Prostacyclin (PGI2) plays key roles in shaping the immune microenvironment and modulating vasodilation, whereas its contribution to endometriosis (EMs) remains largely unclear. Our study suggested that prostacyclin synthase (PTGIS)-dependent PGI2 signaling was significantly activated in EMs, which was involved in the hypoxic microenvironment of ectopic lesions and deficient methylation status of the PTGIS promoter. Notably, in vitro assays, hypoxia promoted PTGIS expression through DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1)-mediated DNA methylation deficiency in endometrial stromal cells (ESCs); PTGIS overexpression enhanced the adhesive ability of ESCs and led to elevated PGI2 production, and PGI2 triggered CD16− (encoded by FCGR3, Fc fragment of IgG receptor IIIa) natural killer (NK)-cell differentiation through PGI2 receptor (IP, PTGIR) in an ESC/NK-cell coculture system. Our rodent model experiment suggested that treatment with the PGI2 analog iloprost and adoptive transfer of fcgr3 knockout (fcgr3−/−) NK cells aggravated EMs progression and that genetic ablation of ptgis (ptgis−/−) in ectopic lesions and treatment with the PTGIR antagonist RO1138452 partially rescued this outcome. Thus, our findings identified the contribution of PGI2 to EMs progression via enhancement of the adhesive ability of ESCs and inhibition of the activity of NK cells. JMCT程序是北京计算数学与应用物理研究所自主开发的蒙特卡罗方法粒子输运计算程序。从国际临界安全实验数据库中选取棒栅类、U系、Pu系、233U系实验方案对JMCT程序进行验证,验证涵盖了常见裂变元素(如U,Pu等)从低富集度到高富集度的快、热能区,同时也包含了常见的中子毒物以及反射层材料。将JMCT程序的计算结果与基准实验值进行对比,并且与MCNP,MONK程序的计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,在检验的范围内,JMCT程序具有与国际通用蒙特卡罗方法粒子输运程序一样良好的计算精度。 相似文献

红光材料是显示三基色材料之一, 具有发射能量小、穿透能力强和背景荧光干扰小等优点, 被广泛应用于全彩显示、生物传感和光动力治疗等领域. 红光材料目前存在的问题主要有: (1)跃迁能级小, 其非辐射跃迁速率快, 导致量子效率普遍较低; (2)分子共轭较大, 存在较强的π-π堆积作用, 容易导致荧光淬灭; (3)分子设计需要更大的共轭, 在分子合成上较为困难. 热活化延迟荧光(thermally activated delayed fluorescence, TADF)材料作为具有全新的发光机制的材料能够通过反向系间窜越过程利用三重态激子发射荧光, 极大地提高了量子效率, 因此, 基于TADF机制的红光材料成为了近年来人们研究的热点. 由于结构的特点, 喹喔啉及其衍生物非常适合用来构建红光TADF分子. 从喹喔啉类TADF红光材料的分子结构视角出发, 对红光TADF材料的近年来的研究进行概述, 讨论分子结构对材料性能影响, 并且对其发展进行展望. 相似文献

Six novel benzimidazole-based D-π-A compounds 4 a – 4 f were concisely synthesized by attaching different donor/acceptor units to the skeleton of 1,3-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)benzene on its 5-position through an ethynyl link. Due to the twisted conformation and effective conjugation structure, these dual-state emission (DSE) molecules show intense and multifarious photoluminescence, and their fluorescence quantum yields in solution and solid state can be up to 96.16 and 69.82 %, respectively. Especially, for excellent photostability, obvious solvatofluorochromic and extraordinary wide range of solvent compatibility, DSE molecule 4 a is a multifunctional fluorescent probe for the visual detection of nitroaromatic compounds (NACs) with the limit of detection as low as 10−7 M. The quenching mechanism has been proved as the results of photoinduced electron transfer and fluorescence resonance energy transfer processes. Importantly, probe 4 a can sensitively detect NACs not only in real water samples, but also on 4 a -coated strips and 4 a @PBAT thin films. 相似文献

We prepared an orthogonal compact electron-donor (phenoxazine, PXZ)-acceptor (naphthalimide, NI) dyad ( NI-PXZ ), to study the photophysics of the thermally-activated delayed fluorescence (TADF), which has a luminescence lifetime of 16.4 ns (99.2 %)/17.0 μs (0.80 %). A weak charge transfer (CT) absorption band was observed for the dyad, indicating non-negligible electronic coupling between the donor and acceptor at the ground state. Femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy shows a fast charge separation (CS) (ca. 2.02∼2.72 ps), the majority of the singlet CS state is short-lived, especially in polar solvents (τCR = 10.3 ps in acetonitrile, vs. 1.83 ns in toluene, 7.81 ns in n-hexane). Nanosecond transient absorption spectroscopy detects a long-lived transient species in n-hexane, which is with a mixed triplet local excited state (3LE) and charge separated state (3CS), the lifetime is 15.4 μs. In polar solvents, such as tetrahydrofuran and acetonitrile, a neat 3CS state was observed, whose lifetimes are 226 ns and 142 ns, respectively. Time-resolved electron paramagnetic resonance (TREPR) spectra indicate the existence of strongly spin exchanged 3LE/3CT states, with the effective zero field splitting (ZFS) |D| and |E| parameters of 1484 MHz and 109 MHz, respectively, much smaller than that of the native 3NI state (2475 and 135 MHz). It is rare but solid experimental evidence that a closely-lying 3LE state is crucial for occurrence of TADF and this 3LE state is an essential intermediate state to facilitate reverse intersystem crossing in TADF systems. 相似文献

