A Clean Synthesis of 1,4‐Diarylquinoline Derivatives Catalyzed by TEBAC in Aqueous Media

A series of 1,4‐diarylquinoline derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethylidenemalononitriles or 2‐cyano‐3‐aryl‐1‐acrylate and 3‐arylamino‐5,5‐dimethylcyclohex‐2‐enone in aqueous media at 100 °C catalyzed by TEBAC. Meanwhile, the water medium was chosen as green solvent.     

An Interesting Approach to Bis-calix[5]arene Analogue from Calix[6]arene

Calix [n] arenas {n = 4, 6 or 8} are easily prepared from formaldehyde and para-substituted phenols via cyclic condensation under alkaline conditions in one step. It is not surprising that the calyx [n] arene (n = 4, 6, 8) chemistry has been developing very rapidly during the latest 20 years1. However, it is not the case for calixarenes with odd benzene rings (for example, n = 5). Theoretical Studies on the Abstraction Reaction of Atomic O（^3p） with Si2H6

The hydrogen abstraction reaction of O(^3P) with Si2H6 has been studied theoretially. Two transition states of ^3A″ and ^3A′ symmetries have been located for this abstraction reaction. Geometries have been optimized at the UMP2 leve with 6-311G (d) basis set. G3MP2 has been used for the final single-point energy calculation. The rate constants have been calculated over a wide temperature range of 200-3000K using canonical variational transition-state sheory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling effect(SCT). The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants match well with the experimental value.

A simple effective synthesis of bis(dihydropyrimidinone-4-yl)benzene derivatives, using boric acid as catalyst,from isophthalic aldehyde or terephthalic aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea or thiourea in glacial acetic acid was described. As the expansion of the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields 83%-94% and short reaction time 0.5-1.5 h.     

A dimer of α‐ and β‐dihydro­arte­misinin: bis­(3,6,9‐trimethyl‐3,12‐epidioxy‐3,4,5,5a,6,7,8,8a,9,10‐deca­hydro‐12H‐pyrano[4,3‐j][1,2]­benzo­dioxepin‐10‐yl) ether

The title compound, C₃₀H₄₆O₉, prepared from a mixture of α‐ and β‐dihydro­artemisinin, has α‐ and β‐arteether moieties linked via an –O– bridge, so that the mol­ecule is asymmetric about the bridge. The endoperoxide bridges of the parent compounds have been retained in each half of the ether‐bridged dimer. The rings exhibit chair and twist–boat conformations.

Effect of Thermal Processing on the Metabolic Components of Black Beans on Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled with High-Field Quadrupole-Orbitrap High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry

An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with high-field quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QE-MS) histological platform was used to analyze the effects of two thermal processing methods (cooking and steaming) on the nutritional metabolic components of black beans. Black beans had the most amino acids, followed by lipids and polyphenols, and more sugars. Multivariate statistical analysis indicated that heat processing significantly affected the metabolic component content in black beans, with effects varying among different components. Polyphenols, especially flavonoids and isoflavones, were highly susceptible. A total of 197 and 210 differential metabolites were identified in both raw black beans and cooked and steamed black beans, respectively. Cooking reduced the cumulative content of amino acids, lipids, polyphenols, sugars, and nucleosides, whereas steaming reduced amino acid and lipid content, slightly increased polyphenol content, and significantly increased sugar and nucleoside content. Our results indicated that metabolic components were better retained during steaming than cooking. Heat treatment had the greatest impact on amino acids, followed by polyphenols, fatty acids, sugars, and vitamins, indicating that cooking promotes the transformation of most substances and the synthesis of a few. The results of this study provide a basis for further research and development of nutritional products using black beans.     

$lt;i$gt;γ$lt;/i$gt;射线总剂量辐照效应对应变Sip型金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管阈值电压与跨导的影响研究

分析了双轴应变Si p型金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(PMOSFET)在γ射线辐照下载流子的微观输运过程, 揭示了γ射线的作用机理及器件电学特性随辐照总剂量的演化规律, 建立了总剂量辐照条件下的双轴应变Si PMOSFET 阈值电压与跨导等电学特性模型, 并对其进行了模拟仿真. 由仿真结果可知, 阈值电压的绝对值会随着辐照总剂量的积累而增加, 辐照总剂量较低时阈值电压的变化与总剂量基本呈线性关系, 高剂量时趋于饱和; 辐照产生的陷阱电荷增加了沟道区载流子之间的碰撞概率, 导致了沟道载流子迁移率的退化以及跨导的降低. 在此基础上, 进行实验验证, 测试结果表明实验数据与仿真结果基本相符, 为双轴应变Si PMOSFET辐照可靠性的研究和应变集成电路的应用与推广提供了理论依据和实践基础. 关键词： 应变Sip型金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管 总剂量辐照 阈值电压 跨导     

3种黄酮醇类化合物核磁共振碳谱的理论研究

在B3LYP/6-31G水平下优化了3种黄酮醇类（山奈酚,槲皮素,杨梅素）化合物的几何构型. 在振动分析中,均未出现虚频率. 在B3LYP/6-31G的水平下计算了该类化合物的核磁共振碳谱. 研究结果表明：3种分子均有分子内氢键形成,且分子内氢键的键长为0.17~0.18 nm左右 . 本文讨论了羟基引入之后对邻近C的化学位移的影响. 从取代基对NMR的影响来看,随着取代基对苯环的供电子能力的加强,取代基邻近的一些C的化学位移有所改变. 
