Five new polycyclic Daphniphyllum alkaloids, macropodumines F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), 17‐oxoyuzurimine ( 3 ), and macropodumines H ( 4 ) and I ( 5 ), were isolated from the leaves of D. macropodum Miq ., collected in Sichuan Province, China. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds – as well as of four known, related alkaloids – were elucidated on the basis of in‐depth spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, by chemical derivatization, and by comparison of spectroscopic data with those of known compounds. 相似文献

合成了酚胺型链状配体,N,N'-二(2-羟基苄基)丙二胺(H~2L)及其Zn(Ⅱ)配合物(ZnL),通过元素分析、IR和^1HNRM等手段进行了表征。采用pH电位滴定法,在25℃±0.1℃,I=0.1mol·dm^-^3(KNO~3)条件下,测定了配体的质子化常数以及配体与金属离子Zn(Ⅱ)配位反应平衡常数。讨论了配体与金属离子Zn(Ⅱ)的配位情况,得到了配位酚羟基的解离常数。运用分光光度法,在25℃±0.1℃,I=0.1mol·dm^-^3(KNO~3)条件下,在pH=5.5~9.0(50mmol·dm^-^3缓冲溶液)范围内,研究了配合物作为碳酸酐酶模拟物催化对-硝基苯酚乙酸酯(NA)水解动力学,得到了NA酯水解的配合物催化速率常数k~N~P。实验结果表明,ZnHL^+的配位酚羟基的解离常数pK~a为6.83;催化速率常数k~N~P与pH之间不存在Sigmoidal型曲线关系,而是在pH值中性附近有最大值,ZnHL^+对NA酯水解有很好的催化效果,并且采取双重催化机理,是碳酸酐酶很好的模拟物。 相似文献

The reactions of transition metal salts with taurine 5‐chlorosalicylaldelyde Schiff base gave two complexes [Ni(TCSSB)(H2O)3].H2O (1) and [Cu(TCSSB)(H2O)2]2[Cu(TCSSB)2].6H2O (2) (TCSSB=taurine‐5‐chlorosalicylaldelyde Schiff base), which were characterized by elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction analysis. The complex 1 crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P2 1/c, and a=1.4816(2) nm, b=1.3953(2) nm, c= 0.7466(1) nm, β= 100.499(3)°, V=1.5176(4) nm3, Z=4, and an infinite 3‐D network structure was formed by hydrogen bonds among sulfo group, crystal water and coordinated water. Complex 2 crystallized in triclinic system with space group P1 , with the cell parameters: a = 0.6413(2) nm, b= 1.4596(3) nm, c= 1.6188(4) nm, a= 102.473(5)°, β= 98.979(4)°, γ=101.739°, V=1.4165(6) nm3, Z=1. The coordination environment between Cu(1) and Cu(2) is different. Cu(1) is slightly distorted square pyramidal while Cu(2) is distorted square‐plane. The complex 1 is mononuclear while the complex 2 is made up of two coordinated subunits, namely [Cu(TCSSB)2] and [CU(TCSSB)(H2O)2]2. Besides that the TG‐DTG of the complex 1 was analyzed, the thermal decomposition reaction of the complex was studied under a non‐isothermal condition by TG‐DTG. 以L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐出发,经与二卤代烷偶联,成酯和格氏反应制得三种双手性β-氨基醇,1,2-双[R-2-氨基-3-羟基-3,3-二苯基丙硫基]乙烷(4a),1,3-双[R-2-氨基-3-羟基-3,3-二苯基丙硫基]丙烷(4b),1,4-双[R-2-氨基-3-羟基-3,3-二苯基丙硫基]丁烷(4c)。将此类双手性β-氨基醇与硼烷在THF溶液中反应,in situ制备双手性恶唑硼烷催化硼烷对芳酮的不对称还原,产物苯乙醇的光学收率达72.8%、α-溴代苯乙醇的光学收率达91.4%。 相似文献

Three novel Schiff base cadmium(II) complexes, derived from the end‐on (μ‐1,1‐N3) azide or end‐to‐end (μ‐1,3‐NCS) thio cyanate bridges and similar tridentate Schiff base ligands, have been synthesized under similar synthetic procedures and their crystal structures determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. They are the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Cd2(L1)2(N3)2(μ‐1,1‐N3)2] ( 1 ), the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Cd2(L2)2(N3)2(μ‐1,1‐N3)2] ( 2 ), and the dinuclear double end‐to‐end thiocyanate‐bridged [Cd2(L3)2(NCS)2(μ1,3‐NCS)2] ( 3 ), where L1, L2 and L3 are three similar tridentate Schiff bases obtained by condensation of 2‐pyridylaldehyde with N,N‐diethylethane‐1,2‐diamine, of 2‐pyridylaldehyde with N‐isopropylethane‐1,2‐diamine, and of 2‐pyridylaldehyde with N,N‐dimethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine, respectively. Each cadmium(II) centre in the complexes is in a distorted octahedral coordination. There is a crystallographic inversion centre in each of the complexes. The similar small ligands used as the secondary ligands in the preparation of the cadmium(II) complexes with similar Schiff bases can result in similar structures. 相似文献
