铁(Ⅲ)-4,7-二甲基-1,10-邻菲啰啉配合物的光还原研究及应用

实验发现,在散射光中铁(Ⅲ)-4 7-二甲基-1,10-邻菲啰啉配合物能发生显著的光还原反应,在溶液酸度为pH 3.0～5.0范围内,加入EDTA可阻止上述反应的进行。此法用于测铁矿中铁的价态比,结果令人满意。     

用峰鉴别技术反相高效液相色谱法测定火锅汤料中微量吗啡

本文报道了以峰鉴别技术为定性依据的测定火锅汤料中微量吗啡的反相高效液相色谱法。本法采用改良的Ｓｔａｓ－ｏｔｔｏ法分离提取复杂样品中的微量吗啡。由于采用峰鉴别技术，增加了定性参数，大大提高了定性方法的准确性。本法简便、快速。最低检出浓度为０．０４ｍｇ／Ｌ。在数十例样品分析中，与其它仪器分析结果比照，非常符合。     

CTMAB存在下钪多元络合物的研究

本文系统研究了在阳离子表面活性剂存在下钪与溴邻苯三酚红及三乙烯四胺形成多元络合物的条件，测定了络合物的最大吸收波长和摩尔吸光系数，确定了络合物的组成。并初步探讨了反应机理。     

Use of zwitterionic buffer additives to improve the separation of proteins in capillary zone electrophoresis

In CZE, the adsorption of the proteins on the capillary wall is a common problem. This paper describes the simple method of utilizing zwitterionic buffer additives to improve the separation of proteins in untreated fused silica capillaries at neutral pH. Three kinds of zwitterion are evaluated in the separation of acidic, neutral, and basic proteins, including their effect on protein efficiency, mobility, separation, and resolution; the difference between the effects of the different additives are also highlighted. The method has proved to be a possible means of reducing protein adsorption, especially for basic proteins.     

Swelling kinetics and release characteristic of crosslinked chitosan: Polyether polymer network (semi-IPN) hydrogels

The aqueous swelling kinetics of a series of crosslinked chitosan (cr-CS) with glutaraldehyde (GA) interpenetrating polyether hydrogels have been studied as functions of pH, the N-deacetylation degree of chitosan, the amount of crosslinking agent, the electrolyte composition in solution, temperature, and gel composition. Based on these results, the swelling mechanism of the hydrogels was discussed. The release profiles of chlorhexidini acetas from the semi-IPN were also investigated. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

Mo(Ⅵ)-5-溴水杨基荧光酮-CTMAB显色反应的研究及应用

研究了新的三元配合物体系Ｍｏ（Ⅵ）－溴水杨基荧光酮－ＣＴＭＡＢ显色反应的条件,最大吸收波长λｍａｘ在５２８ｎｍ,试剂λｍａｘ在４６８ｎｍ,对比度为６０ｎｍ,ε５２８＝１．４７＊１０＾５Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。该体系选择性好,方法简便、快速,用于测定水样中微量钼,结果满意。     

TiCl4-Mg介导的立体选择性的频哪醇偶联反应研究

以ＴｉＣｌ４－Ｍｇ和ＴｉＣｌ４－Ｍｇ－ＴＭＥＤＡ为偶联剂实现对芳香醛高非对映选择性的还原偶联反应。以３种类型的手性试剂对ＴｉＣｌ４－Ｍｇ系统进行修饰,对苯甲醛的反应最高可得到５０％对映体过量的偶联产物。     

Fabrication of free-standing multilayer films by using pH-responsive microgels as sacrificial layers

A facile way to prepare free-standing polyelectrolyte multilayer films of poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)(PSS)/poly(diallyldimethylammonium)(PDDA) was developed by applying a new pH-dependent sacrificial system based on cross-linked poly(N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) microgels. The tertiary amine groups of PDMAEMA microgels can be protonated in acidic environment, and the protonated microgels were deposited by layer-by-layer (LbL) technique with PSS. PSS/PDDA multilayer films were constructed on the top of the PSS/microgels sacrificial layers. The LbL assembly process was investigated by UV–vis spectroscopy. Further study shows that the free-standing PSS/PDDA multilayer films can be obtained within 3 min by treating the as-prepared films in alkali aqueous solution with a pH of 12.0. The pH-triggered exfoliation of PSS/PDDA multilayer films provides a simple and facile way to prepare LbL assembled free-standing multilayer films.
