In this article, we consider the periodic problem for bipolar non-isentropic Euler–Maxwell equations with damping terms in plasmas. By means of an induction argument on the order of the time-space derivatives of solutions in energy estimates, the global smooth solution with small amplitude was established close to a non-constant steady-state solution with asymptotic stability property. Furthermore, we obtain the global stability of solutions with exponential decay in time near the non-constant steady-states for bipolar non-isentropic Euler–Poisson equations. This phenomenon on the charge transport shows the essential relation and difference between the bipolar non-isentropic and the bipolar isentropic Euler–Maxwell/Poisson equations. 相似文献

We reported the generation of visible red light through degenerate four wave mixing (FWM) in an all solid photonic bandgap fiber (PBGF), which was achieved by pumping the fiber with a 800 nm Ti:sapphire-based femtosecond pulse laser. At a fiber length of 30 m, a broadband anti-Stokes spectrum range from 620 nm to 740 nm was obtained at the highest pump power, the spectrum evolution as a function of pump power and propagation distance had been measured. Furthermore, the intensity-dependent parametric gain characteristic is also calculated, which accords well with the experimental results. 相似文献

本文以钼酸钠、硫代乙酰胺为前驱体, 硅钨酸为添加剂, 成功用水热法合成高纯度纳米花状二硫化钼. 产物特性用X射线衍射(XRD)、能量色散谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征. XRD和EDS图显示实验产物为二硫化钼, 且其结晶度和层状堆垛良好. SEM图谱则表明二硫化钼为纳米花状结构, 颗粒直径300 nm左右, 由几十上百片花瓣组成, 每片花瓣厚度十个纳米左右. 通过以硅钨酸为变量的梯度实验, 研究发现, 硅钨酸对于纳米花状MoS2的形成具有重要作用, 不添加硅钨酸, 无法形成纳米花状MoS2, 此外, 硅钨酸的剂量会影响合成MoS2的大小和形貌. 本文还对纳米花状二硫化钼的形成机理做了初步的讨论. 相似文献

A pair of novel azide‐bridged polynuclear copper(II) complexes, [CuL(μ1,1‐N3)]n ( 1 ) and [Cu4L2(CH3COO)2(μ1,1‐N3)4] ( 2 ) (L = 4‐chloro‐2‐[(2‐dimethylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenolate), have been obtained from the same Schiff base ligand and an identical synthetic procedure using anions of the metal salts as the only independent variable. Complex 1 was synthesized using copper(II) nitrate, while complex 2 was synthesized using the copper(II) acetate as the salt. Both of the complexes show novel supramolecular structures in their crystals as elucidated by X‐ray analyses. The polynuclear complex 1 contains [CuL(μ1,1‐N3)]n units as the building blocks, crystallizes in the Pbca space group. The tetra‐nuclear complex 2 contains [Cu4L2(CH3COO)2(μ1,1‐N3)4] units as the building blocks, crystallizes in the space group. 相似文献

The current and the voltage of an X-pinch were measured. The inductance of the X-pinch was assumed to be a constant and estimated by the calculation of the magnetic field based on the well-known Biot-Savart's Law. The voltage of the inductance was calculated with L · di/dt and subtracted from the measured voltage of the X-pinch. Then, the resistance of the X-pinch was determined and the following results were obtained. At the start of the current flow the resistance of the exploding wires is several tens of Ohms, one order of magnitude, higher than the metallic resistance of the wires at room temperature, and then it falls quickly to about 1 , which reflects the physical processes occurring in the electrically exploding wires, i.e., a current transition from the highly resistive wire core to the highly conductive plasma. It was shown that the inductive contribution to the voltage of the X-pinch is less than the resistive contribution. For the wires we used, the wires' material and diameter have no strong influence on the resistance of the X-pinch, which may be explained by the fact that the current flows through the plasma rather than through the metallic wire itself. As a result, the current is almost equally divided between two parallel X-pinches even though the diameter and material of the wires used for these two X-pinches are significantly different. 相似文献

The main challenge in working with gene expression microarrays is that the sample size is small compared to the large number of variables (genes). In many studies, the main focus is on finding a small subset of the genes, which are the most important ones for differentiating between different types of cancer, for simpler and cheaper diagnostic arrays. In this paper, a sparse Bayesian variable selection method in probit model is proposed for gene selection and classification. We assign a sparse prior for regression parameters and perform variable selection by indexing the covariates of the model with a binary vector. The correlation prior for the binary vector assigned in this paper is able to distinguish models with the same size. The performance of the proposed method is demonstrated with one simulated data and two well known real data sets, and the results show that our method is comparable with other existing methods in variable selection and classification. 相似文献

Stimuli-activatable and subcellular organelle-targeted agents with multimodal therapeutics are urgently desired for highly precise and effective cancer treatment. Herein, a CO/light dual-activatable Ru(ii)-oligo-(thiophene ethynylene) (Ru-OTE) for lysosome-targeted cancer therapy is reported. Ru-OTE is prepared via the coordination-driven self-assembly of a cationic conjugated oligomer (OTE-BN) ligand and a Ru(ii) center. Upon the dual-triggering of internal gaseous signaling molecular CO and external light, Ru-OTE undergoes ligand substitution and releases OTE-BN followed by dramatic fluorescence recovery, which could be used for monitoring drug delivery and imaging guided anticancer treatments. The released OTE-BN selectively accumulates in lysosomes, physically breaking their integrity. Then, the generated cytotoxic singlet oxygen (1O2) causes severe lysosome damage, thus leading to cancer cell death via photodynamic therapy (PDT). Meanwhile, the release of the Ru(ii) core also suppresses cancer cell growth as an anticancer metal drug. Its significant anticancer effect is realized via the multimodal therapeutics of physical disruption/PDT/chemotherapy. Importantly, Ru-OTE can be directly photo-activated using a two-photon laser (800 nm) for efficient drug release and near-infrared PDT. Furthermore, Ru-OTE with light irradiation inhibits tumor growth in an MDA-MB-231 breast tumor model with negligible side effects. This study demonstrates that the development of an activatable Ru(ii)-conjugated oligomer potential drug provides a new strategy for effective subcellular organelle-targeted multimodal cancer therapeutics.The anticancer therapeutics of lysosome disruption/PDT/chemotherapy based on Ru-OTE complex was achieved, which provides a new strategy for developing multimodal and effective stimuli-activatable subcellular organelle-targeted cancer therapeutics. 相似文献
