This paper presents a new smooth memristor oscillator,
which is derived from Chua's oscillator by replacing Chua's diode
with a flux-controlled memristor and a negative conductance. Novel
parameters and initial conditions are dependent upon dynamical behaviours
such as transient chaos and stable chaos with an intermittence
period and are found in the smooth memristor oscillator. By using
dynamical analysis approaches including time series, phase portraits
and bifurcation diagrams, the dynamical behaviours of the proposed

降压型、升压型和升压-降压型DC-DC变换器是应用广泛的基本开关DC-DC变换器.电流模式控制开关DC-DC变换器在较宽的电路参数范围内具有两个边界,基于开关切换前后电感电流的上升和下降斜率,建立了斜坡补偿电流模式控制开关DC-DC变换器的统一模型.该模型进行无量纲归一化处理后只有三个参数,可有效展示开关DC-DC变换器在电感电流连续传导模式(CCM)和电感电流不连续传导模式(DCM)时的动力学特性.利用此模型,导出了轨道状态发生转移时的两个分界线方程,由此确定了开关DC-DC变换器的稳定周期1域、CCM鲁棒混沌域和DCM弱混沌强阵发域三个工作状态区域.开关DC-DC变换器二维参数映射图和电流模式控制降压型DC-DC变换器的电路实验观察验证了由两条分界线划分工作状态域的正确性. 相似文献

This paper utilizes the brightness-voltage waveform curve
to investigate the primary electron in solid state
cathodoluminescence. The results indicate that the primary electron
is from the interface state of SiO2/MEH-PPV
(Poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene]) under
the lower electric field which contributes to the 580-nm emission.
With increasing the electric field, the 405-nm emission is obtained,
and under this condition, the origin of the primary electron is mainly

An experimental study of runaway electrons in the EAST tokamak has been performed by a recently developed multi‐channel hard x‐ray diagnostics based on NaI(TL) scintillator detectors. It is found that in the current quench phase, the inductive loop voltage plays an important role in the generation of runaway electrons. And the avalanche mechanism was the main mechanism for runaway electrons after the disruptions. The distribution and transportation of runaway electrons were also investigated by multi‐channel hard x‐ray diagnostics. It is also found that the intensity of runaway electrons emission in the core plasma was much higher than those in the downside of the cross‐section, while the emission intensity of runaway electrons in the core plasma was almost the same. We report on a theoretical and experimental study of an all-normal-dispersion (ANDi) Yb-doped mode-locked fiber laser, in which nonlinear polarization rotation (NPR) is used to realize mode-locking without any dispersion compensation. Based on the coupled nonlinear Schrdinger (CNLS) equation, a model simulating the mode-locked process of an allnormal-dispersion ring fiber laser is developed, which shows that the achievement of stable mode-locking depends on the alignment of the polarization controller (PC) along the fast-polarization axis of the fiber, the birefringence intensity, and the net cavity dispersion. According to the theoretical analysis, stable mode-locked pulses with pulse duration 300 ps and average output power 33.9mW at repetition rate 36MHz are obtained. 相似文献

线性调频信号是工程中常见的一种信号, 由于其为非周期信号, 无法以频域信噪比作为衡量其是否产生随机共振的测量手段, 故鲜有文献研究以线性调频信号为激励信号的随机共振现象. 本文利用线性调频信号在最优分数阶Fourier变换域上的能量聚集性, 首次提出以最优分数阶Fourier变换域上定义的信噪比作为测量手段, 研究了线性调频信号叠加高斯白噪声激励过阻尼双稳系统的随机共振现象, 且发现了以线性调频信号为激励信号时产生的新现象, 即随着信号频率的增大, 随机共振将逐渐减弱, 并给出了合理的解释.仿真的结果与理论分析一致, 验证了本文所提出方法的有效性.

CdS quantum dots (QDs) were introduced as an interface modifier in the poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/TiO2 nanorod arrays hybrid photovoltaic device. The presence of CdS QDs interlayer was found to provide enhanced light absorption, increased interfacial recombination resistance at the P3HT/TiO2 interfaces, thus leading to a lower recombination rate of the electrons due to the stepwise structure of band edge in P3HT/CdS/TiO2, which accounts for the observed enhanced photocurrent and photovoltage of the hybrid solar cells. The optimized performance was achieved in P3HT/CdS/TiO2 hybrid solar cells after deposition of CdS QDs for 10 cycles, with a power conversion efficiency of 0.57 %, which is nearly ten times higher than that of P3HT/TiO2. The findings indicate that inorganic semiconductor quantum dots provide effective means to improve the performance of polymer/TiO2 hybrid solar cells. 相似文献
