Preparation and Characterization of a Cobalt‐Containing Mono‐Phosphine Ligand and its Coordinated Molybdenum Complex

A cobalt‐containing monodentate phosphine [(μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₄][μ₂‐η²‐PhC≡CP(i‐Pr)₂] 2f , was prepared from the reaction of (μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₆ 1 with PhC≡CP(i‐Pr)₂. It was accompanied by an oxidized compound, [(μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₄][μ₂‐η²‐PhC≡CP(=O)(i‐Pr₂)] 2fo during the chromatographic process. Further reaction of 2f with Mo(CO)₆ resulted in the formation of a 2f ‐ligated molybdenum complex 4 , [(μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₄][μ₂‐η²‐PhC≡CP(i‐Pr₂)‐κP]‐Mo(CO)₅.     

A study of the polymerization of styrene initiated by K-THF-GIC system

In this paper, the polymerization of styrene initiated by potassium (K)-tetrahydrofuran (THF)-graphite intercalation compound (GIC) (K-THF-GIC) was studied. The mechanism of the polymerization was determined to be anionic polymerization according to its characteristics. The effect of the concentration of the initiator and monomer was studied. It was found that the polymerization mainly occurred on the surface and edge of the intercalated graphite. It was also shown that the polarity of solvent has little effect on the polymerization yield in this system.     

Facile route to high-density, ordered ZnO nanowire arrays and their photoluminescence properties

A simple template-directed wet chemistry route based on traditional thermal decomposition technique has been developed for the preparation of high-density, ordered ZnO nanowire arrays. The fabrication was performed at relative low temperature without involving complex procedures, sophisticated equipment and rigorous experiment conditions, thereby providing a straightforward and mild method to produce metal/metal oxide ordered nanostructures. The nanowire array system was evaluated by SEM, XRD, TEM and PL. A stable luminescence at 425 nm was present.     

Simulation of soliton propagation in a directional coupler

Soliton propagation in a directional fiber coupler is investigated. By using Fourier series analysis technique (FSAT), the effects of radii ratio and intermodal dispersion on soliton switching have been investigated.     

聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯掺杂Ce3+的飞秒激光三维信息存储

用飞秒激光(200 fs,1 kHz,800 nm)脉冲在掺杂稀土离子Ce3 的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)膜中进行了光存储实验研究,包括对样品的吸收光谱、激光照射前后的电子旋转共振(Electron spin resonance,ESR)光谱的测量和讨论。结果表明掺杂稀土离子Ce3 的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯膜具有较低的写入阈值,有利于高速、并行的三维光存储。实验结果采用传统光学显微镜并行读出。给出了四层存储结果(点间距和层间距分别是4μm和16μm),并讨论了脉冲能量的大小对空腔尺寸的影响,进行高密度存储时,在保证读出信号灰度值足够大的情况下,应选择尽量小的激光脉冲写入能量。实验结果表明这种材料可以应用于三维光信息存储。     

Model and empirical study on some collaboration networks

In this paper we present an empirical study of a few practical systems described by cooperation networks, and propose a model to understand the results obtained. We study four non-social systems, which are the Bus Route Networks of Beijing and Yangzhou, the Travel Route Network of China, Huai-Yang recipes of Chinese cooked food, and a social system, which is the Collaboration Network of Hollywood Actors. In order to explain the results related to the degree distribution, act-degree distribution and act-size distribution (especially about the degree distribution, which may be better fitted using a stretched exponential distribution (SED)), we suggest a simple model to show a possible evolutionary mechanism for the emergence of such networks. The analytic and numerical results obtained from the model are in good agreement with the empirical results.     

具有HfN/HfO2栅结构的p型MOSFET中的负偏置-温度不稳定性研究

研究了HfN/HfO₂高K栅结构p型金属-氧化物-半导体(MOS)晶体管(MOSFET)中，负 偏置-温度应力引起的阈值电压不稳定性(NBTI)特征.HfN/HfO₂高K栅结构的等效 氧化层厚度(EOT)为1.3nm，内含原生缺陷密度较低.研究表明，由于所制备的HfN/HfO₂ 高K栅结构具有低的原生缺陷密度，因此在p-MOSFET器件中观察到的NBTI属HfN/HfO2高K栅结构的本征特征，而非工艺缺陷引起的；进一步研究表明，该HfN/HfO₂高K栅结构中观察到的NBTI与传统的SiO₂基栅介质p-MOSFET器件中观察 到的NBTI具有类似的特征，可以被所谓的反应-扩散(R-D)模型表征： HfN/HfO₂ 栅结构p-MOSFET器件的NBTI效应的起源可以归为衬底注入空穴诱导的界面反应机理，即在负 偏置和温度应力作用下，从Si衬底注入的空穴诱导了Si衬底界面Si-H键断裂这一化学反应的 发生，并由此产生了Si^＋陷阱在Si衬底界面的积累和H原子在介质层内部的扩散 ，这种Si^＋陷阱的界面积累和H原子的扩散导致了器件NBTI效应的发生. 关键词： 高K栅介质 负偏置-温度不稳定性(NBTI) 反应-扩散(R-D)模型     

NONTRIVIAL SOLUTIONS OF HARDY-HENON TYPE ELLIPTIC SYSTEMS

In this article,the authors investigate the existence problem for Hardy Hénon type strongly indefinite elliptic systems.Existence results are obtained for such systems with superlinear suberitical nonlinearities.     

Ultrafast non-linear optical properties of Ge20As25Se55 chalcogenide films

The non-resonant third-order non-linear optical properties of amorphous Ge₂₀As₂₅Se₅₅ films were studied experimentally by the method of the femtosecond optical heterodyne detection of optical Kerr effect. The real and imaginary parts of complex third-order optical non-linearity could be effectively separated and their values and signs could be also determined, which were 6.6 × 10⁻¹² and −2.4 × 10⁻¹² esu, respectively. Amorphous Ge₂₀As₂₅Se₅₅ films showed a very fast response in the range of 200 fs under ultrafast excitation. The ultrafast response and large third-order non-linearity are attributed to the ultrafast distortion of the electron orbitals surrounding the average positions of the nucleus of Ge, As and Se atoms. The high third-order susceptibility and a fast response time of amorphous Ge₂₀As₂₅Se₅₅ films makes it a promising material for application in advanced techniques especially in optical switching.     

Generalized Solution of a Kind of Nonparametric Curvature Evolution with Boundary Condition

The existence and uniqueness of the generalized solution for a kind of nonparametric curvature flow problem are obtained. This kind of curvature flow problem describes the evolution of graphs with speed depending on the reciprocal of the Gauss curvature.
