过敏性哮喘患者血清中10种必需微量元素水平的研究

３４例过敏性哮喘患者血清中铁，锌、铜，锰硒铬，钴镍，钡，钼的含量水平与对照组比较，揭示：（１）铁，铜，铬的含量升高；（２）硒，镍，钴、钒的钼的含量降低；（３）锌和锰的含量差异无显著性，Ｐ〉０．０５。     

ESR studies of γ-irradiated histone octamer and the histone H3

ESR spectrum of neat histone H3 γ-irradiated and observed at 77 K with low microwave power and modulation amplitude showed multiple resolved structure depicting nonequivalent interaction of the unpaired electron located at amido-carbonyl radical anion [– )NH–] of the peptide backbone with adjacent –NH– group and the β-proton of –CH group. The predominance of amido-carbonyl radical anion is in good accord with the expected partition of secondary electrons amongst the various electrophilic groups including peptide carbonyl and aromatic acid residues. Following a gradual rise of annealing temperature to room temperature, a double splitting spectrum from the well known -carbon amido radical was evolved.     

Synthesis of triphenylene derivatives by Pd-catalyzed Suzuki coupling/intramolecular CH activation between arylboronic acids and dibromobiphenyls

An efficient and regioselective synthesis of functionalized triphenylenes via palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling and subsequent intramolecular CH activation between arylboronic acids and dibromobiphenyls was developed. This methodology showed excellent atomic economy and regiospecificity as well as synthetic feasibility of unsymmetrical triphenylenes.     

Progressive studies on the novel samarium-catalyzed diastereoselective tandem semipinacol rearrangement/Tishchenko reduction of secondary alpha-hydroxy epoxides

A novel and highly diastereoselective samarium-catalyzed tandem rearrangement/reduction of secondary alpha-hydroxy epoxides, which involves a C1 to C3 carbon migration rearrangement and a very interesting hetero-Tishchenko reduction of the intermediate aldehyde and the reductant aldehyde, has been reported. This reaction could be developed to provide a facile and stereoselective construction of 2-quarternary 1,3-diol units with an hydroxymethyl moiety attached to the diastereogenic quaternary carbon center. Detailed investigations have been carried out concerning the screening of the aldehydes as a reductant, the optimization of reaction conditions, and the substrate scope of this tandem reaction. A catalytic cycle for this reaction, the electronic and steric effects of the reductant aldehydes, and the mechanism for the acyl migration of 1,3-diol monoesters are proposed.

研究了高频超声应用中带无穷退化记忆项的Moore-Gibson-Thompson方程τu_(ttt)+α(x)u_(tt)-c^(2)Δu-bΔu_(t)+∫^(∞)_(0)g(s)div[a(x)▽u(t-s)]ds=0解的适定性和衰减速率,其中非负函数a(x)和α(x)是可退化的并满足a(x)+α(x)≥δ>0.该系统是由黏性热松弛流体中波传播模型的线性化而得到的.通过使用Faedo-Galerkin逼近和能量估计,证明了解的适定性.在适当的假设下,通过构造适当的李雅普诺夫泛函,建立了能量的指数或一般衰减结果.     

计及位置不确定的喷雾机喷杆系统仿形姿态渐近跟踪控制北大核心CSCD

针对喷雾机喷杆仿形系统中同时存在负载变化、未建模不确定项、物理参数摄动以及外部干扰等问题,提出了一种基于小波网络逼近的具有自适应性和鲁棒性的反步控制方法.首先,将含有不确定、未知和非线性项的喷杆仿形系统建立为完整的数学模型,将其等价转化为具有严格反馈的状态空间形式;其次,采用设计的小波基元去构造神经网络,在满足最优误差有界条件下逼近反步法中虚拟等效控制部分,选取自适应更新律估计系统中存在的未知参数,引入鲁棒补偿项减小复合干扰对系统的不利影响,降低了输入指令信号的阶次要求;最后,通过构造合适的Lyapunov函数,应用稳定性理论证明了闭环系统位置跟踪误差渐近收敛到原点.仿真结果表明,所提控制方法可实现喷雾机喷杆位置姿态快速升降机动调整,有效地增强了喷杆系统的鲁棒稳定性和控制精度.     

Dynamical intricacy and average sample complexity of amenable group actions

In 2018, Petersen and Wilson introduced the notion of dynamical intricacy and average sample complexity for dynamical systems of ?-action, based on the past works on the notion of intricacy in the research of brain network and probability theory. If one wants to take into account underlying system geometry in applications, more general group actions may need to be taken into consideration. In this paper, we consider this notion in the case of amenable group actions. We show that many basic properties in the ?-action case remain true. We also show that their suprema over covers or partitions are equal to the amenable topological entropy and the measure entropy, using the quasitiling technique in the theory of the amenable group.

     

Comparative voltammetric study of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), albumin and DNP-albumin as an analytical approach to the use of DNP as a universal label in immunoelectrochemical assays

A comparative electrochemical study of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), albumin and DNP-albumin has been carried out at a hanging mercury drop electrode, in order to use DNP as a universal label in immunoelectrical assays. Several electrochemical techniques have been used. Differential pulse voltammetry has proved to be the most suitable. Wide dynamic linear ranges (more than three orders of magnitude for DNP-albumin) and low detection limits have been achieved (5 x 10(-10)M, 2 x 10(-10)M, 3 x 10(-12)M for DNP, albumin and DNP-albumin, respectively). Good reproducibility has been obtained in all cases (R.S.D. < 2.2%).
