A GaCl3-catalyzed reaction of alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones with isocyanides leading to the formation of unsaturated lactone derivatives is described. This is the first example of the catalytic [4+1] cycloaddition of alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones and isocyanides. GaCl3 is an excellent catalyst due to its lower oxophilicity, which is desirable for all of the key steps, such as E/Z isomerization, cyclization, and deattachment from the products.  相似文献

The ruthenium-catalyzed reaction of aromatic ketones with arylboronic acid esters (arylboronates) gave the ortho arylation product. For this coupling reaction, a RuH2(CO)(PPh3)3 complex exhibited the highest catalytic activity among the complexes screened. Several aromatic ketones, for example, acetophenones, acetonaphthone, alpha-tetralone, and benzosuberone, can be used in this coupling reaction. A variety of arylboronates containing electron-donating (OMe and NMe2) and -withdrawing (F and CF3) groups were found to react with aromatic ketones to give the corresponding aylation products. The corresponding arylboronic acids could be used in this coupling reaction, but the yields were slightly lower, as compared to those of the reaction using the corresponding arylboronates.  相似文献

A combination of atomic force microscopy (AFM), high‐resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR‐SEM), focused‐ion‐beam scanning electron microscopy (FIB‐SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), confocal fluorescence microscopy (CFM), and UV/Vis and synchrotron‐based IR microspectroscopy was used to investigate the dealumination processes of zeolite ZSM‐5 at the individual crystal level. It was shown that steaming has a significant impact on the porosity, acidity, and reactivity of the zeolite materials. The catalytic performance, tested by the styrene oligomerization and methanol‐to‐olefin reactions, led to the conclusion that mild steaming conditions resulted in greatly enhanced acidity and reactivity of dealuminated zeolite ZSM‐5. Interestingly, only residual surface mesoporosity was generated in the mildly steamed ZSM‐5 zeolite, leading to rapid crystal coloration and coking upon catalytic testing and indicating an enhanced deactivation of the zeolites. In contrast, harsh steaming conditions generated 5–50 nm mesopores, extensively improving the accessibility of the zeolites. However, severe dealumination decreased the strength of the Brønsted acid sites, causing a depletion of the overall acidity, which resulted in a major drop in catalytic activity.  相似文献

Dibenzo[b,f]arsepins possessing severely distorted cores compared to those of other heteropins were synthesized. These derivatives exhibited dual photoluminescence in the green‐to‐red region (500–700 nm) and the near‐ultraviolet region (<380 nm), which could be attributed to the planarization of the arsepin core in the lowest singlet excited (S1) state. The computational approach for the assessment of the aromatic indices revealed that the dibenzoarsepins studied show aromaticity (8π system) in the S1 states in line with Baird's rule. The lone pair electrons of the arsenic atoms play a crucial role in the aromaticity in the S1 states.  相似文献

The series of alkyl 4-[2-(perfluorooctyl)ethoxy]benzoates (F8-n) shows a systematic change of crystal structures depending on the length of the alkyl chain: separate packing of perfluorooctyl (Rf) and alkyl (Rh) chains from each other for shorter (n=2) and longer (n=11) members, alternate packing of Rf and Rh chains for middle (n=6,7) members, and an intermediate type of packing for n=4. Semiempirical MO calculations show slightly repulsive interactions between the Rf chains, and attractive ones between Rf and Rh chains and between Rh and the core of a molecular pair. It is concluded that fluorination determines the molecular shape of the crystal structures by making the chain rigid. It is confirmed that the interactions between Rf chains are small compared with those between other moieties and that they are forced to aggregate owing to the exclusion from other moieties. Thus, the effect is dependent on the geometries and intermolecular interactions of the other moieties.  相似文献

New protocols for controlled reduction of carboxamides to either alcohols or amines were established using a combination of sodium hydride (NaH) and zinc halides (ZnX2). Use of a different halide on ZnX2 dictates the selectivity, wherein the NaH‐ZnI2 system delivers alcohols and NaH‐ZnCl2 gives amines. Extensive mechanistic studies by experimental and theoretical approaches imply that polymeric zinc hydride (ZnH2) is responsible for alcohol formation, whereas dimeric zinc chloride hydride (H?Zn?Cl)2 is the key species for the production of amines.  相似文献

The development of technology for on/off switching of enzyme activity is expected to expand the applications of enzyme in a wide range of research fields. We have previously developed a complementary polymer pair system (CPPS) that enables the activity of several enzymes to be controlled by a pair of oppositely charged polymers. However, it failed to control the activity of large and unstable α-amylase because the aggregation of the complex between anionic α-amylase and cationic poly(allylamine) (PAA) induced irreversible denaturation of the enzyme. To address this issue, we herein designed and synthesized a cationic copolymer with a poly(ethylene glycol) backbone, poly(N,N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate)-block-poly(ethylene glycol) (PEAMA-b-PEG). In contrast to PAA, α-amylase and β-galactosidase were inactivated by PEAMA-b-PEG with the formation of soluble complexes. The enzyme/PEAMA-b-PEG complexes were then successfully recovered from the complex by the addition of anionic poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc). Thus, dispersion of the complex by PEG segment in PEAMA-b-PEG clearly plays a crucial role for regulating the activities of these enzymes, suggesting that PEGylated charged polymer is a new candidate for CPPS for large and unstable enzymes.  相似文献
