The line widths of the β-NMR spectra of the short-lived β emitters 8Li and 12N implanted in a single crystal of Al have been measured precisely for the first time as a function of crystal orientation.
The NMR line widths were compared with the theoretical van Vleck values of the dipolar broadening. As a result, it was found
that 8Li mainly sits in substitutional sites, while 12N sits in tetrahedral interstitial sites, in Al.

The dipolar broadening of the NMR on short-lived β-emitter 8Li implanted in single crystal Cu has been observed as a function of crystal orientation at several temperatures. From the
orientation angle dependence of the line width, it was found that the main component of the 8Li occupies substitutional site, while about 30% of 8Li occupies octahedral interstitial site at temperatures below 300 K.

Magnetic moments of the A=12 unstable mirror pair nuclides 12B and 12N have been measured by the β-NMR technique. The experimentally measured magnetic moments are μ(12B)=1.001(17)μN and μ(12N)=0.4571(1)μN. The improved shell model using an SFO Hamiltonian with enhanced spin-isospin monopole proton-neutron interaction and modified single-particle energies is employed to calculate the magnetic moments of 12B and 12N. The calculation yields μ (12B)=0.929μN and μ(12N)=0.452μN and has produced a new magic number 6 for the short-lived unstable mirror pair nuclides 12B and 12N. 相似文献

The magnetic moment of 28P (I π = 3?+?, T1/2 = 270.3 ms) in the ground state has been measured by the $\upbeta $ -nuclear magnetic resonance method for the first time. The measured magnetic moment of $\vert \upmu (^{28}$ P)∣ = 0.309(9) $\upmu _{{\rm N}}$ is well reproduced by the shell model value of +0.306 $\upmu _{{\rm N} }$ . The shell model calculation also yields a proton density distribution with a long tail. The structural and magnetic properties of Ho substituted BiFeO3 (BHFO) have been investigated using 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-Ray diffraction (XRD) as a function of temperature. The Mössbauer spectrum obtained at room temperature for the as-synthesized BHFO sample exhibits broadened features due to the hyperfine field distributions related to the local variation of the neighbourhood of Fe and the magnetic hyperfine splitting patterns are indicative of magnetic ordering, mostly probably screwed or slightly antiferromagnetic. The spectrum was fitted with two superimposed asymmetric sextets, with similar hyperfine magnetic fields of Bhf1 = 48.0(1) T and Bhf2 = 49.0(1) T, corresponding to rhombohedral BFO. The hyperfine fields of the magnetic components decreased systematically with increasing temperature to a ‘field distribution’ just below the Néel temperature, TN ~ 600 K. At temperatures above 600 K, the spectral line associated with the Bi25FeO40 impurity phase dominates the spectra. This phase is confirmed by XRD measurements. From the temperature dependence of the site populations of the spectral components an average Debye temperature of θ D = 240(80) K has been estimated. 相似文献

The preparation of the layered [3.3]orthocyclophane tricarbonylchromium mono- and bis complexes, 4 and 5 , are described. X-ray crystallographic analysis reveals the fact that the distances and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two benzo rings in mono complex 4 decrease as compared to those in 1 .
