The factors affecting pattern‐forming properties in reaction development patterning were examined with polyarylates with various bisphenol moieties. The developability of the photosensitive polyarylates was dependent on the properties of the subtituent (R) in the bisphenol moieties. The development time decreased in the following order: R?C(CH3)2 > fluorenyl unit ? phenolphthalein unit > C(CF3)2 > SO2. This order agreed with that of the reactivity between the polyarylates and ethanolamine, and these orders can be explained by pKa of the bisphenol used to prepare the polyarylates. The development with NH2? R′? OH resulted in successful positive‐tone pattern formation. However, pattern formation with the developers containing NH2? R′? Effect of irradiation temperature on the main-chain scission of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) caused by γ-irradiation was studied by means of gel permeation chromatography and ESR spectroscopy. Although no temperature dependency was observed on the scission efficiency for purified PMMA, the efficiency for crude or monomer-doped purified PMMA was decreased by decreasing the temperature below ca. 200 K. Above 200 K the efficiency was constant and did not depend on the purity of PMMA. ESR study of the irradiated PMMA revealed that the suppression of the scission below 200 K is induced by the addition of methyl methacrylate monomer to primary radical species, which otherwise cause the main-chain scission by warming the polymer above 200 K. The primary radical generated above 200 K immediately converts to the scission-type ? CH2 ? ?(CH3) COOCH3 radical through the β-scission of the polymer main chain, so that the efficiency of the scission does not depend on both the impurity and the irradiation temperature. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The educed Gd atoms in the X-structure (Th6Mn23-type) of Gd(Fe1−xMnx)2 were magnetically investigated by comparing with Gd6(Fe1−yMny)23 whose structure is Th6Mn23-type. The magnetic properties of Gd(Fe1−xMnx)2 (0.4≤x≤0.7) were observed to be quite similar to those of Gd6(Fe1−yMny)23 (0.4≤y≤0.7).  相似文献

Magnetization and Mössbauer measurements have been made on a diluted antiferromagnets FexMg1?xTiO3 with x=0.2, 0.3 and 0.7. It has been demonstrated that this system exhibits a spin glass or a reentrant spin glass like behavior in the samples with x around the percolation concenrration xc≈0.25. It has been shown that various sizes of magnetic clusters are formed well above the transition temperatures determined by the magnetization measurements in the samples with x near xc. The behavior of Fe0.2Mg0.8TiO3 is discussed as a typical cluster glass.  相似文献

A spontaneous transition phenomena between two states of a plasma with an internal transport barrier (ITB) is observed in the steady-state phase of the magnetic shear in the negative magnetic shear plasma in the JT-60U tokamak. These two ITB states are characterized by different profiles of the second radial derivative of the ion temperature inside the ITB region (one has a weak concave shape and the other has a strong convex shape) and by different degrees of sharpness of the interfaces between the L mode and the ITB region, which is determined by the turbulence penetration into the ITB region.  相似文献
