostatic interaction for chemo-treating; and KI is coated on the outer layer of the nanocomposites based on the electrostatic interaction for thyroid cancer targeting. The synergetic effects and the treatment mechanism enhanced by the interface engineering, KI@DOX-Mn_3O_4-Kaolin_(C12N)can cause remarkably low cell viability(57%, 200 μg/mL), tumor shrinking(75%, 20 μg/kg), and accumulation into the tumor tissues. The novel kaolinite based drug delivery system is expected to incorporate imaging diagnosis, targeted therapy and drug delivery into one single system for postoperative residual thyroid cancer treatment and observation for metastasis of focal area.  相似文献

A novel ZrCO composite aerogel is synthesized using zirconium oxychloride and resorcinol–formaldehyde (RF) as precursors through the sol–gel route and carbothermal reduction process. The effects of different Zr/R molar ratios and calcination temperatures on the physical chemistry properties of ZrCO aerogels are investigated. The ZrCO composite aerogel consists of the C/ZrO2/ZrC ternary aerogel. The results show that with the increase of R/Zr molar ratios, the specific surface area and bulk density increase with calcination temperature up to 1300?°C, but decrease at even temperature (1500?°C). The specific surface area is as high as 637.4?m2/g for ZrCO composite aerogel (R:Zr?=?2:1), which was higher than ever reported. As the heat-treatment temperature increases to 1500?°C, the ZrC crystalline phase occurs and the t-ZrO2 phase still appears within the composite. The thermal conductivity of the carbon fiber mat-reinforced composite aerogel is as low as 0.057?W/m/K at room temperature (25?°C).  相似文献

Inspired by the structural feature of the classical hole‐transport material (HTM), Spiro‐OMeTAD, many analogues based on a highly symmetrical spiro‐core were reported for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, these HTMs were prone to crystallize because of the high molecular symmetry, forming non‐uniform films, unfavorable for the device stability and large‐area processing. By lowering the symmetry of spiro‐core, we report herein a novel spirobisindane‐based HTM, Spiro‐I, which could form amorphous films with high uniformity and morphological stability. Compared to the Spiro‐OMeTAD‐based PSCs, those containing Spiro‐I exhibit similar efficiencies for small area but higher ones for large area (1 cm2), and especially much higher air stability (retaining 80 % of initial PCE after 2400 h storage without encapsulation). Moreover, the Spiro‐I can be synthesized from a cheap starting material bisphenol A and used with a small amount for the device fabrication.  相似文献

Reactive oxygen species (ROS)-based therapeutic strategies play an important role in cancer treatment. However, in situ, real-time and quantitative analysis of intracellular ROS in cancer treatment for drug screening is still a challenge. Herein we report one selective hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) electrochemical nanosensor, which is prepared by electrodeposition of Prussian blue (PB) and polyethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) onto carbon fiber nanoelectrode. With the nanosensor, we find that the level of intracellular H2O2 increases with NADH treatment and that increase is dose-dependent to the concentration of NADH. High-dose of NADH (above 10 mM) can induce cell death and intratumoral injection of NADH is validated for inhibiting tumor growth in mice. This study highlights the potential of electrochemical nanosensor for tracking and understanding the role of H2O2 in screening new anticancer drug.  相似文献

Water electrolysis for H2 production is restricted by the sluggish oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Using the thermodynamically more favorable hydrazine oxidation reaction (HzOR) to replace OER has attracted ever-growing attention. Herein, we report a twisted NiCoP nanowire array immobilized with Ru single atoms (Ru1−NiCoP) as superior bifunctional electrocatalyst toward both HzOR and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), realizing an ultralow working potential of −60 mV and overpotential of 32 mV for a current density of 10 mA cm−2, respectively. Inspiringly, two-electrode electrolyzer based on overall hydrazine splitting (OHzS) demonstrates outstanding activity with a record-high current density of 522 mA cm−2 at cell voltage of 0.3 V. DFT calculations elucidate the cooperative Ni(Co)−Ru−P sites in Ru1−NiCoP optimize H* adsorption, and enhance adsorption of *N2H2 to significantly lower the energy barrier for hydrazine dehydrogenation. Moreover, a self-powered H2 production system utilizing OHzS device driven by direct hydrazine fuel cell (DHzFC) achieve a satisfactory rate of 24.0 mol h−1 m−2.  相似文献