Inonotus hispidus has various health-promoting activities, such as anticancer effects and immune-stimulating activity. The commercialization of valuable plant triterpenoids faces major challenges, including low abundance in natural hosts and costly downstream purification procedures. In this work, orthogonal design was used to compound methyl jasmonate (MeJA), salicylic acid (SA), oleic acid, and Cu2+, and the effects of combinations on the total triterpenes biosynthesized were studied. The optimal combination was screened out and its effect on the activity of PAL, CAT, and SOD was studied. The optimal concentration of oleic acid was 2% when MeJA was 100 mol/L, and the total triterpenoid content and mycelia production were 3.918 g and 85.17 mg/g, respectively. MeJA treatment induced oxidative stress, and at the same time increased the activity of related defense enzymes. Oleic acid is thought to regulate cell permeability by recombining cell membranes. It promotes the material exchange process between cells and the environment without affecting cell growth. When oleic acid was used in combination with MeJA, a synergistic effect on triterpene production was observed. In conclusion, our findings provide a strategy for triterpenoid enrichment of I. hispidus. 相似文献

Edible bird’s nest (EBN) is an expensive health food. There are many adulterants in the market. It remains challenging to discriminate EBN from its adulterants due to a lack of high-specificity markers. Besides, the current markers are confined to soluble fraction of EBN. Here, both soluble and insoluble fractions were analyzed by LC-QTOF-MS/MS. A total of 26 high-specificity peptides that were specific to EBN were selected as qualitative authentication markers. Among them, 10 markers can discriminate EBN from common adulterants, 13 markers discriminate white EBN from grass EBN/common adulterants, and 3 markers discriminate grass EBN from white EBN/common adulterants. Three of them, which showed high signal abundance (Peak area ≥ 106) and satisfactory linearity (R2 ≥ 0.995) with EBN references, were selected as the assay marker; and their peptide sequences were confidently identified by searching database/de novo sequencing. Based on these markers, a qualitative and quantitative analytical method was successfully developed and well-validated in terms of linearity, precision, repeatability, and accuracy. The method was subsequently applied to detect EBN products on the market. The results indicated that more than half of EBN products were not consistent with what the merchants claimed. 相似文献

Tin-based nanocomposite materials embedded in carbon frameworks can be used as effective negative electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), owing to their high theoretical capacities with stable cycle performance. In this work, a low-cost and productive facile hydrothermal method was employed for the preparation of a Sn/C nanocomposite, in which Sn particles (sized in nanometers) were uniformly dispersed in the conductive carbon matrix. The as-prepared Sn/C nanocomposite displayed a considerable reversible capacity of 877 mAhg−1 at 0.1 Ag−1 with a high first cycle charge/discharge coulombic efficiency of about 77%, and showed 668 mAh/g even at a relatively high current density of 0.5 Ag−1 after 100 cycles. Furthermore, excellent rate capability performance was achieved for 806, 697, 630, 516, and 354 mAhg−1 at current densities 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1 Ag−1, respectively. This outstanding and significantly improved electrochemical performance is attributed to the good distribution of Sn nanoparticles in the carbon framework, which helped to produce Sn/C nanocomposite next-generation negative electrodes for lithium-ion storage. 相似文献

First-principles calculations based on density functional theory were used to study the adsorption behaviors of Na on metallic mono-layered C4N as electrode materials for Na-ion batteries. The adsorption energy of Na atom was calculated to be 2.05 eV, which is much higher than Na bulk cohesive energy and sufficiently ensure stability and safety. It is worth noting that the Dirac-type band structure of mono-layered C4N has a ultrahigh capacity of 1945.89 mAh/g for Na-ion batteries anode in theory. Remarkably, 2D C4N has a low diffusion barrier 0.071 and 0.075 eV for path I and path II, respectively. The average open circuit voltage is 1.383 eV when nine Na ions adsorbed on one side of mono-layered C4N. All the excellent properties show that the mono-layered C4N will be a potential development of anode materials for Na-ion batteries. 相似文献

无铆连接是一种薄板材料连接新技术,可在无需预成孔和表面预处理情况下,实现同种、异种、多层薄板材料高效连接,但由于无铆接头静力学性能较低,极大地限制了该连接技术的推广与发展。为解决这一难题,本文选用5A06铝合金与TA1钛合金进行同种金属无铆铆接,并在此基础上进行了超声金属焊接复合实验,基于静拉伸测试和扫描电镜分析,探究超声焊对无铆接头力学性能的强化机制。试验结果表明:超声焊可有效提升无铆接头力学性能,特别是对于铝合金无铆接头;超声焊使得铝合金板塑性提高,钛合金板则得到硬化;超声焊后无铆接头的受力形式发生改变,从颈部受力变为先焊合区受力再颈部受力,这是超声焊复合强化的根本原因;超声焊可使铝合金无铆接头内部形成一定深度的固相焊,使铝合金接头力学性能得到大幅提升;TA1钛合金无铆接头内部固相焊较浅,力学性能提升相对较低。 相似文献
