Indole alkaloids are the main bioactive/toxic components in Gelsemium elegans Benth. To determine the distribution and contents of indole alkaloids in its different medicinal parts, a novel and rapid method using ultra‐high performance LC (UPLC) with MS/MS has been established and validated with an optimized ultrasound/microwave‐assisted extraction method. Four constituents, namely, humantenidine, humantenmine, gelsemine, and koumine, were simultaneously determined in 6 min. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an ultra‐high performance LC BEH C18 column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of methanol and water (containing 0.1% formic acid both in methanol and water) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The detection was performed on a triple quadrupole electrospray MS/MS by positive ion multiple‐reaction monitoring mode. All the analytes showed good linearity (r ≥ 0.9934) within a concentration range from 0.1–25 μg/mL with a LOQ of 25–50 ng/mL. The overall intra‐ and intervariations of four components were <4.7% with an accuracy of 97.3–101.3%. The analysis results showed that there were remarkable differences in the distribution and contents of four chemical markers in the roots, stems, and leaves of G. elegans Benth. The findings can provide necessary and meaningful information for the rational utilization of its resources.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to analyze the growth and substance metabolism of neural stem cells (NSCs) cultured in biological collagen-based scaffolds. Mass transfer and metabolism model of glucose, lactic acid, and dissolved oxygen (DO) were established and solved on MATLAB platform to obtain the concentration distributions of DO, glucose, and lactic acid in culture system, respectively. Calculation results showed that the DO influenced their normal growth and metabolism of NSCs mostly in the in vitro culture within collagen-based scaffolds. This study also confirmed that 2-mm thickness of collagen scaffold was capable of in vitro cultivation and growth of NSCs with an inoculating density of 1?×?106 cells/mL.  相似文献

Single‐ligand‐based electronically conductive porous coordination polymers/metal–organic frameworks (EC‐PCPs/MOFs) fail to meet the requirements of numerous electronic applications owing to their limited tunability in terms of both conductivity and topology. In this study, a new 2D π‐conjugated EC‐MOF containing copper units with mixed trigonal ligands was developed: Cu3(HHTP)(THQ) (HHTP=2,3,6,7,10,11‐hexahydrotriphenylene, THQ=tetrahydroxy‐1,4‐quinone). The modulated conductivity (σ≈2.53×10?5 S cm?1 with an activation energy of 0.30 eV) and high porosity (ca. 441.2 m2 g?1) of the Cu3(HHTP)(THQ) semiconductive nanowires provided an appropriate resistance baseline and highly accessible areas for the development of an excellent chemiresistive gas sensor.  相似文献

The correlation between aggregates and bound rubber structures in silicone rubbers(S(phr)) with various silica fractions(ΦSi) has been investigated by contrast matching small-angle neutron scattering(SANS), swelling kinetics, and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Mixed solvents with deuterated cyclohexane fractions of 4.9% and 53.7% were chosen to match the scattering length densities of the matrix(SMP(phr)) and the filler(SMS(phr)), respectively. All the data consistently suggest that:(i) There is a critical threshold ΦSic between 10 and 30 phr;below ΦSic, the isolated aggregates are dominant, while beyond ΦSic, some rubber fraction is trapped among the agglomerate;(ii) ΦSiindependent thicknesses around 7.5 nm(NMR) and 8.6 nm(SANS) suggest that the bound rubber formation is determined by inherent properties of the components, and the power-law around 4.2 suggests an exponential changed gradient density of the bound rubber;(iii) SMS(80) presents a bicontinuous bound rubber with three characteristic lengths of 41, 100, and 234 nm. The expanded correlation length, a 20 nm smaller aggregate sizes suggest that such existent bicontinuous network in dry samples with less ΦSi is kind of impacted by swelling. With the obtained bound rubber models, the reinforcing mechanism of filled silicone rubber is elucidated.  相似文献

The first enantioselective total synthesis of 5-acetoxygoniothalamin 1 and 5-acetoxyisogoniothalamin oxide 2 was achieved through the Sharpless kinetic resolution of recemic secondary 2-furylmethanol 5 and the Mitsunobu reaction. At the same time we developed a short synthetic route for 6R-( )-goniothalamin 3 and (6R,7R,8R)-( )-goniothalamin oxide 4. And according to this route the configuration of 5-acetoxygoniothalamin 1 was confirmed as (5S,6S).  相似文献

Using the two-fluid model in the case of α〉〉1 (α= β/2Q, β is the ratio of thermal pressure to magnetic pressure, and Q = me/mi ), we numerically investigate the interactions between two solitary kinetic Alfvén waves (SKAWs) and between an SKAW and a density discontinuity. The results show that the two SKAWs would remain in their original shapes and propagate at their initiating speeds, which indicates that SKAWs behave just like standard solitons. The simulation also shows that SKAWs will reflect and refract when crossing a discontinuity and propagating into a higher density region. The transmission wave is an SKAW with increasing density, and the reverberation is a disturbance with lower amplitude.  相似文献

利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合模糊聚类分析法和曲线拟合对鸡骨草、毛鸡骨草进行产地鉴别。选用曼哈顿距离单位计算的相异度聚类分析结果最优,5个产地鸡骨草都可完全区分开来,毛鸡骨草则只能鉴别出3个产地,南宁和钦州2个产地发生重叠;为了进一步鉴别不同产地鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草,对鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草平均红外谱图中1 034 cm-1吸收峰进行曲线拟合,野生鸡骨草拟合出11个子峰,其他各产地鸡骨草均只能拟合出9个子峰,上林产毛鸡骨草拟合出9个子峰,其他各产地毛鸡骨草均只能拟合出8个子峰,而且不同产地鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草拟合出的子峰位置和归一化强度都不完全相同;模糊聚类分析法和曲线拟合法有机结合能够使产地鉴别结果更加准确。  相似文献
