A comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatographic (2D-LC) separation system based on the combination of a CN column and a Merck Chromolith Flash reversed-phase column was developed for the separation of components in Adinandra nitida, one type of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The two dimensions were connected by a ten-port, dual-position valve controlled automatically by software written in-house. The effluents were detected by both ultraviolet and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (MS). The calculated peak capacity of the 2D-LC–MS/MS system was above 1240. More than 57 components were resolved in the methanol extract from Adinandra nitida leaves, and five of these were identified based on their relative retention times, molecular weights and MS/MS spectra.  相似文献

Cyclopropane, dihydropyrrole, and azepane ring systems were synthesized conveniently from sulfinate-tethered triazoles. The divergent synthetic strategy started with the unique 1,3-sulfinate migration of an α-imino carbene. The efficient reaction allowed control of the zwitterion bearing multiple reactive sites depending on the increased stability of the resulting carbocation and anion. The sulfinate was converted to a sulfone after the group migration, and a stable anion bearing two electron-withdrawing groups was thus formed. Catalytic amounts of iodide acted as a switch for the synthesis of cyclopropanes and dihydropyrroles. The reaction merits including readily available substrates, mild reaction conditions, and excellent functional group compatibility qualified this protocol a possible synthetic tool for cyclic compounds, especially for N-heterocycles.  相似文献

Linear polycyclic systems are promising candidates in the area of organic electronics. Herein, we present the syntheses of three azulene-indole (AzIn) fused polycyclic heteroaromatics (PHAs), AzIn - 1 , AzIn - 2 and DGAzIn , which have nitrogens and nonhexagonal rings simultaneously. The chemical structures, optical and electrochemical properties of three AzIn-based PHAs have been investigated, as well as their protonation behaviors with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). All three AzIn-based PHAs exhibit narrow optical band gaps with moderate to good air stability, anti-Kasha emission and reversible stimuli-responsiveness. Furthermore, these straightforward and simple synthetic routes would provide a new entry for constructing novel azulene-embedded π-conjugates, especially for the seven-membered ring of azulene unit, wherein the regioselective transformation is not well developed.  相似文献

By introducing the second organic N-heterocyclic ligands 4'-(4-pyridyl)-4,2':6',4'-terpyridine (pyterpy) and 4,4'-bipyridyl (4,4'-bipy), two examples of Cu(II)-diphosphonates, [Cu(3)(HL)(2)(Hpyterpy)(2)]·2H(2)O 1 and [Cu(4)(HL)(2)(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(5)] 2 based on 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid (H(5)L = CH(3)C(OH)(PO(3)H(2))(2)), have been hydrothermally obtained and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR, TG-DSC. The single-crystal X-ray diffractions reveal that compound 1 has a one-dimensional fishbone-like chain constructed by anions [Cu(3)(HL)(2)(2-)](n) while simultaneously organic cations [Hpyterpy(+)](n) suspending both sides, and compound 2 exhibits two-dimensional inorganic-organic alternate arrangement layer built from 1-D ladder-like inorganic chain with tetranuclear cluster [Cu(4)O(10)] via 4,4'-bipy linkage. The results of electrochemical measurements indicate half-wave potential of 1 (E(1/2)(1) = 1.01 V) is less than that of 2 (E(1/2)(2) = 1.20 V), indicating a good D-A system in ICT for 1. Moreover fluorescent measurements reveal that emission intensity of 1 centered at 422 nm is larger than that of 2 emitted at 420 nm, caused by intraligand π*-π emission state of organic N-heterocyclic amine (λ(ex) = 233 nm). Magnetism data indicate that compound 1 exhibits ferrimagnetic interactions between metal centers, while compound 2 has antiferromagnetic property.  相似文献

Catecholamines play important roles in biology but their structural similarity makes it challenging to construct synthetic receptors with selective binding. A combination of covalent and noncovalent binding groups in the hydrophobic core of water‐soluble nanoparticles enabled them to recognize dopamine and epinephrine with an association constant (Ka) of 3–4×104 M?1 in water, an order of magnitude higher than those of previously reported synthetic hosts. In addition, minute structural changes among analogues were detected including the addition or removal of a single hydroxyl or methyl group.  相似文献

