Silicalite-1膜反应器中的丙烷芳构化

在丙烷芳构化反应中，氢气起着相当重要的作用；根据理论分析，消除氢气将会有利于芳构化反应的进行。在Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－１沸石分子筛膜反应器，丙烷芳构化反应中的芳烃选择性提高了１０％－２０％。针Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－ｌ膜反应器与氧化铝膜反应器中的反应结果相比较，表明膜反应器效果不仅取决于膜的渗透选择性，而且还取决于膜的渗透率。     

Parallel mixing of photolithographically defined nanoliter volumes using elastomeric microvalve arrays

Portable microfluidic systems provide simple and effective solutions for low-cost point-of-care diagnostics and high-throughput biomedical assays. Robust flow control and precise fluidic volumes are two critical requirements for these applications. We have developed a monolithic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microdevice that allows for storing and mixing subnanoliter volumes of aqueous solutions at various mixing ratios. Filling and mixing is controlled via two integrated PDMS microvalve arrays. The volumes of the microchambers are entirely defined by photolithography, hence volumes from picoliter to nanoliter can be fabricated with high precision. Because the microvalves do not require an energy input to stay closed, fluid can be stored in a highly portable fashion for several days. We have confirmed the mixing precision and predictability using fluorescence microscopy. We also demonstrate the application of the device for calibrating fluorescent calcium indicators. Due to the biocompatibility of PDMS, the device will have broad applications in miniaturized diagnostic assays as well as basic biological studies.     

Raman spectroscopic analysis of supersaturated aqueous solution of MgO.B2O3-32%MgCl2-H2O during acidification and dilution

Raman spectra of supersaturated aqueous solution of MgO.B2O3-32%MgCl2-H2O during acidification/alkalization and dilution have been studied. The assignments of the recorded Raman shift are given. The main existing forms of polyborate anions and their interaction in borate aqueous solution have been proposed through spectroscopic analysis. The experimental results indicate that the higher concentration of cation are beneficial not only to the dissolution of boric acid but also to the polymerization of polyborate anions. The existing forms and interaction among them also depend on the concentration of boron and the pH value in solution.     

从蓖麻油制取10-羟基癸酸的研究

本文报道了从蓖麻油制取10-羟基癸酸的研究,发现了从蓖麻油制取10-羟基癸酸的新的工艺路线和最佳的工艺条件,用氢氧化钠用量、2-辛醇量、反应时间和反应温度四因子三水平L_9(3~4)进行了正交试验,发现最佳工艺条件是:氢氧化钠(g)/蓖麻油(g):1.25:2-辛醇量(g)/蓖麻油(g):2:反应时间:6h;反应温度:180℃。在这一新的工艺路线和最佳工艺条件下,10-羟基癸酸产率可达75％。     

Pulsed photothermal phase-shift spectroscopy for weak absorption measurement

A novel photothermal phase-shift spectroscopy configuration based on the retro-reflected beam interference has been developed and its operational principle is described. The weak absorption measurement ability of this technique is experimentally proven with a water/ethanol solution of standard Pyronine G dye and the limit of detection is found to be 1.8 x 10(-6) absorbance. Potential applications of the technique are discussed.     

Decomposition of Transformer Oil Under Ultrasonic Irradiation During Degassing Process

In the degassing process of transformer oil with ultrasonic waves ,decompostition of the oil was observed.Light hydrocarbons,including methane,ethane,ethylene ,aceylene,propane etc,were found to be released continuously from the oil into headspace within a closed vial placed in an ultrasonic field ,The gases came from decomposition of hydrocarbon molecules under cavitation effect.     

人尿中诺龙和炔诺酮代谢物的气相色谱-质谱分析

本文对合成的19-去甲雄烷醇酮的四个差向异构体混合物进行气相色谱分离,对诺龙和炔诺酮用药后,留取的人尿样通过化学预处理,MSTFA/TMSI衍生化反应,GC/MS分析,确证了尿样中诺龙的两个主要代谢产物为19-去甲雄酮和19-去甲原胆烷醇酮,炔诺酮的两个主要代谢物是四氢炔诺酮(THINE)的两个形式,可能是3α-OH-5α-THINE和3α-OH-5β-THINE,在炔诺酮代谢前期,还发现有诺龙的上述两个代谢物存在。     

弹性体型聚氨酯和聚碳酸酯共混物的形态结构

用ＤＳＣ、ＷＡＸＤ和ＳＡＸＳ研究了溶液共混的弹性体型聚氨酯（ＰＵ）／聚碳酸酯（ＰＣ）共混物的结构。结果表明，ＰＵ／ＰＣ为部分相容体系；共混过程中，溶剂ＤＭＦ的诱导作用使ＰＣ形成结晶，其长周期与ＰＵ硬段形成微相的长周期相近     

硅钼杂多阴离子薄膜修饰电极线性扫描伏安法测定黑液中可溶性硅

本文报导了以玻碳电极为基体的１：１２硅钼杂多阴离子薄膜化学修铈电极的制备及其电化学特性。并应用于导数伏安法测定。在４．０×１０￣（－３）ｍ０ｌ／Ｌ（ＮＨ＿４）＿６ＭＯ＿７Ｏ＿（２４）－６．８×１０￣（－２）ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａ＿３Ｃｉｔ－０．４８ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨＯ＿３体系中，硅浓度在８．３×１０￣（－７）～１．７×１０￣（－３）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内与峰电流呈良好线性关系，检测限为８．０×１０￣（－７）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。对可溶性硅（以ＳｉＯ＿２计）为２４５．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ的黑液，稀释１０倍后，取２．００ｍＬ平行测定９次，ＲＳＤ为０．５８％，加标回收率在９７．３％～１０４．４％间。