Pestalustaines A (1) and B (2), one unique sesquiterpene possessing an unusual 5/6/7-fused tricyclic ring system and one unprecedented coumarin derivative bearing 6/6/5/5-fused tetracyclic ring system, were isolated from the plant-derived Pestalotiopsis adusta. Their structures with absolute configurations were established by extensive NMR analysis, X-ray crystallography, and CD spectra associated with TD-DFT calculation. Hypothetical biosynthetic pathways for compounds 1 and 2 are proposed. Compounds 1 and 2 showed weak to moderate cytotoxic activities against three human tumor cell lines HeLa, HCT116, and A549, whose IC50 values were ranged from 21.01 to 55.43?μM.  相似文献

High cost of phosphors and significant efficiency roll-off at high brightness are the two main factors that limit the wide application of phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs). Efforts have been paid to find ways to reduce the phosphors’ concentration and efficiency roll-off of PHOLEDs. In this work, we reported red emission PHOLEDs with low dopant concentration and low efficiency roll-off based on a novel host material 2,4-biscyanophenyl-6-(12-phenylindole[2,3-a]carbazole-11-yl)-1,3,5-triazine (BCPICT), with thermally activated delayed fluorescent(TADF) properties. The device with 1.0% dopant concentration displayed a maximum external quantum efficiency of 10.7%.When the dopant concentration was increased to 2.0%, the device displayed a maximum external quantum efficiency of 10.5% and a low efficiency roll-off of 5.7% at 1000 cd/m2.  相似文献

β-Lactamases are bacterial enzymes conferring resistance to β-lactam antibiotics in clinically-relevant pathogens, and represent relevant drug targets. Recently, the identification of new boronic acids (i.e. RPX7009) paved the way to the clinical application of these molecules as potential drugs. Here, we screened in silico a library of ~1400 boronic acids as potential AmpC β-lactamase inhibitors. Six of the most promising candidates were evaluated in biochemical assays leading to the identification of potent inhibitors of clinically-relevant β-lactamases like AmpC, KPC-2 and CTX-M-15. One of the selected compounds showed nanomolar K i value with the clinically-relevant KPC-2 carbapenemase, while another one exhibited broad spectrum inhibition, being also active on Enterobacter AmpC and the OXA-48 class D carbapenemase.  相似文献

Titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) is an important catalyst for selective oxidation reactions. However, the nature and structure of the active sites and the mechanistic details of the catalytic reactions over TS-1 have not been well-understood, leaving a continuous debate on the genesis of active sites on the TS-1 surface in the literature. In this work, the location of Si vacancies and [Ti(OSi)(4)] and [Ti(OSi)(3)OH] sites in the MFI (Framework Type Code of ZSM-5 (Zeolite Socony Mobile-Five)) framework has been studied using a full ab initio method with 40T clusters with a Si:Ti molar ratio of 39:1. It was shown that the former four energetically favorable sites for Si vacancies are T6, T12, T4, and T8 and for Ti centers of [Ti(OSi)(4)] are T10, T4, T8 and T11, being partially the same sites. Whether by replacing Si vacancies or substituting the fully coordinated Si sites, the most preferential site for Ti is T10, which indicates that the insertion mechanism does not affect the favorable sites of Ti in the MFI lattice. For the defective [Ti(OSi)(3)OH] sites, it was found that the Si vacancy at T6 with a Ti at its neighboring T9 site (T6-def-T9-Ti pair) is the most energetically favorable one, followed by a T6-def-T5-Ti pair with a small energy gap. These findings are significant to elucidate the nature of the active sites and the mechanism of reactions catalyzed by TS-1 and to design the TS-1 catalyst.  相似文献

Highly fluorescent CdTe quantum dots (QDs) stabilized by 3-mercaptopropionic acid were prepared by an aqueous solution approach and used as a fluorescent label to link substance P (SP) in studying the interaction of SP with NK-1 receptor, which was expressed on the AR4-2J cell line. Nonspecific adsorptions of CdTe QDs on the AR4-2J cell membrane were observed, whereas the QD-SP conjugates successfully crossed the cell membrane and entered the cytosol. SP is a neurotransmitter, and neurotransmitter-induced calcium concentration oscillation is a common phenomenon in diverse cells especially of secretory type. Cytosolic calcium concentration responses were studied in the AR4-2J cell line during stimulation with SP and QD-SP conjugates. The oscillations triggered by SP and QD-SP conjugates were dose-dependent and very similar. Such QD-SP conjugates readily internalized into the cytosol as would be expected of an active NK-1 ligand. Therefore QD-SP conjugates could be used successfully to study ligand and NK-1 receptor interactions in live cells. Our research may provide a meaningful reference for congener research.  相似文献
